Original: 5 stars Remi answered very quick, was extremely nice. Had me done in less than an hour for both tire changes. Good price too compared to the surrounding competitors. Will shop here again! He also made sure I knew of all the things that could cause a safety concern. updated review, years too late, 1 star: I'm almost certain I got duped one day when trying to get my rear tire changed and a new chain + bigger sprocket installed on my sv650s. it was a 2004 with only like 13k miles, in mint condition. After a while, they called me into the shop, to show me an "issue" they ran into. they said the rear sprocket bolt was ugga duggad on too tight. To "show" me this, the dad was cranking with the wrench, but the bike was lifted up, and his son was simply holding the wheel with his hands. that's not how you take off a sprocket bolt, y'all. Do you also take off your lug nuts without pressing the brake on a car? they had to ugga dugga it off, stripping the bolt threads, and costing me 150 to rethread it. I honestly have no doubt that they tightened it, and then called me in to say it was too tight, so they could pinch more money out of me. the dad isn't the nicest person, either, which backs up this theory.

The tires size ordered were installed and driving the bike after installation everything was perfect no vibrations no high speed wobbles the tension on the belt was perfect.... I called them up out of the blue, after trying to get in touch with or quotes from other places, spoke with Dave and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He took the time to explain everything and seemed excited to share his knowledge with a new rider instead of talking down to me. Great work and fair pricing!!

Great shop that will definitely be my go to if I need anything, installed a set of kenda kd1’s for my grom for only 63$ and that’s balanced and put on PROPERLY, so definitely worth the money. Might seem high to some people but there’s nothing worth more than a valuable reliable shop to go to when u need it.

Brought my 2000 Suzuki Intruder in at noon for a new front tire. They had it done for me at 3:00pm! Doesn't get any better than that!

The guys up there at cycle one we're absolutely fantastic i cannot say enough good things about them. My header pipe cracked on me while I was 8 hours away from home and I was stranded, they had a full schedule and yet they were still able to work some magic and had my bike fixed in one day. Because of them I was able to knock the ,tale of the dragon, off my bucket list and still make it home the next day! so to the guys at cycle one I say thank you you run a top-notch business!

The owners are so nice. We haven't got to go as much as we like for bike night but they remember us everytime we get in there.

I went by to check on parts that my son dropped of over a month ago. The guy said he would get the rest of it done by the next day, well after having the parts for a month an a half he still has yet to do it part of it. Picked up the parts and will find somewhere else to get it fixed. Remy is very nice and did most of the work and didn’t charge me but $20 Just wish he would have told someone that you didn’t want to mess with it instead of putting them off for almost 2 months.

Well these guys are amazing at what they do. Everything I've ever brought them they have managed to get squared up for me. The cost is reasonable, as reasonable as great repair can come. Thanks so much for all you do. I look forward to doing future business with you.

My first visit to Cycle One. Great people there! We bought rear brakes, browsed through the store, chatted with the staff (and the dog). Happy with our experience.

I called Monday morning needing a rear tire for my motorcycle... Staff checked and quickly called me back... Once I got the bike there they went to work on my bike and had me on the rode in about an hour... Great customer service and very friendly...

After calling few places in town, cycle one was the only shop who accepted my vespa for a oil change and anual service. Quick, good price and friendly service. I recommend it.

Family owned and operated! Super cool honest guys. 20 years in business and running strong! If you're in the 2 wheel world, you should definitely check them out!

One of my moto friends referred me to them to replace my old tire for new (a got it from eBay), it cost me $38 and I was the first in line, the guy at front told that it will take 30-40 min.....(I had no idea why so long)...I decided to do it, they took my wheel and tire, at this time I was looking some stuff they got and after 15 min the same guy told me that I HAVE to leave because his boss did like when somebody looking and not buying, hi "suggested" to go to Walmart and wait there!!! So end of my story... he call me in 1 hour and 40 min...thanks god there was subway near Walmart! Horrible guys!!!

Very knowledgeable and trustworthy I would let Remi work on any of my bikes and have no worries in the world. That's saying allot. You putting your life in your mechanics hands when you ride fast and hard.

These are some great folks. They know what they are doing and they will take care of you. I've been having them service my bike for about 8 years now and have had no trouble.

A friend from town referred me to them, and while passing through the area another person I met referred me to them. Stopped in to pick up some products for my bike, and they were friendly and helpful. Good place to stop in.

Needed a front tire for my Road King and after spending $350+ for a rear on my Sportster decided to shop around. Found these guys and WOW! They saved me over $100 over the local "Big Box" motorcycle shops. What impressed me more than prices was their desire to accommodate me for the mount. Remy came in on his DAY OFF so I could ride! What service. My bikes have found a new home. Thanks guys I really do appreciate what you have done for me. I'll be back. Tom

I have owned a buisness next door to Cycle One for years and have grown to know Remy and his family quite well. I have done business and traded with Cycle One for years as well. If there was a issue with anything they always tried to make it right. Good folks to deal with.

Crooks! Don't even waste your time with these back wood redneck hillbillies who have no certification to touch a bike! Kept my bike for 5 weeks when they quoted one day service. Called to tell me if I don't pick it up and pay up $110 that they will keep it and put a mechanic lien on it, even tho I called almost everyday to check on the status and nothing. So, I payed and the dude named "Remmy" rolls it out, locks the door and leaves. I couldn't start my bike because they hadn't fixed it. They did replace the choke cable but didn't even touch the carb. STAY AWAY if you value your ride.
