SEVERAL TIMES! Literally 5 times my wife went to this AutoZone to get her car scanned and one person on their staff is failing to correctly carry out the process. Before my words are misinterpreted, understand that we have never had an issue or complaint about this store in terms of service, or any other regard. This is the only issue we have had with this store. I am ACE certified for a decade now however, I dont own a scanner. A couple of years ago, my wife wanted to learn "car stuff" like the mechanic work I do. She purchased a vehicle and has been putting in the time through rain and even snow! She has done complex and simple jobs such as tore down the header and replaced blown gasket and bad piston and recently cleaned/repaired the EGR system. Hence the need for the scan since its inspection time. She no longer goes to this AutoZone for scans, she now goes to another one. I dont blame her! I tested the store, and they handed the scanner over with no problem. I smiled and said nevermind. Is it because shes a woman? This is wrong. I'm redirecting all my clients AWAY from this store from now on.

The item I purchased didn't fit in my car. I had to return it and got my money back.

I needed new wiper blades, wasn’t sure what to buy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Young gentleman put them on quickly so I didn’t have to worry about how to put them on! They are fantastic

I like to say that the store manager Crystal is the best in the whole wide world. She brightens my day and make me feel good. It’s a pleasure doing business with AutoZone.

Unfortunately, pass by them to read a code on my car, the guy working there said its not available because someone stole the device used to read the codes. which is weired because I guss they can get new device from their own store !!

Big Thank-you to the manager who came out to my car with a special screwdriver and installed my mirror after loosening the little screw and slid the mirror back on and tightened the screw.

Order online for a pick up at around noon but never received the pick up ready from them til I call the next day asking for my order status and had to wait on the phone for another 15min that was placed on hold while he checked and another person came to the phone to ask me everything all over. Very disappointing.

Needed a new car battery and CJ and Sue were both friendly and kind. They were able to get me a new car battery, install it, and check the battery, starter, and alternator.

Needed a new battery after coming out of work on a VERY cold Monday. AAA got me started and I made it to this AutoZone. I was greeted immediately, sold a battery at a very reasonable price, and had it installed with very minimal, and acceptable, wait. I drove off very happy.

Terrible customer service. Bought a tire inflator from them. The tire inflator broke while trying to use it. Tried to return it they will not take it back can I explained to them but the tire inflator broke while trying to use it for the first time. The guy told me that it was used and that they were not taking it back and to get out of his store. Try to again explain to him that all I did was set it down tried to hook it to the tire and it broke. He told me he wasn't taking it back or exchanging it to get out of the store. So now I was stuck with a product I couldn't use and lost my money. Terrible customer service hate them in that store

Auto Zone on Chili Ave. In Rochester New York I had the pleasure of doing business and getting help with a item that I went online and ordered and encountered a problem when I received an e-mail that my pick up was ready. She went above and beyond to find the pick up was nowhere to be found. She called another branch and had it driven over the next day and called as soon as it was delivered. She went above beyond to help and apologized for the inconvenience and mishap. The store manager Cyrstal

Terrible customer service. You have to wait along time. Went to get a battery replacement in December and the stupid supervisor kept telling me that my battery was good even thought l already told him dat l had it tested already and needed a battery. So l had to get a jump again a few days later so l went back to Autozone and told him that my battery died and l came here the other day and told you that l needed one. So finally l got a new battery installed.

According to the store's promotions they would be able to install a headlight bulb. The clerk said they could not because they did not have the proper tools. This didn't give me comfort that they would sell me the correct bulb so I went next door to Advance Auto to buy it.

I have been only able to find what I've needed consistently stocked in one store for all the work I've had to do on my Dodge Dart that was not prepared or worked on properly by Xtreme Auto on route 104 West outside Rochester, NY. They carry all the CRC products and Seafoam hot soak top end cleaner, filters for cabin/intake, leather repair, special tools.,..ect.They were kind enough to remind me that I had $50 in credit through their phone number based rewards program and I highly recommend that you set up an account if you purchase specialty products or any car parts DIY mechanics use on the regular! Don't look at all the employees as experts, do your homework first.

Mr Brandon C. Was a phenomenal representative for AutoZone on chili Excellent customer service as well as multitasker!!!! I Would suggest to anyone to come to him he will not leave you astray!!!! He's very direct straight to the point and helps with any issues in anyway he can!!!! SO you DON'T GO ABOVE & BEYOND THAT MR.BRANDON C. DOES IT FOR YOU!!!! Long wait.. there was only two salesperson on the floor. One was taking care of young ladies windshield wiper outside and the other was on the cash register... Don't get me wrong the service there is great. I think they just need more cashiers.

My truck’s battery died in my driveway and nobody was able to get a vehicle nearby to jump it. I went to autozone to see how much a portable starter would be, as I had plans I could not be late for. The super friendly staff informed me they did have them available but it would take hours to charge and they helped send someone to jump my vehicle for me. I am feeling so blessed and thankful. You guys definitely have my business, thank you so much. ❤️🙏 hands down best customer service experience

My car battery wasn't turning over and I called AAA but they wouldn't be there for another hour. I called this shop because they were a 7 min walk away, and the manager dispatched someone to jump my car. They were there 3 minutes later, and 25 minutes later I had a new battery in my car and was on my way. The shop was BUSY when I pulled up and they still valued me and helped me quickly. They all deserve a raise, thank You so much!!

The staff at the Chili AutoZone was extremely helpful.I was in need of a new battery and wiper blades. One team member was in training but the manager Charles was spot on with everything and helped the new team member while he assisted me as well. Charles installed the new wiper blades and battery quickly and respectfully. Charles was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Definitely do not hesitate visiting this location. Ask for Charles if you are looking for something specific. He knows his stuff!

The service is great and staff is extremely helpful, taking time to make sure you're actually getting the product you want. And have no problem putting fluids in or attaching purchases on your vehicle. They're very respectful and friendly.

It's a great place to go for assistance for your car needs. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Their service is great. They put in a new car battery for me and it is working excellently. Their prices is great not too expensive compared to other places.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. All I needed was a pair of new wiper blades which they happily offered to install for free. The installation was quick and professional which saved me the 15 minutes of stumbling around if I had done it myself.
