First and last time my business goes here. Thought you might have better employees than autozone but i guess every auto place has creatures for workers. Bought a fix a flat can a couple days ago ended up not using it and getting a new tire. Went to return without receipt and Jenn said can not return without receipt not even for store credit. Product was brand new un opened. I asked if they can just return back to the card i used for purchase as we are in 2026 and every single store has the ability to do this through card transactions. I mean come on… in the middle of us talking she said excuse me can you let me finish my sentence. Right there shows lack of customer service and attitude that was not needed. I’m not one to make a big deal about it but I told her how I felt and that she was rude and horrible customer service. She returned my product as manufacture defect and proceeded so say well i did it for you didnt I? At the end i tried to apologize for how it went down and Jenn wouldnt even look me in the eye. We all have our problems and what not but leave your attitude and issues at home when your a customer facing representative. This was the slightest inconvenience i think she may have in her life and struggled to be kind. Sorry but employees arent what they used to be for the amount they get paid these days.
Just happened now 9:48 am Sunday I went to the Store and was tall white guy with the green eye. I say good morning he looked to me like down eye and he ignored my Greetings and I said again good morning and he like don’t like say good morning his execute oh I didn’t answer you because I was do something. I told him you just hold the paper and you dropped on desk do I should pay him for say good morning back ! It’s was my favorite store at Neighbourhood but absolutely I will not go back again !
Stopped to buy coolant. While on the road. Asked for military discount. Retired. I Putin my data. Then they gave me a sing song about computer, and other non discounted possible problem. Then supervisor said coolant was not a discount.
Asked that my data be removed from system. They did nothing.
Don't stop here...
I paid full price and gave my full data.
If I was told before. I would be glad to pay for price.

First time customer here and the customer service your employee Robert gave was phenomenal, I needed help figuring out my brake light issue and he went above and beyond service. I will no longer go to autozone for assistance going forward all thanks to him! Happy to be an O’Rilley customer now

After getting turned away from AutoZone, I stopped by O'Reilly's to see if they could help me replace my burnt out tail light. Juan was very kind and helped me remove the housing and change out the bulb. He made sure that I was understanding the process so that I can replicate it in the future. I wasn't able to get to the shop until past sunset and Juan stayed with me the whole time in the cold to make sure we got my car fixed.
I went into O'Reillys to purchase oil for my car, which I have done a few times in the past. They would price match to their competitors prices and give out generous deals. The employees have always been considerate and knowledgeable, until today. Juan, who said he was the general manager of the store, was at the counter eating. I asked if he could help me out. His response was "I guess, if I have to...". I had the oil in my hand and mentioned to him the price matching deal I've always had previously and he said he would simply not do that, nor look up my name in the system to see that this was done before. At that time I asked for his name and for the manager of the store. He rudely said it is me, snatched the product from my hands, and yelled at me to leave the store. I need a response in regards to this awful employee. There is no way anyone should have to deal with someone like him at a nice place like this.
Amazing customer service from Juan! Been here twice for my daughter’s car and Juan went above and beyond both times. He saved the day and we will absolutely be shopping here for all our auto part needs from now on. 100% recommend!!

My first experience at O'Reilly's when they first opened was great thanks to Juan. He greets me every time i come in. He is knowledgeable and helpful.. He is the reason I keep coming back to O'Reilly's for my parts..
Ben is also very helpful me with any parts needs I have.
I had been going to AutoZone for a while. They would usually come up with the part somewhere in Monroe county. But a new O'Reillys opened up just a bit closer and my woman said they were nice. OK Gave it a shot. These guys were friendly, knowledgeable and believe it or not had the parts I needed on prem. I am a poor guy who like to live large with old trucks, convertibles and what not. That they would have drum brake pads and brake cylinder rebuild kit for a 1994 Chevy truck in house blew me away. They had parts for my 2007 Solera ( Autozone made go to Greece ). The guys were patient with me, since I knew how to do it, but didn't know the names for the parts. They also looked like they were liking what they do. I say management is probably much better there. Using some data from vehicle registrations in the are maybe to help figure out inventory. Management attracts better people at the counter. Overall, sorry Autozone I am breaking up with you. O'Reilly's it is. Keep up the great work and with my fleet of old clunkers, you will see me in from time to time.
I couldn't find an exhaust anywhere locally. Online was 4-5 days to receive. Ben was especially helpful and found one in Syracuse and it was there at 3pm same day.

Went to buy a car battery for around 200 dollars and was told that the workers could exchange the battery for us as long as it didn't say "only professional " something or the other ..so we already was stressing cause the car stopped at Autozone and they didn't have the eco battery so they referred us to O'Reillys ..so we walked over to the Plaza bought the battery asked the guy if we get the car could he swap the battery out..he said "no he swapped out a battery like the one we have and it would be impossible for him to do it in a timely matter but we could utube it and do it ourselves"..so we walked back to Autozone Plaza told them what happened and the cashier swapped the battery out in less then 10 minutes..when we returned the old battery for the core charge and asked the cashier why would he discourage us from bringing the car he just stood there looking stupid 🤷🏽♀️I have pics and video of this incident...if anyone is interested
Ben is phenomenal, he helped me find out my radiator problems and didn't give me a hard time for making a silly mistake. Highly recommend this O'Reilly to everyone.
At first I would have given Kyle 5 star as he put wipers on our truck in the rain. Wipers that cost $50 squeaked, so we went back. No more nice Kyle, who by the way said he was a store manager, but was really the assistant store manager. At first, Kyle said we could not exchange or return them because they had been out on our truck for 10 minutes even though they were defective and squeaked. when Kyle consulted another employee the employee said yeah they squeaked because they said on the shelf too long and the rubber was old so they were not any good anymore. After our first visit, Kyle asked me to do a Google review and specifically mention him. So Kyle, here’s your Google review, your job is to sell merchandise to customers who pay you money which pays your salary. In this world when people can just go on Amazon and get stuff online, you would think that O’Reillys would place emphasis on keeping people coming in their stores with excellent customer service and follow through. O’Reillys has not gotten that message. We will not be back.
not sure of the employees name but went in for a brake line fitting and he seemed to have no idea what that was and kept showing me brake lines, when i asked questions about the fittings he just responded with “i don’t know you honestly know more then i do” and walked away. this entire interaction he was on his on his phone with someone speaking a different language and kept telling me i should have just bought a honda civic.
Well stocked for sure. They had a starter for a 1970 VW Karmann Ghia in stock for under $100. And when I had trouble with my install and went back I got good advice and boom I’m back on the road. So glad they moved in 👍
Five stars for my first experience here. In particular with Troy (manager) helped me find a bulb needed for my Fiat and with some disgnostics/placement. Very friendly, professional and quick.
