I called regarding selling my 2012 Soul and I had an except able offer with minutes and the car was gone with about an hour. Easy and quick.

Please note my feedback is HONEST and TRUE. Northside Salvage Yard I contacted Northside Salvage Yard because both of my vehicles were damaged between 6 and 12 months. Both times the representatives were professional. Quick responses, great follow through (which is extremely important to me), courteous, and committed to their schedules. In the midst of my disappointment of losing 2 vehicles the process at North Salvage Yard eased all of my concerns. After the vehicles were removed I received two additional messages “vehicle has been picked up” and “thank you for your business”. Small gestures means a lot to me. Had a great experience with Northside Salvage. They gave us a quick quote and when we were ready they came out the very next day to pick up our cars. They called before they came out and were very accommodating when we had issues finding titles and keys. And I was amazed at how well Gary was able to maneuver the flat bed to turn around in our driveway with a car on the bed and one towing behind. They were all very pleasant to work with and so glad to once again have a little space in our driveway. Only wish I had called them much sooner.

Northside Salvage made selling my car so easy. It was just a simple phone call and within an hour they were here picking up my car and paying me. I had misplaced the title but they were prepared with the appropriate paperwork for the DMV. And they even were kind enough to take the plates off for me. I had an excellent experience with Northside Salvage Auto Recycling and highly recommend them. After my sister's car broke down on her way home from New Jersey to Toronto, she asked me to help junk the car. Finding an auto Recycling yard in New York tuned out to be very stressful because the car was registered in Canada. Many places refuced to take it. Some wanted to us to pay expensive towing fees, and others said the title has to be transfered and would cost a lot. I was so relieved when I found Northside. Fast response/pick up, no gimmick. I offered to sell for $200 & they gave me $250....complete honest service, great attitude, highly recommend to any one willing to sell their vehicle. I had two vehicles picked up in the same day 20 miles apart, Luka helped me coordinate the times that were most convenient for me, he even saved me a trip by allowing a third party to sign for the vehicle that was 20 miles away. His communication skills were great (patient, precise, easy to understand). Jessica at the office was also great. Great experience! Northside offered more than $100 more than Wilbert's for my 2006 Colorado. They also came the very next day, and willingly modified their pickup time when I told them I was running late. In a few weeks, I'll have another Colorado to be scrapped, and Northside will be the ONLY company I will call!!

Great service, very professional and quick response. I explained my situation and need to the staff who responded my call, soon after our conversation, I got a call back from their driver who would pick up my car, very decent and professional, to let me know the time of the pick up. Everything went well and very smoothly with the whole process, got paid a fair price for the car. I had the car cleaned out by the time the driver got there. During the process, I was unable to get some old CDs I had in my car CD player, and their driver was nice enough to give it a jumpstart and got the CDs out for me. I would recommend them to anyone who may need their service.

Sold my daughter’s minivan with a blown engine to Northside Salvage. Called 2 salvage yards and Northside offered the best price. They arranged the pickup quickly and paid me on the spot.
