These guys are the best. I needed a couple of parts for my Q7 that a dealer would usually only stock, and these guys had them. Very easy to deal with, very reasonable prices, and high quality parts. It has been my go to stop for the last 17 years of driving German cars.
The warranty on parts treasure your receipt because they will not bother to look you up. Lost my warranty due to faded receipt $400 down the drain, never again! You better off ordering online. They lack from customer service.
Customer service is lacking severely. My husband dropped the ball and forgot to pick up parts he had ordered in January. No excuses, I'm not proud of him. When he finally remembered in March, he had asked me to go pick them up. Unaware of the situation, I show up at the warehouse and ask to pick them up and I'm met by 3 very grumpy gentlemen scolding me for my husband's mistake because the parts were returned. It took about an hour to reorder the parts (should've been no more than 20 minutes because they had the original order to go off of with all of the information), during which I kept apologizing for my husband and continued to get scolded. I paid for the entire order upfront so that the same situation wouldn't happen, in how's to rebuild trust.
My observations during the visit consisted of 3 very grumpy men sitting and twiddling their thumbs while talking about topics that did not involve work. I was appalled by the unprofessionalism then, but only today I decided to leave a review. The reason for that is the experience my husband had with them earlier today. He came in asking "can I order some parts?" To which they replied with "You can go away". He turned around and left.
Horrible experience I spent my last to buy a part that I thought I needed try to return it and buy the part that I didn’t need they couldn’t even do that waste of my time $450 down the drain .They express deeply about the deposit but forgot to tell me that they will not refund if it’s wrong.Go to AutoZone or advance auto at least you’ll get your money back if it’s wrong
Have worked on euro and other foreign vehicles in this area for the past 18 years and imparts is by far the best for these cars, if not in stock they get for the next day in most cases. Have never had an issue returning a defective part, counter people will ask the questions that need to be asked to get the correct part.
I went to this business as a courier and got shouted at, swore at and called stupid by the owner in less than a minute. He said he would donate to the VFW and when I showed up to pick the check he willingly said he would donate and when I showed up to pick it up for some reason it set him off. He told me to never come back and he would never donate to the VFW ever again. I was beyond shocked and moved to tears; the company owner called him to discuss his behavior and he got the same treatment from the owner; swore at and hung up on. I don't know why he hates the VFW, or why he said he would donate to them and then try to renege or why he thought it was acceptable to treat someone so viciously. I can't imagine what would happen if he ever had a real problem in life or how he would cope. I will never forget this experience and I wouldn't recommend his company to anyone. If he can't keep his word to the veterans of our country and then swears at a woman who's doing her job why would anyone want to give him a dime? From other reviews on this site, it looks like others have gotten similar treatment. He's an unstable monster who needs a psych evaluation. Karma will get this guy.
I’ll start by saying they are knowledgeable and sell quality euro parts. I’m not coming on here to bash them. I’m not complaining about prices. Usually when a lot of people call them it’s because no one else has the part or you want quality so it’s not about price. I’ve been working on euro cars professionally for a long time so I’ve used them a lot. The problem is getting a part warrantied they give you a very hard time and if they sell you the wrong part they blame you. They are pretty good so it’s not super common to get the Wong stuff like auto zone or advance but when your working on euro cars it’s not like domestic cars. A lot of times with euro cars you can have 3 different parts that go to one car and they get pissed if they send the wrong stuff. Other parts stores will say “im sorry I’ll send the correct stuff. We spend a couple hundred grand a year on parts, if it wasn’t such a hassle to deal with them they could be getting a lot of that money. Again I’m not bashing them or telling people not to go there because they do have a good product but come on guys learn some customer service. And it not just me I know a ton of shop owners and shop managers that say the same thing
Great place for import parts. They have OEM parts for much less than the dealer and in stock. Been going here for 10 years. Just call to get pricing and availability. They are sort of a door in the wall place. Have got parts for my Vw, SAAB. and Subaru. Mostly European stuff.
So I call for a gallon of G13 fluid & never thought to ask for the price but never thought it would cost almost double of what it cost at the Audi dealership so I returned & later got a nasty phone call from the owner swearing at me. Very unprofessional. Stu if your having a bad day don't take it out on your customers. Good luck from Mikes Auto Sales :-(
