All the staff were great and very helpful. Very friendly and got my vehicle in and out quickly for the service. Definitely found a great shop!

Somehow my GPS took me to this place instead of the place in Maryville where I had an appointment for an alignment. They were kind and courteous and got me in right away. They had coffee and hot chocolate which was nice for me and my son. They even had a kids corner with coloring books. I would definitely recommend this place!

I went there to do free inspections. Mainly ask the price to fix my rack and opinion. They showed me a price was 1900$ (only to do it) That’s too expensive, also battery, wiper blades and alignment were 504$ additionally But I did these 3 things cause I needed it immediately. After that, I noticed one of the switches was broken (they lost it) and doesn’t work until now I went other mechanic where is my near place. They found another issue and did more cheaper price for me. I’m highly recommended just to go to see your fixing cost and go other mechanic

Just called for information, instead of answering they hung up on me. I will be finding a better mechanic to go too

Scheduled an appointment for my truck to get tires balanced. Shouldn’t take longer than 30 min. I waited for 1.5 hours and they still hadn’t pulled my truck in yet. I’ve been going to this garage for 11 years…mostly for convenience but the service has always been great. Looks like new crew since I’ve been there last and the service stinks. Mistakes happen, but if I experience that again they’ve lost a loyal customer.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars! Truly the kindest and most patient auto shop! Karen is a literal angel, everyone is professional and wants to do anything to help you to the best of their ability! They make you feel welcome from the second you walk in, and check in periodically to give you updates with what’s going on/ a time frame! 10/10!

This shop will intentionally screw up your car and upsell you whenever possible. My husband and I have been taking our cars here since we moved to the neighborhood two years ago. Management changed this past year, and apparently, they've gotten greedy. They changed my tie rods back in May and didn't do an alignment, then tried to lie to me, saying they didn't need to. They quoted me over $4,000 in work for my car last week when I took it in for an oil change. This included new tires, as the tread was severely uneven due to the negligent previous service. When I pulled the Carfax and asked why they didn't do an alignment, no one could give me a straight answer. The service rep, Skip, apologized for how things had been handled and confirmed the tire damage was from not performing an alignment and said this visit had been reported to the Service Street corporate office. When I spoke to the manager, Chris Simmers, and asked if they could make it right, he told me they "can't just give away stuff for free." It's a shame because this location is so close to the house, but they've completely lost our trust. We'll be getting all our auto work done elsewhere from now on.

Service street replaced my tire, which had a nail in it, since they were still under warranty even though there was an issue with the paperwork from the original purchase. When one of the studs unexpectedly broke as they were replacing the tire, the customer service representative Skip gave me options and then kindly stayed with me after hours (a full hour!) until my husband could come and pick me up. He also offered to arrange a Lyft ride. The general manager Chris and the customer service representative Karen provided excellent customer service and seemed to genuinely appreciate my business and tried to accommodate my schedule and situation to get me own my way.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Service Street on Northshore Drive! Karen provided excellent customer service from start to finish. As a woman, it can be really stressful dealing with car repairs and mechanics, but Karen made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. She was kind, professional, and got my brakes fixed quickly without any hassle or upselling. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and efficient — I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending her to everyone!

The service writer Jeff was extremely helpful and thorough, made sure my tire pressures were correct, and the tech that replaced my water pump was great and I haven't had any other issues. Highly recommend this location!

These folks executed a hard repair on my Camry and did it to perfection. Thank you for the water pump! Those things are really tough to remove and re- install. It works GREAT now!

I'd recommend you light your vehicle on fire and drive it into the lake across the road before you take it here. I spoke with "Skip" who recommended $4,338.90 worth of work to my 7 year old vehicle. Shortly after leaving, I received a voicemail from "Skip" that they could help me replace a bracket for less than $300. I've spent over $5,000 on two vehicles at this shop in the past 12 months. I'm not "new". Go elsewhere.

Brought my car in for a new battery and an oil change. The service was quick, the price was fair, and everyone was friendly. Chris, the manager, was very helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. Jim and Shannon were great too!! Both were super nice and did a solid job. The waiting area and restrooms were nice and clean. I’ve definitely found my go to shop!

