Vehicle was towed from Corn Hill Landing. When retrieving the vehicle, I requested documentation and photos from prior to the tow and was told, “I don’t have to show you them.” And then proceeded to say “sue me.” Interaction felt unprofessional.
In addition, the parent, or adult in the business told a child, who was around 10 years old, to “start the car.” The child started the car themself, with nobody else in the vehicle. Definitely a safety issue.
I recommend customers understand parking policies clearly before leaving their vehicle in this area.
Fast prompt and courteous service. The only ones I call when I need a tow. They still believe in customer service in a world where customer service is disappearing. Thanks to Glen and his people!

Called for roadside assistance to have my battery jumped. 3 stars because it was definitely overpriced at $100, but the technician was fast and friendly.
Edit: I needed one more jump to get to a new battery when the shop was open the next day. Used a different roadside assistance from a towing company other than Glen & Sons this time and it was $60.
I got this company assigned for my road assistance request. The tow truck driver was friendly, professional and moved my car very quickly. I’m very thankful for the help and would recommend them to anyone!
My car was towed from my hotel by this company. I get they have a job to do, but when I called to confirm my vehicle was in their yard, the man the other end just mocked me and babbled incoherently at me just being incredibly rude.
Y’all get 2 stars not one because the kid that was at the yard and handled my business was super nice. Give him some kudos and never let that other one answer a phone again.
Near instant response time when calling for assistance to tow a recovered vehicle. Excellent customer service - he even helped jump the car to avoid the need for a tow. I will refer everyone to use this company for towing needs based on this excellent experience.

Parked for a medical appointment for VA. Disabled vet. My husband helped me into the building and when he went right back out the car was towed. The handicap sticker blew off the mirror onto the seat. The driver saw me exiting the vehicle with a cane and they still towed the car. You look in the window you could see the placard right on the driver’s seat. This is how they treat disabled veterans. Owner was rude and nasty to my husband when he went right over to get the vehicle.

money hungry tow company, left my car for 9 mins to go pray jummah, did not block anyone and parked in a regular spot. Took my car in less than 5 mins. Paid $243 for the tow
Company LIED to me said they were going to remove vehicle in my parking spot but the car is in the backyard clearly the towe company is friends with certain ppl and workers will not tow friends.

Glen & Sons Towing was sent out for roadside assistance via Chase to tow our car in Canadaigua. We had a flat, and no spare. They called within minutes of setting up the service call and arrived for the tow when they said they would. The driver couldn't have been nicer. He got enough air in the tire to get it safely onto the truck and then off to the shop. He noted he would add air to get it off the truck as well. He even found the screw in the tire and let me know as I drove away. Thanks for the great service, it was much appreciated!
*Dangerous driver* Today I had one of their tow trucks on the expressway so close to my bumper if I had slowed he would have rear-ended me. Tried moving over so he could pass and he stayed 6 inches from my car and went on the shoulder to get around me as I was changing lanes. Speeding excessively. Weaving in and out of traffic with no turning signals. No regard for safety or anyone else on the road.
My car way was illegally towed by Glen and Sons Towing inc, and when I contacted them when I realized they are the ones that took my car, they were incredibly rude.
Demanded cash and reeked of marijuana. Laughed at me when I told him I would sue him which I did sue him in small claims court. And I WON, and he still has NOT paid the lawsuit

Towed my car from a parking lot he is contracted with when it had a valid parking permit in the window. Said it was not his fault and I still had to pay. Asked him to contact the leasing agency since he had their cell phone number to confirm my permit was valid and he refused saying it’s not his problem. Acted as if he was above everyone else and started yelling while his kid also sat there making rude remarks.
I am leaving this review. Because this tow company is a joke. A BIG ONE. And a friend of mine had to rush and get had her car back before the collision place closed right. And they towed her son’s vehicle from in front of the building where she lives. And that is crazy as ever. And had the nerve and audacity to charge him a whopping 240 bucks. Damn. At least be fair about it.
My wife had her car vandalized and required a tow. Excellent service. Reliable when our family was in a tough spot. Glen the owner on dispatch was so kind and helpful. Dakota the tow driver was great and responsive.

Drives around neighborhood towing cars that they have no business doing. They towed one of my son's service coordinator's cars. And now they will NOT come back to our home . Why not towing the cars they haven't moved in months . Or don't work or not registered.
I couldn't make it up my steep icy driveway. My roadside assistance through Amica arranged for help. The incredibly talented, amazingly patient tow driver... with help from my neighbor... got my car up the driveway, and safely into my house. THANK YOU especially for helping me to try to keep my dignity. Five stars!!@
