Frankly we had a smaller repair than I thought Titan would do on an enclosed trailer. Not only did they do it in an excellent manner, they also turned it around in one day. Excellent all around!

Absolutely the top notch in trailer repair. My company contacted them for a bumper repair and had a driver deliver uprights to them. There was a communication problem, and were unsure if it was a service call or not. The owner was there the morning that I was there and handled it. To get me repaired sooner he moved me to a shop they worked with, and they handled it with flying colors. Excellent job done. Told my company to keep Titan on the top of their list.

Came Here 3/9/2023 at roughly 12pm to have the trailer on my box truck realigned and stabilized with runners from the front to back. 3/10/2023 at 11am I was contacted and truck was ready for pick up. When I came to pick up the truck I saw what excellent work they did. Not only did they repair what I needed done, they also realigned and straightened out the liftgate that became warped due to the doc being out of whack. They also reinforced the runners with new bolts and then welded a steel plate from box to frame so I'll never have this issue again. A+ highly recommended.

I was traveling through Knoxville on vacation and needed some repairs to my trailer. These people were the nicest down-to-earth folks I could've ever hoped to find. They finished the work and had me back on the road in no time. I highly recommend them!
Had a trailer with a landing gear problem, gave them a call and the owner and service manager were to my driver in 10 min and had him back on the road very quick. Very Fair and honest staff.
Brought our fifth wheel RV to get an axle replaced diagnosed by an RV Tech in AZ. Brought it in to John and Chad at Titan, they immediately addressed the mis-diagnosed issue within our axle and fixed it in a couple hours as well as mounted new tires, saving us thousands and weeks of time we didn't have to spare. Can't recommend this place enough!
I wish there was a 10 star button to push ! Look no further this is your place for trailer repairs. These guys are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly they really care about their customers and doing things right. I lost a bearing and several axle components while passing through the area a week ago. They bent over backwards, stayed after hours and spent countless hours trying to find the rare parts that I needed for my axle repair. Other shops would have turned down the job due to the time consuming process of looking for parts all over the country. These guys spent an entire day driving around to other shops and searching the web for the parts that were required. All at no extra charge. Had a couple issues with a flatbed trailer while on a load a far way from home. The problems were resolved right away and I was able to complete my run with little to no delay. I would return here
Otr driver. Had to pick up a safety seal latch for my trailer on my way to TX. Kevin and another guy jumped on it and had me out of there in about 5 minutes
