Nice people when shopping and financing. Purchased a 2014 truck with 122k miles because it had a great service history. I also bought the best warranty they offered. Within 2 months of purchase there ended up being about $2500 in necessary repairs. The warranty covered some of it, but I expected the dealership to step up and compensate for repairs needed so soon after purchase, and for issues that clearly already existed when I bought it. I also got charged an extra month's payment for the car I traded in and I don't have any answers as to why. They've ignored all texts and emails. I was trying to buy small/local but I can't recommend this place.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I bought a Subaru Forrester from them 4 months ago and it has broken down 3 times. I paid extra for a warranty and it covers NOTHING. I had to pay $1500 the first time and then $2169.56 the second time. They promised me their mechanic looked at it and said it was fine. Complete lie. There was a massive oil leak, gasket covers needed to be fixed, axel was messed up, spark plugs needed to be fixed and more. Those issues don’t happen on their own in a few months. I haven’t been able to use this car reliably for the past 2 months. When we called the first 2 times it broke down and they said “if we fix your car then we have to fix everyone’s car” which shows they know their cars are messed up. Then this final time they said they would look into it but now hasn’t answered ANY of my phone calls. My 2 year old was in the car each time it broke down which put her in danger (2 of those times being on the highway). If I could give this place 0 stars I would. UPDATE: BROKE DOWN YET AGAIN. 5TH TIME NOW. THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS

Got me into my car fast after my accident which I really appreciated. One thing that suck was the cars are parked under trees where seeds and debris built up that even a quick car wash couldn’t get out. Other wise it was a great help. Great guys, sadly no water, if you plan to bike make sure to bring some water! Or they do have sodas

BROKE DOWN NEXT DAY WHILE I WAS DRIVING PLEASE GET A SECOND OPINION BEFOR DRIVING IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE Got my car on march 27 it broke down march 28 my steering completely went out while driving ! I have 3 kids thank god they were not with me or that it didn’t brake when I drove a hour home from the dealer on the highway not like the owner cared my repairs for my car the next day were 1600$ he sent me 400$ and internationally did not honor the dealer warranty I tried being nice and he thought he was getting over on me by not mentioning it was his responsibility no I am disputing my remaining balance for repairs with my bank so please get cars checked for the safety of your life ! Because when I come down to it people will only look out for them selves

Good place to find a good used car for a decent price. The owner is very easy to talk to. My one thing of advice is to thoroughly look over the vehicle and take it for a spin before considering to buy it.

I 100% recommend Steve if you're in the market for a good used vehicle. He stands behind his sales and has no pressure sales approach, which is extremely refreshing. He is a stand-up guy, I can't speak highly enough about Chili Auto Outlet!

My first experience purchasing a vehicle was good. My second experience was not good at all. They are great to work with until an issue is presented. Once the final sale is done, they are done with you. Also, my car had some concerns. And they blatantly lied to me about what they did to try to resolve. If you are going to purchase here, you better really check the vehicle over thoroughly, top to bottom. l will never recommend and will never return. BTW, name of the place you took my car is Mr. Keys, and they are still in business.

Went to Chili Auto Outlet by word of mouth from a coworker, we found the Honda SUV that we were looking for and Steve the Owner was awesome and so was Ed the mechanic that works there, the transaction went smoothly and I highly recommend Chili Auto to anyone who is looking for a vehicle at a affordable price!
