Alis towing did it again ! They were quick and ready when I called, I didn't have to wait. The price was affordable for the tow. This is my second time towing with them and they're amazing they truly care about the customer! Also they handled her with such great care.

Had a great experience with Ali. My car died on Valentine’s Day, and every other towing company was telling me 2 hours. I called Ali and he was there in 20 min. The way he engaged with me and help me out, you can tell he actually cares about helping people and doing a good job. Service was fast on Super bowl Sunday, took him about 20 minutes to show up. I was quoted the price of $120 over the phone, which could be considered a lot seeming that the two was less than 3 miles, however I was in a jam and they were quick. I told dispatch that I didn't have the key and they said it would be a problem, yet once the driver got there he charged me an additional $50 since he needed to pull it, something that should have been assumed since I didn't have the key anyways. I felt like that was a lot but it was cold and I did see the extra work that it took so I agreed. The Driver did excellent getting onto my tight street and getting the car behind my house which my driveway is somewhat narrow and has a slight curve. I'm very pleased with the service I received would have been a 5 star review if there wasn't an up charge, for a little extra work. As I took the time to write the review free of charge.

Prompt, reliable, professional, and friendly! I received 5 star top notch service when my truck wouldn’t start and coach net sent Ali’s towing. If I ever need tow service again I hope they send them! I would recommend Ali’s towing to anyone for any towing or roadside help!

Allan and his team provided excellent service. They skillfully extricated my truck from a challenging parking garage situation. They maintained clear communication through phone and text updates, and also provided photos of my truck and the key deposit at the dealership. I would gladly utilize their services again if the need arises and highly recommend them to others.

Thank you for the great service, I can’t remember the drivers name but he was an immense help, Flat tire. Found a shop that was open late Friday night and got me there to get another tire mounted! Highly recommend for your car troubles! Professional to say the least!

My truck broke down. I waited 3 hours for Triple A, and with once tow company cancel on me cause my “truck was too big” I ended up calling Ali. At this point I was desperate to get it towed to my mechanic. I was going from the city to Salt rd in Webster. I told him I would pay whatever, I just need help. He said he can be there in 45 mins and it’ll be $180. I said absolutely let’s get it done. He was there at 45 mins on the dot and loaded the truck up fast and efficient. Very respectful and no problems. I will be calling him again if I need any roadside assistance.

I was happy with Ali's Towing service. We communicated through email, which made things easier. I booked the service about two weeks ahead of time and everything went smoothly. The driver texted me about 30 minutes before arriving, which was helpful. The driver was friendly and has a sense of humor. The truck was a flatbed, which I prefer since it feels safer for transporting my vehicle. I also noticed the imitation eyes on the dashboard, which was a fun detail. The driver dropped my vehicle off at a shop and sent me a text with photos to let me know it arrived safely. They left the key with the shop, and everything was taken care of. Overall, the experience was smooth and relaxed. I would use Ali's Towing service again.

Awesome timely service and really helpful! Alan was the guy who made it to my car which was dead and he helped hook it up to get towed in the middle of the snow. I also ended up dropping 20$ which I he helped me find. Definitely will be the tow service I use going forward in Rochester

My Sister car broke down on the highway on the 495 W. Rochester, New York and I called the number right away. They answered me would apply gave me the ETA time and they were there earlier than that you guys deserve 10 out of 10 stars. They do a great job service they they are a really honest people. I was stuck between Henrietta and Avon within 45 minutes. They got a tow truck to me told me price over the phone and it didn’t change.

Al helped me out big! Called not too long before closing and he was able to get over to me and tow me home no problem. Took a little longer than estimated to get to me but I'm more than happy with my services. Al was super helpful and made sure my car made it home safe after a couple blowouts! He's the man! I am very happy with my decision to use Ali towing. My driver Sammy was great with keeping me updated with pictures as soon as the vehicle was picked up, text notification when he arrived at drop off. Overall I was impressed with how fast they were able to handle my situation. I was satisfied with the price I paid for the service and provided a nice tip for outstanding service.