They did good work at a decent price. The part I needed was going to be really high but they found a salvage part for way less. There's no warranty on a salvage part, understandably so, so most places don't even offer that so I was happily surprised. The labor cost wasn't bad at all and work was completed on schedule. One of the best experiences I've had at a mechanic.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here! I came in from out of town and spoke with Mr. Jim who got me into an appointment quickly and with cheer. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I give an A+ for the service and the work done on my car. I live in Chattanooga, but I’m super tempted to make them my go-to spot!

Thank you Northshore location for fixing the plastic dragging part under my daughters car for FREE! We are getting ready to go out of town and now don't have to worry about her driving the car. That was awesome of you all!! :)

A+ service. Everyone here was very professional and courteous. Prices are reasonable as well. This is a great neighborhood shop for when you don’t need the dealer.

Top notch neighborhood mechanic. I walked in 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday and asked for a last minute service for a weekend road trip. Not only did they perform the service at a reasonable rate but were happy to. I guess I’ve found my go to shop. These guys are great.

I went in there to have four new tires put on. They did a great job and good deal. The problems happen when they called me and told me my car was ready to be picked up but I needed new brakes on a 23 F150. I was also told I would not be able to take my electronic E-Brakes off due to a “special key” that I needed to buy. I decided to declined their $1300 quote for brakes. After one short YouTube video I was able to figure out that I just had to press a few buttons in my truck for my electronic E brakes to come off. For Free! Then I took everything off I inspected my pads to see that I had +70% of my pads left. My advice… find a mechanic you can trust. This is everywhere.

I usually have a great experience at Northshore. I even sent my children there for oil changes when they were in town. This will be a long post, but only for providing the full story to explain my rating: Previously, I went to the Solway or Farragut locations; but, after having a horrible experience at the Farragut location, I decided to try Northshore. Every experience I had until last week was great. I went in for my last oil change on the 5 pack deal. Once the oil change was complete, I left and in less than 1 mile the check engine light appeared (it was not on previously). I figured I could take my vehicle back for a quick check. The technician came back and said they cleared the code since they could not figure out the issue. I drove off and this time at approximately the same distance (less than 1 mile), not only did the check engine light appear but the oil pressure light, as well. I drove my car a little further thinking that the lights might turn off. They did not. I went back to the Northshore location and told them that I now have 2 lights that appeared. I was then told that the last location that performed the oil change "manipulated" an oil filter to fit my vehicle and I also had the wrong oil filter housing. I immediately told them that their location was the only one to change the oil in my vehicle since the oil filter housing was replaced in Jan 2023 and I had experienced no issues until NOW. They told me to take my vehicle back to the shop that originally replaced the oil filter housing; however, I did not feel safe driving the vehicle with both the check engine and oil pressure lights illuminated. Brandy (location manager) called a tow truck for me as transportation to the other shop (located in Corryton, TN). When the other shop looked at the housing they immediately found out it was CRACKED!!! I called the Northshore location back to reveal the issue. Brandy was not there so I spoke with another associate. He told me that if I brought the vehicle back they would fix it for "free". I told this associate that I no longer trust their shop and that I also believe they cracked the housing (which is why I believe the lights appeared after driving away from their shop) and that they should have checked more closely before I left. He told me the regional manager (I believe his name is Kevin) would call me later to discuss. I can not confirm that he ever called because, if he did, I did not answer nor did he leave a voice mail asking me to call him back. I hope this information helps someone from experiencing the same issues I had at this shop last week. Problems like this can be made at any mechanic. I should have figured if I was allowed to drive away without without being told about the "manipulated" filter then other serious issues existed since the check engine and oil pressure lights were illuminated. I wish I had taken photos of the "manipulated" oil filter as evidence. I also wish I had looked closer at the filter housing before I left this location. I probably would have noticed the cracked housing and not had to spend almost $1000 to fix a problem that NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED!!!

