The Front Desk Attendant was very welcoming. I missed my Inspection Date and explained I needed a Walk-In Appointment ASAP. ***Plus...I had a Sleeping Baby with me! He got us right in. The Technicians did the required Service on my vehicle and when completed, they even parked my car at the front entrance so that I can easily put my baby back into her car seat. I stopped there because they had a low tire pressure warning on my vehicle. Fortunately they weren't very busy and determined. I needed to have a new tire which means I bought two. I appreciate what they did to help me out.

On Thursday night I hit a pothole and messed up my rim really bad. My tire was leaking air and I was freaking out so I came to Mavis Friday morning. Max and the other guys helped me out and I’m so appreciative. Amazing service, not a long wait time, and now my rim is bent back and my tire isn’t leaking air. Thank you so much for the amazing service!

Went in for exhaust noise and in the door manager Caleb gonna charge 54.00 just to look at car I told him that free estimate he put car on lift and said it was the resonator he said he had to order parts he took exhaust off from resonator to muffler so I could not leave 3 hours just for parts he gave me a bill of 1428.09 muffler 599.87 and 312.25 labor 400.00 that is way over priced when I called manager he said no mistake that if I didn't pay can't get my car I called customer service

Cal and the team were great. Very communicative, efficient and friendly.

I went for a oil change after that, they did not put the sticker on the windshield has a reminder & they didn't know how to reset the oil reader on my vehicle. I came all the way back to the location for them to correctly finish what they started. I had another appointment at this location but because no staff was there until later, my appointment was moved to a later time of the day. I left totally dissatisfied. I Can not recommend this location for service to anyone. Monroe Muffler locations seem unable to keep good employees, therefore it creates a problem for the customer. You make it easy for customers like me to pay the extra money to know I'll get the work done right some place else. I have had my vehicle serviced with Monroe Muffler for years and now I'm truly disappointed.

I went to have an inspection on my car. They were thorough and fast. I was very satisfied. I continue to use them.

Caught a flat tire on my Tesla Model Y a few weeks ago and called them, they got me right in! Put a new one on at a great price in the matter of minutes! All staff was amazingly friendly and helpful! Returned back several weeks later ran over a nail and got a flat in the same new tire! Brought it right in no appointment and they took it right back and fixed it instantly!!! Once again super freaking nice!!! Will come here and refer anyone I know who is in need of service!!!

Stopped to see if they could do NYS Inspection. Cal and his team did it right away and provided high quality service. I will be bringing my other car in later in the week.

Got stranded 3 hours from home and just happened to come across this place when no one else could help us. The service techs and supervisor went above and beyond and made sure we made it home! Shout out to Luis!

This was a very BAD experience at this location. I had been getting my inspection done there for the past 4 years it’s the first time there that I was there for Hours just for the inspection the workers and so called manager talked more then they worker didn’t care that I was there for hours trying my best to be patient after hours of waiting they failed my just about new car for one wiper blade I left cause I was not paying 188 dollars for blades, went next door auto zone brought my blades had them put on went back to get my sticker , now he charged me Extra 10;00 to hook my car back up to get my sticker, my state law says I have 30 days to repair whatever failed, I was back with in 15 mins. I was at your shop for hours never got an explanation of what was going on until I had to go ask him., unbelievable so called manager either no customer service skills, I will never take my car or recommend any one to go there. He promised he would call the next day , but of course he didn’t instead we called another manager was there and I sent someone else (male) to go handled. Called your corporate office to talked to someone and was transferred and then hung up on.. Guess you know you will never see me there again and your so called manager said he didn’t care if I ever came back .. that’s his way of showing appreciation of a good customer

They helped me fix my oil when it was burnt when another place didn't and helped me fix my tire I highly recommend them! They made my day!

The manager the staff are awesome they know what they're doing if anything is wrong with your car they will tell you up front they are phenomenal I love them they're like family all the texts need a raise the manager even need to raise the store is clean the bathroom is clean they treat you like you are their family they only work on my car that is the only company I let work on my vehicle that's a great job that they do and I bring them I'll let everybody else know about Monroe muffler because I tell everybody else to go there to get their car worked on

Do not use this particular Monro Service Center for any large repairs. Unexperienced and misleading service manager and mechanic who was working on my vehicle. Zero stars. Contacted the headquarter as a result of the misconduct...

