I had an excellent experience at Firestone! From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on helping me. They took the time to explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure, and the pricing was more than fair. The work was done quickly and done right the first time. It’s rare to find a shop that combines quality, honesty, and great customer service like this. I’ll definitely be back and will recommend this Firestone to anyone looking for trustworthy auto care

These guys are the best. They were honest and repaired my car quickly. They treated my children including my autistic daughter exceptionally well. I will be back in the future.

Work was ok price ok. If you have a nice car don't bring it here. It will return with scratches. Someone isn't careful enough with the impact gun. Ate up my rim. You can't repair this without redoing entire rim. Only for beater cars.

When I first used this location in October 2024 things went great! Not so much this time. I took my car in on March 25th. The guy at the desk told me to expect six hours of labor and a pickup of the next day. Another guy came up to help him with something on the computer and my total jumped $500 over what I'd been told a week earlier. I should have left then. First a tech called out. Then some things couldn't be helped like a broken bolt and ordering a part. I get that. On the 11th day I was told it looked like it would be ready that afternoon. After the test drive it had problems. They'd let the only tech they wanted to look at it go home though. It was a Friday so that left me without my car for another weekend. On day 14 they said it was ready. When I got in and started it, it was sputtering. The idle was seriously like a jackhammer. I went around the block with it and came back. The guy at the desk didn't know what to do but did again tell me they'd have it the next day. His favorite line, I guess. The tech came up with an attitude saying he hadn't done the initial test drive. Common sense could tell anyone what I was given wasn't okay. The next day no one called so I called and Tyler tried to say he had been on the phone when all that went down. He was with another customer part of the time but not on the phone. I had to wait 18 minutes for a Lyft. He had time to speak to me. I tried to call and get in touch with the regional manager. They never called me. I also kept hearing how other cars were being done first. You left a disabled single parent without a car for more than half a month but yeah, other cars came first. I finally got my car on the 17th day of the ordeal. I had to clean some kind of black stuff out of my seat before I got in. Now during all of this I was having to pay for Ubers, grocery delivery, rescheduling important medical appointments. This situation seriously drained me with all the hundreds of dollars in extra unexpected things. There was the emotional toll of thinking they completely destroyed my car. It was an absolute nightmare.

Very helpful people. Took a couple days for the repairs but they were transparent throughout and gave us detailed information about the progress on the vehicle. We will absolutely bring our vehicles here in the near future. :)

Tyler my service advisor did a great job of walking me through everything they found during their courtesy inspections when all I did was come in for an oil change. Great team, friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be returning for future work!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Service Street Auto Care (Store #9310). I visited this location twice, once in February 2024 and again in March 2024, with an interlock on my car. They initially agreed to work with me and handle the necessary paperwork with my interlock company, but after several days of no updates, I had to call them repeatedly. Each time, they claimed they hadn’t received approval, and when I checked with my interlock provider, they hadn’t received any communication from Service Street at all. After a lot of back and forth, I finally got a call saying they had been emailing the wrong person the entire time. While I appreciated them owning up to their mistake, this delay caused me to miss an entire week of work. Eventually, they did get the car worked on, and everything seemed fine—until my second visit, when I asked them to disconnect my bass system, which had been draining the battery. They assured me it would be no problem. Well, it turns out they didn’t just disconnect the system—they CUT all the wiring, rendering the entire setup completely unusable. This was not only frustrating but also unnecessary. If they didn’t know how to disconnect it, they should have just told me, and I would’ve taken it somewhere else. Instead, I now have to replace all the wiring for the system. To make matters worse, during my third visit, they outright lied to my face, claiming that a new law prevents mechanics from working on cars with interlocks. This was a flat-out lie, and I would take this statement to a judge if needed. If you didn’t want to work on my car, just be honest about it—don’t fabricate stories. I would specifically like to call out Patrick, who I dealt with during all of these issues. His handling of the situation was unprofessional and misleading, and his refusal to own up to the damage caused by the work on my car left me beyond frustrated. The damage to my property and the constant miscommunication have left me with a very negative impression of Service Street Auto Care. I would not recommend this location to anyone and will be looking for another service provider moving forward

Cody and the rest of the staff at Service Street were hands down the best! From their friendly and professional service, to their fair prices, and their kindness, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will not be going anywhere else again! I highly recommend them!