I’ve had the best experiences at Service Street. Joel, the Service Advisor, helped me more than once when I was in a pinch with my Jeep. He worked with me on price, communicated every issue along the way, and made the process effortless. It’s rare to find a down to earth service advisor with the tact and professionalism he provides. He provided fantastic, top tier customer service, making my non-functioning Jeep less of a burden. Thank you Joel! Mike, the mechanic, did a great job fixing the Jeep within my budget and explaining all mechanical aspects of the job. Thanks Mike! I gotta say it’s nice to have a shop I can rely on and I will continue to take my vehicles to Service Street.

Quality work always delivered at a fair price. And, they are TRUSTWORTHY. Most recently, I brought my wife’s car in with a problem that they quickly diagnosed and said they could fix. However, they also shared that the repair could be accomplished for free at the dealer as it was a warranty item. Not stopping there, they also provided me a printout that detailed the problem and showed it had been flagged by Toyota as a recurring issue. This was all done without charge. Their honesty not only saved me a lot of money, the information they provided explaining the issue was critical as the dealer initially pushed back on accomplishing the needed repairs. There are other Service Streets closer to my home but I will also drive the extra 15 minutes as I trust the Northshore team.

I had a terrific experience this morning at Service Street Auto! I made my apartment online and as I walked in the door, was greeted by the staff. Braden listened to my car concern and sent my car to Mike who was quick to diagnose and resolve my concern! I was in and out quickly and there was no bill for a quick resolution! I am confident with my car and have already recommended this business to others in my workplace!

Everyone I've met at the Northshore location has been amazing. Honest, knowledgeable, and doing quality work. I have several cars, and I'm always working on one of them, but I don't have all the time in the world. So, it's great to finally find a shop where I trust everyone when I bring one of them in for service. This is definitely my new regular shop!

New to the area, so glad we found Service Street Auto Repair. Brittany, Joel and Michael and the whole team are amazing. They welcomed us in, went out of their way to keep us informed with what was going on and stayed by our side until our vehicle was ready to go home. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have taken our vehicles here for various reasons and have always had excellent service. They have always been able to work us in same day if needed and communication is impeccable. Just recently our blinker had gone out twice within a month of each other and BOTH times we pulled in, no appointment, and they fixed it right there for us, no charge, no questions, no hassle or fuss. They just took care of their customer! Greatly appreciate this awesome team!

Manager super friendly Angela. Brought vette here had a slow leak. They looked at it for free. Ending up being a cracked rim 900$ later all good. Brought my new camper in today to switch out the rims. Said no problem will get it done today. Pep Boys and Firestone both can't do it today. Never even looked if they could squeeze me in. I guess my money is no good there. They do it all at first choice and are eager for your business.

Never have I had a worse experience at an auto repair shop. I first took my car in because it was overheating. They quoted me at $1200 to fix a fan that cools the engine. 2 hours later they called me again and quoted me at $2000 because apparently my starter was bad as well (even though it started fine before). When I went in to pick it up the horn and radio didn’t work. They assured me the battery was completely fine and it had to do with the wires so they had to take it back into the shop. I had to have my car for the week so I brought it back Friday at 8AM and was assured everything would be completely done by 6:30 that night. When I paid $40 to Uber to go pick my car up that same night I walked in and my entire radio was sitting in my passenger seat with an hours worth of work left to do. Instead of calling me telling me it wouldn’t be ready they waited until I walked in the door that night. Two days later after they finally fixed my radio and horn I drove away and it wouldn’t turn over. I took it to yet another shop and low and behold the battery was completely shot, not to mention I have no A/C still. It’s a shame they call themselves mechanics because pretty sure I could go on YouTube and do a better job. 2 weeks and $2000 later and my car has more problems than when I pulled into their parking lot. The main phrase you shouldn’t hear at an auto shop is “we are so sorry again”.

I find it funny they post a picture from the other side & not from what we have to look at everyday. Dumpster with no doors as promised, area with no grass, trailers & equipment parked everywhere, rocks piled up in parking lot. All things they advised they would not do when they opened. If I can't trust them at their word I certainly would not trust them with my car or anything else.