I had a leak in one of my tires. They got it fixed very quickly and for less money than I had anticipated. Good friendly service to boot!

I have been bringing cars to this shop since 1998, when my HS BF worked here (rip). Today I needed an inspection. And I also knew my car was gonna need some extra attention. Cal and his crew were on it ! They took such great care of me !! I am so grateful . Pays to be loyal. Thank you guys !!

Cal helped me out the second I walked in the door. I needed 2 tires mounted and balanced. After being screwed over by Walmart. He got me in the shop with in 5 min after getting my information. Thank you sir. Your customer service speaks volumes especially these days !

Helped me out when I had a nail in my tire and got it fixed within less than 25 minutes! Highly recommend this shop for service and I will be coming back if I need anything in the future. Cole the manager and his main mechanic are great 🙌🏻

Parts for brake change cost at there parts store $100 /wheel. They said they would do the job for $2000. What a rip off. If I bought the parts they quoted $168 to install. That was per axel

I drove here 3 separate times and waited for a total of 2 hours, all for an exhaust repair that they never even ordered the parts for in the first place. I understand getting busy and that they were having computer problems that day, but there was zero reason to have me come back and wait around for an hour and a half right before closing on a Sunday when the parts hadn't even been ordered yet. All it would've taken was for the assistant manager to quit throwing fits about the system for two minutes to realize that. To top it off he said he'd be calling with the quote today and I never even heard anything. Definitely won't be coming back here. Follow up: finally had the exhaust repair taken care of at Firestone up the road for less than $800 after this guy initially said around $2500. Definitely shop around.

Joe and Anthony really went the extra mile for me. I scheduled an appointment for what I expected to be a wheel balancing; turned out I need to have a ball joint replaced. Despite receiving the wrong part 4 separate times (not their fault) they kept me updated and Anthony even stayed past closing on a Sunday to continue the repair. The next day, the were able to finish everything and get me back on the road. This is right before a road trip, so I very much appreciate the labor getting this taken care of! Thanks guys!

I made an appointment online and they did not have any open appointments. Returned the next day. Inspection was completed and I paid for it and was then told that they could not print the sticker. Went back two additional times with the receipt and was told I had to drive 15 minutes to another location, only to be told that it needed to be reinspected. This was the worse experience and I will never return for any service.

I got a flat tire on my way to work and I stopped by Monroe. They were willing to look at it right away, but they couldn't get the size tire I needed. They were so friendly and accommodating. They suggested I check one of the other tire stores that were right down the road! Just the fact that they recommended another location from a competitor won my heart over. I will definitely be visiting this location in the future.

On January 10,2025, me and my husband had brakes, rotors and oil change done. A week later brakes was squealing and scraping. We took the car back and kept getting the run around. Finally today 4/7/2025 they lifted on the bay. They claim they checked it out and lied said the boot on the cv busted and the grease leaked on the brakes n rotors therefore my warranty was voided. When my husband went to look with them, they never took my tire off to check it thoroughly. Feel like they just didn’t wanna do any work. Waste of money because we barely drove the truck. We took the truck back 4 times before today and got the run around. One of the workers told us it might b the pin and to come back. But this the result we got! Our truck still broke!! I will never o business here again!! I would not recommend anyone to do business here!! Update: I ended up going to a street mechanic whole time it was never my brakes it was the cv axle shaft. This shop knew this the whole time and lied, said I needed brakes and rotors. They got me for $719!

A great shop because of their superb knowledge, dedication to duty and respect for their customers. They're not driven by how much money they can make, but rather, how much they can help and improve their customer's lives. They're a credit to Monro Muffler organization.

So I have taken my truck here before and always had fairly decent to good experiences. Sadly, this doesn't hold true when my wife went alone. I made an oil change and tire rotation appointment for her and they attempted one of those high pressure you need new tires and an alignment for $1000 or else kind of sales pitches. Now two tires are bad and need replacing but none are wearing unevenly and the other 2 have plenty of tread left. I was able to calm her down and she safely drove to Ithica right after this appointment with zero issues. While it was snowing. Sad day .

Went into this place for a wheel alignment. I had issues with my car prior to coming in but the guys working did what they could. They all seem like a legitimate group of dudes that work well together and the new store manager seems like a great dude to do business with. I highly recommend this location. Before I drive back to Chicago from Rochester I’m going to have these guys work on a few more things. Very impressed with the car service but more importantly the customer service.
