Great guy showed up as promised and on time.. Easy transfer.. fair priced, honest, and friendly.. professionalism at it's best ! Although.. I sure will miss that truck!

I prefer a part and they accidentally shipped it to an entire different state! Then when I called they sent an email stating I could have massaged as if I didn’t! I’m out of $75 plus the $100 I had to pay in a mechanic cancellation fee because of their mess up. I have yet to get a refund or haven’t heard anything! Never again! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE RUNNNNN

These guys are great! Sight unseen, they will take your clunker and turn it into cash. Both my boys had to finally junk their old cars this past year, and even though they were not good enough for trade-ins, my sons got $500 and $300, respectively for a 2009 Hyundai Elantra and a 2012 Chevrolet Impala. In the Impala's case, the car wouldn't even start, but they came and towed it for free! Thank you, Northside! I hope you got some decent parts from these.

I needed my car removed. And I called northside. They were willing to move in on the same day, however. The driver could not do it that day. I got a call from. I believe one of the managers and he told me that he was apologizing for the inconvenience, however he sent another Driver and his partner, they were very polite and they did a fantastic job moving my Vehicle and $375. Im so glad my Driveway is clear. Thank you again.

Northside Salvage made selling my Jeep very fast and easy! They reached out to me on the same day that I submitted my info to them, and we arranged a time to meet at my convenience. They showed up right on time with their tow truck and paid me cash on the spot. Whole exchange took no more than 15 minutes. I had a positive experience from my first interactions with Northside Salvage. I sent an inquiry using their website and received a response immediately saying that they were closed but would get back to me in the very next morning. I had another response. Every interaction has been timely personal and with a direct agent. The pick up was seamless. The tow truck drivers were polite. The money exchange was simple And follow up communication was efficient as well. I needed a receipt to take to the DMV and although I had been a few weeks responded immediately. A copy of the receipt sent to my email. Is one of the best most focused, personable, efficient, friendly, and helpful companies I have ever done business. It’s tough to get rid of Vehicle. That’s been in the family for so long, however, knowing we were being treated with dignity and respect the entire process that much easier. Highly recommend!

Northside Salvage did an excellent job. I contacted them through their website on a Sunday afternoon just to get info on a junk car pickup. They responded within the hour with an offer much better than any others. We received an email confirmation of the offer, also. We were able to set up a date and time for the pickup, and they followed up by text that morning. The driver arrived on time, gave us the cash and within 10 minutes, he was on his way with our former “lawn ornament” junk car. Very courteous, respectful and efficient. Thank you Northside! Had a dead car I needed removed from my apartment complex. Tow truck driver was prompt (same day pickup!) and called to let me know when he was close. He was courteous and the whole deal was done within 20 mins, cash in hand. Before calling them I shopped around and was lowballed by some competitors. Northside was honest and upfront the whole time and gave me the best price for my vehicle. As a young woman navigating this alone I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company. I found them both safe and efficient!!

The guys at Northside were great! I did an online request for quote for my older SUV, and they emailed/texted me with a fair offer within the hour! I also got a nice call from them to set up pick up THAT AFTERNOON - only a few hours after the offer! The driver with a flatbed arrived on time, with cash, and was super friendly and professional.
