The lady in the scale house is awesome my company and I will definitely be using this place again appreciate all the kind words..
Kind of a small place but dealing with scrap yards all over the country definitely a lot more professional here.. thanks guys for your hard work as well as professionalism..
Probably one of the best places I've been to in a while they are the straight people the lady in the office that runs the scales for the super nice and do what she was doing a guy named happy came out and wanted me to blow my air horn on my big truck I blow my air horn for me so they call me happy and I said well you always happy happy as nice as he could be the guy was just absolutely fabulous and the lady running the scales in the office she's a young girl like lady but she was she was nice as she could be the guy that loaded me he was a nice guy everybody there was just nice and friendly as they could be they have one also in Nashville Tennessee and I went to sa Metals over there and most people were super super nice every one of them that's the way it should be thank you for treating truck drivers very well
Just a reminder any truck driver who goes into essay metals or recycling on the in Knoxville Tennessee I think it's on Central Avenue North Central or South Central Avenue I can't remember for sure the address but whatever it is you need to go to 275 North if you're coming West on I-40 toward Knoxville need to go to 75 North get off at the Woodland exit turn right go up about probably 3:10 or 4 tenths of a mile and turn left on Central they will be up there on your right just before you get to the 9-foot bridge so any truck drivers out there that is going to sa metals or recycling on Central Avenue in Knoxville Tennessee do not go in by your GPS that tells you to go in on the h e i s k e l Avenue to Central you cannot go that way there's a low bridge on h e i s k e l Avenue you have to go in off of Woodland then you go like East or North whatever you want to call I guess it would be North on the east or north on the Woodland go to Central turn left
Dave and Ken are the best, They work good together and do a great job keeping things moving.They are good at knowing we're things go and what u can and can't recycle. Great job Ken And Dave
This was my first time coming there and the staff was very friendly explain to me where to go after I hand unloaded my truck the man with the hard hat tell me where to go to weigh out again and that lady was very friendly tell me where to go to collect my money.
Great friend people always smiling and very helpful. Especially the Ladies in the scale office. Amy is very helpful and always happy to take care of you. I recommend this scrap yard to any and everyone. They are the best
Anyone that does any scrapping I would highly advise coming to this location because not only are the prices Fair but the staff is unbeatable they are very professional and kind and I've always had a wonderful experience

This place is great for some extra spending money after I do my clean out jobs. Old refrigerators, water heaters, anything that's metal they take. Always top dollar compared to any other scrap yard around Knoxville. They even take my aluminum and copper when I got a load of that too!
I took scrap there several times & Alicia the scale master is the most respectful person & as nice as they come. All the workers talk to you with respect & made me feel very welcome. Id recommend to try them out. Thanks PSC on national drive. Great job!!

I haul out of psc Erin and Alicia do a good job getting trucks in and out in a timely manner good customer service. The loader operators Pat and Warren gets me real close to the weight that I need to go out with
I am a truck driver that delivers material into this yard frequently, I just would like to share that Alicia Spencer has a great personality and is very pleasant to deal with, she makes delivering to your location much more pleasurable then some of the other yard inspectors you all have had in the past.
Very interesting and unpleasant experience. After reading that they took cans online, I took a little extra drive time out there since I was in the area to take cans to see what I can get for them. Initially went to the wrong building since there were no signs, and when I got to the other building there was no one there. A skinny guy appeared shortly after and basically tossed a trash can at me telling me to put cans in here. When I asked him if all the cans go in the same container weather aluminum or not, he said that they don’t take any thing but aluminum. Not what it says online.
I have never experienced the most unprofessional employees and the lowest scrap prices in East Tennessee until becoming involved with this scrap company. They promote dishonesty and unsafe working conditions. 0/10 would recommend this yard.
