Our experience with our items removal was smooth and effortless. Nathan and Brian were super courteous and professional at all times. They were so positive and answered our questions completely. They loaded the truck with care and waited while I had to make some calls to my family as to whether they wanted any items before Nathan and Brian loaded the truck. Great service! Nathan and Owen were very polite and efficient with our stuff, and they were in and out within 15 minutes! Minimum charge for pickups is around $150 but it’s well worth it to have someone take the bulky stuff off our hands.

Nathan, Owen, Jack and Brian came over and moved a piano today for me and did an outstanding job! The piano was a monster, probably close to 750 lbs and they handled it with ease. Highly recommend them for any of your junk removal needs.

These guys are freaking amazing! Are they the cheapest? Probably not but you get every dollar you spend back in spades! Owen and Brian, shout out to you guys. I shot out a request for a quote. Just had a basement cleaned out of 30+ year old furniture; heavy recliner couches, treadmill, hutch, etc. Ish and Brian were amazing. Arrived early and were done in an hour. They were both great communicators, polite and careful. Definitely will use this company again!

Quick and easy to book a time, they are very transparent with the process and the estimate, and the customer service both from the office staff and the crews on the trucks was exceptional. I just had my first experience with l got junk! I got an 8-10am window, they arrived at 8:30am and were gone by 9:15am. They first took a look at my stuff and showed me a price range estimate that they thought it would be. The service goes by how much room in the truck is used. I got rid of a couch, a recliner, an ottoman, a mattress, a box string and a very heavy multi piece bedframe. The guys, Owen and Nathan I think, were super friendly and respectful!! Snow, stairs and a hill were not obstacles for them at all! I plan to use them again when I move out of my next place. Thank you!

Nathan & Brian were super quick and efficient removing a giant sectional from our TV room. Moving skills were top notch and they both were very personable, delivered great customer service. Highly recommend and will use again!

Nathan and Michael did an amazing job! They removed everything we needed gone quickly and were very professional. Scheduling was easy and they arrived promptly. They managed to fit all of our junk into much less space in the truck than I thought we would need, including a few very heavy and bulky items. They even swept up afterwards. Nathan, Brian, Nick, and Owen arrived promptly, worked astonishingly hard, and somehow managed to clear three trucks’ worth of junk away - including a monster piano - within the two hour window I originally scheduled. I’ve used 1-800-Got-Junk in three states now and never regretted it. I think the team in the Rochester area is one of the best.

Matt, Owen and Vai were awesome removing my hot tub. It was amazing to see them rolling it to the driveway and how they were able to get it on the truck. very polite and professional I would highly recommend them and if the need arises I will definitely use them again
