This place may be small but they can almost always get the parts you need for a much lower price than anywhere else.

I went here to get a rear windshield wiper for a 2008 trailblazer and the man that worked there today at 1pm was awesome! He helped me find what I needed and even came out and put the windshield wiper on for me! Amazing customer service! I will definitely recommend this service place to anyone looking for those things they carry!!!! Thank you

Just dropped in because I ran out of windshield wiper fluid and it was the closest place. The people at the desk were helpful and friendly. They even helped me with directions to my next stop (I wasn't familiar with the area) in addition to directing me to the product I wanted. Polite and professional manner (and the in-store German Shepherd Max is a very nice dog). A good experience, although the windshield wiper fluid was a little more expensive than I expected.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. I always get the right parts, and they seem to be better quality than big box stores. Great inventory. I drive from the city to shop here, passing dozens of other parts stores. We all know how frustrating it is to deal with a parts guy who doesn't know cars...These folks know what they are doing. Easily the best parts store in Rochester from my experience. If you can't find it, they can. (Cross referencing gurus)
