After 26 years of GM vehicles ownership, I’m sad to report that they just told me at the counter that they wouldn’t honor the warranty on the first part I’ve ever tried to return under warranty. Apparently, the warranty on the front of the Delco OE battery isn’t honored by Delco. They wanted a receipt; and, refused to look up the sale. This battery failed in less than 6 months, having been left on a trickle charger, and only cranked a handful of times over that period. Would not recommend.
If you need a part speak with Jill she is absolutely amazing at her job she goes out the way to ensure her customers are satisfied now to be specific I mean folks is considerate literally takes time to call the other stores to check and ensure they have their part definitely made my day in the future coming here first instead of roc auto everytime.
There is no better shop/staff on earth. This is like an old time shop - the guys KNOW what they are doing, they CARE about thier customers, they get stuff FAST. I build cars and maintain 2 older daily drivers. I often need crazy out-of-the-norm stuff and it never confuses them. I can describe or draw a part and before I finish they have it on the counter and it's 20% less than anywhere else. Our daily cars and all of my projects go through this shop