I’ve been going here for service since last year. Everything has been fine except for my last visit. My wife’s car had an oil change and later that night oil was pouring out the bottom of the car. This guy Tyler did not tell me until they were almost finished with the car that there was a problem with the engine oil cooler. I asked him and Jerry would it be okay and they told me it should be okay but needs changing. I order my parts and take them there for labor so that was my intention. Once they drove the car to me it seemed ok. They tell me I need a battery but told me about that with my Charger and lied about it. My battery was only a couple weeks old. I had it retested somewhere else twice. Now my wife’s car needs $1400 worth of work that I’m responsible for after an oil change. Unbelievable. The car wasn’t leaking when I brought it there. I know for a fact. I hope someone will see this and get back to me because I had planned to spend a lot more money here because it’s right in front of my house and I thought Jerry would be cool with me, but I got a bad deal as a loyal customer.

Thank you for your great service and assistance! Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful! I will definitely continue my business here! Timely service, and ease of scheduling especially the weekend before Christmas. Absolutely fantastic service fellas! Cedar Bluff location - Knoxville, Tn.

They wanted to charge four times the price for parts that The Lexus dealership offered. Their reasoning was they warranty their parts, but any other part from AutoZone would come with a warranty. $400 for a water pump and $125 for a belt is absurd when I was showing them prices where I could get both, with reliable brands, for under 200.

We took my wife's car here due to a warranty claim on her car. This was supposed to be the place that her warranty company worked with. The reason we decided to do the warranty was the car was a hour from our house and it was overheating. There was no way to get it home. It was a complete waste of time and money. Between me and my wife talking to them the price kept changing it went up or down depending on different factors. I knew what the problem was when I took it in, and it was covered under the warranty with a 250 dollar deductible. That part was fine, but the bill for an additional 1000 dollars, and it got as high as 1800 for my wife, was completely ridiculous. There was an additional charge for changing a part that was not covered under warranty which was acceptable but over 300 dollars to replace a part they already had to take off was ridiculous. It was a 80 dollar part all they had to do was bolt it to the new water pump instead of the used one. The reason I took it in for the warranty was to save time for myself not to get completely ripped off. Even to get the water pump replaced only which the warranty covered was 700 dollars after they added various different fees that added up to more than the warranty work was to replace the water pump. These fees included a diagnostic fee, shop fees, sales tax and something else. Guess the 250 dollar deductible was just a starting point. I called 2 different times to talk to them with zero luck for a solution. Called the main customer service number to get a nice lady who completely agreed they were overcharging me, and she was passing my information to the regional manager. I still have not received that phone call. So if you want to be completely taken advantage of because they do warranty claims here go ahead. I just ended up fixing the car myself for 200 dollars and a couple of hours of my time after towing it home. After I had to pay the close to 200 dollars to get the car back. To say it was the worst experience I've ever had at a repair shop in over 20 years is an understatement. They may do great work, but for the price it would be worth it to just go to the dealership and save money. I waited a few days before writing this review hopeful the regional manager would call me back for a resolution to the complete ridiculous price because we had a warranty and this is where we had to go. It never came. Guess they just want money from unsuspecting hard working people who thought buying a car warranty would help with repair costs in the future instead of costing them more money because they have a warranty.

I waited and watched the service technician diagnose my car in the bay. Jerry was fantastic and truly was a great experience working with him. When I returned to tow my car home, Tyler told me multiple lies about test driving my car with no transmission and the cost I authorized to diagnose. Fortunately my complaints were heard and I didn’t pay the fraudulent charges and I understand the morals of the Service Street team and will find a new mechanic.

I scheduled an appointment and they were ready for me when I arrived at the scheduled time. They not only changed my oil but also rotated the tires and did a full inspection to confirm there was nothing else needed. They also told me about the five pack, which I took advantage of because it is a great deal. This is the second time I have gone there, with a different vehicle, and the service is excellent

Took are car here about a year ago,was curious to see if they had changed there way of doing business. By the looks of the reviews their still ripping people off. This is no longer cedar bluff auto. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE BACK YARD MECANICS. They are all paid by commission sales. When we had are car towed out of there I asked the supposed mechanic why so many roofing nails in the parking lot, he said it's for job security. True story. They should take down all the good reviews from previous owners, very misleading.

