"I cannot recommend CR Bottle Return enough! I’m a local teacher and was in a huge pinch today—15 of my students are starting 'Rainforest in a Bottle' projects and I was short on materials despite asking for donations for two weeks. Today was the absolute deadline.I walked in hoping for a miracle and was immediately greeted by the owner, Johnny. He listened to my situation and without hesitation said, 'Give me three minutes.' He came back with 20 clean 2-liter bottles for my class. It is so refreshing to see a local business that genuinely cares about the community and our students. Johnny turned a stressful day into a success. Support this business!"
The owner and staff are so kind, I had a bit of anxiety going in due to bad experiences at previous bottle returns. I went here and shortly after walking in all my anxiety left me. The owner was so kind and friendly. The staff were quick, and definitely cared about accuracy. Looking forward to returning you guys are amazing!
We had 836 bottles/cans. We’ve typically gone to ones closer to home but tried this place instead. It was SLOW as slow can be. It took them FOREVER to count our bottles. Their system of putting into small laundry baskets just does not work. They are constantly looking up trying to figure out what basket to throw the bottles into. When the small basket gets full they have to stop counting to empty it. We won’t be coming back ever.
Excellent experience! Met the owner Johnny, could not have been nicer. Very clean inside and did not have to wait very long at all. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you’re looking for a new bottle return place. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

First time here. Will never go to a store to return again. I had a lot of bags. Would of taken forever at a store. Everyone was so helpful! Ty so much!
I lived over here for over 20 years and we needed a place close to home, it’s very convenient ! I walked in today, met the owner- him and the staff are very nice, friendly and they helped take all the bags out my car. The place is CLEAN! And doesn’t smell bad (I’m comparing to other places I’ve been) yes I know it’s a recycling store but it’s nice to walk in to clean and decent environment with good people! Thanks for making me feel welcomed !
We had almost 1,500 bottles and they accommodated us with ease! My husband had to make two trips and they were still counting! Great team, great owner. We're glad to have them in the neighborhood!

The place is spotless every time I visit, and the owner truly goes out of his way to make people feel comfortable. He always remembers faces, which makes you feel appreciated as a customer. The service is not only friendly but also fast and efficient. Great experience every time!
I love thus place they make it easy and quick. But best of all there're kind and compassionate, my grandson has lukima and they offered to help do a drive for him. We are not the only ones they help a lot of people and charities. Thanks Johnny
It’s clean and they’re friendly but they need to figure out how to move faster. Do not come here if you’re in a hurry.
So I gave them the benefit of the doubt but again they disappoint. I am the only one in the store and they are not concerned at all about how long they’re taking. They haven’t even touched my bottles and they’re just changing bags. Things they could be doing on their own time. Rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning. The boss knows how to run the place but his employees are a joke. Lowering my review to 1 star.
Pulled in last minute before close on New Year’s Eve and the owner welcomed us and our 6 bags without hesitation. He interacted with my son, great sense of humor and was more than accommodating. Very clean and very organized. Earned our business for sure.
This is the only can return I'll go to in the Rochester area. It doesn't stink of old rotten beer, and the floor is always clean and not sticky like other places. The employees are great, my sons have autism and they are treated SO well here - it's become an exciting place they are always asking to go to. I've never had a miscount even when bringing in hundreds of bottles. I can't recommend this return location highly enough!

First time in and definitely a great place! Clean, friendly staff, Johnny got me right in! It was so clean, I felt terrible my can bags leaked all over the super clean floors! Johnny told me not to worry about it! Will absolutely be returning here! And I have 2 right by my house. Will recommend to my friends and family!
