I go here all the time and never had a single problem. The 2 that work there are very quiet and do their job. I am usually in and out in no time. I had to wait a couple times due to them being very busy. I leave them a tip every time I go there. I give them a lot of credit because that is not a job I would want. You are very well appreciated by me.
The guy that runs this battle return is constantly locking his door early. Today was 45 minutes before close. There’s another place half a mile from here and that’s where I will continue going from now on.
If I could give zero stars I would. When they first started they were great. However now you’re lucky to still catch them open at 5pm. Today at 5:10 myself and another woman and man were there and they had a sign saying closed at 6pm but they were indeed closed. I tried going there several weeks ago and they were closed at 4:45!. The little senior citizen woman that was outside called and they told her the company forgot to pick up their bottles today and they couldn’t take anymore. I suggest they put a new sign up saying they don’t know their hours it depends on working conditions. Overall this has happened to me too many times and I will be going to another redemption center because I truly don’t know their hours . I recommend everyone go to upstate redemption it’s behind Valvoline across from the Fire Station, they’re open til 6 and they’re reliable
Two 33 gallon bags of plastic, in and out in 10 minutes, took all the non-refundables for recycling as well. Never going to Wal-Mart for returns now that I've been here. Behind CVS next to Pineapple Jacks.
I visited this place from Henrietta after looking at the reviews and i was not disappointed.
I was helped putting bottles on the counting machine since i had 10 bags. It is fast, pleasant & accurate. It was worth a drive!!!
I wasn't white enough for them to be friendly to me. Was skipped in line and everything. The lady not pictured threw my money in my hand. Can't think of any other reason
Way better than returning your bottles at Wegmans. It’s fast, and they actually accept most brands of water bottles unlike the grocery store bottle machines.
Always on count, anywhere else the count is “short”, I’ve seen people restart the count when I go get more bags or heavily miscount, this place has been straight forward
absolutely love the convenience of the counting machine, makes the trip quick and simple! Reason for two star is the young women that works there is incredibly rude. She usually doesn’t say anything which is fine, however today I went and did a bigger trip due to not coming over the summer bc of some unfortunate life events. The women was very snippy off the bat and rude about telling me I had to wait since other people had smaller loads (understandable but the delivery could’ve been nicer) Then when I told her to have a good day before I left she told me not to bring so many bottles next time… you work at a can and bottle return? I would understand the frustration a little more if she had to hand count them but that’s why the machine is there it makes the process so much easier! I couldn’t believe the disrespect and not sure it’s worth it to go back. the bottle return up west ridge has employees counting by hand who are friendly too and don’t make you feel bad for returning your bottles even if it’s a bigger amount.
Wow! Fast! Lol, I'd never been to a bottle and can place before. I took about 1000 today and I was done in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be back.
Love this place. Came in with a huge load close to closing time and they still allowed me to return and was fast and very friendly. Go here as often as I can.
This is an awesome place I camp in with a trailer load and had no problem they were so very kind and so appreciated I didnt know they were there but a friend of mine said its the best place especially if you have a years worth of returns great people here very friendly 😀
Team was very helpful and accommodating for an impromptu bottle drive. Picked up from multiple locations, received walk in and was communicative about arrival times and amounts raised. Thank you very much!!!
have been great ...in and out quick....thought you guys were closed so I have a large collection in the cardboard boxes containers came in..heard you do p/u at homes....because this will not fit in my small car and will have to make a couple trips..willing to do that but what is the catch to do home p/u.

I will never go anywhere else. I tried a place on Chili ave and even after waiting 20 minutes I was still not helped and there was only one person ahead of me.
If in a hurry or not this business an employees are very fast !!! I took over 400 cans and in an out in under 10 minutes at a vending machine would have taken me over 20-25 minutes!!
