I had not had the car long before getting a decent size fissure in the center of my windshield from a rock. The guys here were friendly and efficient in replacing my new glass. I’ve had no issues with either the seal or workmanship. Highly satisfied!
I called this place after my truck window was broken and explained clearly that I had two options: either go through insurance and pay a $500 deductible, or pay out of pocket depending on the cost. I gave the gentleman the exact year, make, model of my truck and specified that I needed an exact replacement window.
They told me the glass had to be ordered, which took three days. When they finally installed it, I immediately noticed a significant gap between the window and the truck. I asked if that was normal and was told yes, which later turned out to be false.
It became clear they installed the wrong window and never informed me they were using a different piece of glass than what I requested. When I tried to get them to correct their mistake, they attempted to shift the blame onto me. Only after I stated that I had a recording of the original call and played it back did they finally admit they lied and tried to cover it up.
Even after acknowledging their error, they refused to fix it. This place does not give you what you ask for, they give you what they happen to have in stock and hope you don’t notice. On top of that, their customer service was unprofessional and dismissive.
Be very cautious. The pricing may seem appealing, but the service, workmanship, and honesty are extremely poor.
The best price for a chipped windshield in Knoxville. Danny is friendly, fast, professional, and great work. You can hardly see the chip after repair. Don’t bother looking for better- you won’t find it. This is it.

This place literally saved us. Huge chunk of ice hit our windshield on the interstate on our way back to Nashville and did SUCH incredible damage. Danny took care of us and was 1. So easy to get in touch with 2. Got us in right away 3. Was able to work with our insurance so easily and we were out of there in no time. Amazed at how fast this process was and how kind the staff was. Incredible customer service and HIGHLY recommend.
These guys came to the house AND finished the job within the scheduled window. They were courteous and thorough. I wanted to see how it works and they didn't mind me watching and asking questions about the whole process. You might say...they were completely.....transparent.
But seriously, great work. The car was older with minor rust, which they sanded out pretty well before sealing in the new one. See photo for finished product.

Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and they answered all concerns and questions. The windshield changeout was seamless and it was so clean I would have thought there was no glass there. Beautiful job!

AAA Auto Glass did a wonderful job finding me a replacement windshield for my exotic car , which safelite could not do for over one month. AAA ordered the windshield and had it installed in a little over one week. Great work and great communication. Highly recommend.

They worked with me when I had to reschedule at the last minute, and then when I arrived at the shop today, everyone was very polite and professional.
I had two cracks/chips I had recently discovered in my windshield. After calling around town as well as researching online and comparing prices, I decided AAA was the most reasonable option especially because I was having to pay out of pocket due to not having any glass coverage separate from my comprehensive insurance on m policy. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed!
Danny was very courteous when asking for my keys, and after a short wait, when the work was complete, he showed me into the shop so that I could review his work myself. He was very thorough and straightforward, explaining the work he did for my particular situation, showing me the results and explaining what I could possibly expect as far as maintenance of my windshield in the future.
The entire AAA Auto Glass staff was genuinely helpful and professional, treating me with all the respect and care I imagine they provide for every customer that walks through their door. They hold their handiwork to a very high standard and express a positive work ethic throughout the entire customer service experience.
It really meant a lot to me that they treated me with the respect I felt I deserved, and communicated everything clearly and concisely. So, due to all of these reasons, I highly recommend using AAA for any of your automotive glass repair needs.

This place is all around the best glass place I have ever used. From the very first phone call Ray made to me all the way through mason replacing my passenger door window. Mason even vacuumed the glass in my car from the original break in. And that wasn’t even expected. They have the best customer service and honestly made a bad situation so much better.