My company truck broke down 13 hours away from home. Fan clutch, tensioner, and belt were all ruined, so we were stuck! Called multiple shops and was told it’d be a few days wait. Came across this place and right away the workers (Jerry and Tyler) got us in, and told us they’d have it ready by the morning. Sure enough, they called us in the morning and we were promptly back on the road. Really appreciate their business, and beyond happy with the professional and friendly service that Jerry and Tyler provided. Thank you very much Service Street!

This place is amazing! An unexpected car repair need was discovered during a tune-up and fully shown and explained to me in detail. Tyler Herndon wrote up the summary and answered all of my many questions with patience. James Anderson did all of my labor and was so professional and kind. I was able to use a coupon I had previously received in the mail. Tyler assisted me in getting a Visa gift card activated and they even sent a FREE Lyft driver so I could get back to the shop when my repairs were done. NICE! I truly felt well taken care of and will continue to bring my car to this location for trusted repairs and maintenance!

They could have had a customer for life but instead ruined my rims, did not offer to have them repaired and told me they were damaged when I brought my car in. What do you think? Look at the pictures, you decide. all fresh gouges! They did this! Do not trust them.. I spent almost $1,000 that day and no apology or repair. Avoid them.. Not trustworthy. Probably could have fixed it for less than $100 but no.. Avoid!

I always have the best experience here. We take all of our cars here to this location for years now. Patrick is very attentive to detail, he is trustworthy, gives lots of options and recommendations and the pricing is beyond fair. We will continue to support this location & bring all of our maintenance & repair needs to Service Street on Cedar Bluff. 5⭐️

From the very first time I walked into the Cedar Bluff location in February, I felt very welcome & valued. The manager, Patrick, along with the rest of his phenomenal team, go above & beyond to ensure the customer experience is a great one, and in their mission to create "forever customers," they do an amazing job. Not only do they get your vehicle in quickly, they are very thorough & do an excellent job of taking the time to show you & explain if something's going on. Repairs are done at a reasonable price, often lower than at other places. I also love the '5-year, 50k mile warranty' that applies to most things. UNHEARD OF in this industry! The peace of mind I've received from here is priceless. Let's face it, the car repair industry is a largely bad news industry (aside from routine maintenance stuff), but feel great in knowing that Service Street's got your back!

I used Doug's shop loyally for 6 years. Two tries with Service Street and two failures. I honestly shouldn't have gone back the second time, but I'd been so loyal to that shop. This time after having my vehicle for three and a half weeks without making any progress on it, they agreed to have it fixed by the next business day or they'd tow it to the shop of my choice. Next day... I call, they hadn't even touched it. Patrick agreed to tow it to another shop. Then, they didn't... just left it sitting overnight again. Absolutely the worst experiences I've ever had with a repair facility and it matches the reviews of everyone else that's been there recently. *Update: Ted Russell Ford's exact words were "a lot of the work they did, didn't need to be done and wasn't the correct way to go about diagnosing the problem." So, basically, they had my vehicle for a month of incompetence. If I had not of towed it to another shop, by all indications it would have sat for much longer.*

Service Street is the NEW ownership of Cedar Bluff Auto as of 2/23. Doug, with whom I had done business with for numerous years on our 4 vehicles is no longer there. The reviews currently posted are for Doug’s ownership not Service Street. So pay attention to the dates of reviews. Service Street has performed service on two of my vehicles so far. I know it’s because Doug, who I trusted very much, is not there that I am not fully trusting this new franchise yet. So far, on both vehicles an oil change has turned out to cost a lot more than an oil change. I actually had a second opinion on one of my cars and found the service at second place considerably less—yes the service was needed so that was good. For me the verdict is not in yet as to whether I trust or not or if I’ll be finding a new mechanic. It’s very difficult when I suddenly lost someone I had trusted for over 10 years. Just don’t know.
