The people here are very helpful and pleasant. They help you sort the metal so you get the most money you can from your items. We have been to another metal recycling business and have had a much better experience here.

Great place to take your scrap. Friendly, helpful, and fair rates. I drive an extra 20 min as opposed to going to a closer scrape yard.

This is the worst recycle place in knoxville. They waited to get my finger print and sign my name then told me they were only paying 25 cents a pound on aluminum window frames. They are 3 times lower than everyone else in knoxville. Everyone beware of their extremely low payout. I suggest going to TENNESSEE METALS! THESE GUYS HERE ARE CROOKS!!! I will never bring anything back to this place!!!!

Polite and friendly workers who are always willing to help. I’ve been to multiple scrap yards and always been afraid to get a nail or other metal in a tire. This is the cleanest and quickest place around Blount and Knox County.

Teaching my son to recycle, we found this wonderful place! We haven’t receive such a wonderful service in many years like the one we receive at All Metal Recycling, all employees (Andrey, Steves, Aubrey…) are extremely kind and friendly, best place to recycle your metal, aluminum… It is clean, organize, easy and fast in and out, added to all that, they are going to pay you!

It is a pleasure to sell your scrape metal without having to worry about getting a flat. Everyone here is very knowledgeable about the different types of metal and very kind in helping you unload. Saturday hours makes it convenient for people like me that have a full time job. Highly recommend you go to All Metal Recycling for selling your scrap metal of all kinds

The best scrap yard I have ever been to . Not only are they the cleanest I've ever been to but they pay great. Can't beat it. The guy in the window makes the whole experience even better.

So friendly and helpful and courteous, they were quick to help me get unloaded, and they have trash bins Right next to where unloading cans. Thank you so much for everything especially the forklift driver who was so nice and helpful

This is the cleanest scrap yard I've ever been to (the first visit they were out pressure washing the drop area ... Some of the other yards have never seen a blower, much less a pressure washer). Fair prices. Easy in and out. They accidentally shorted me 30 pounds one day, but the next day they fixed it and made it more than right ... And it was just a simple mistake on the ticket. Really good people. You can't go wrong here.

Had to have my pipes replaced underneath my house and I brought the copper here to recycle. These guys were really extremely nice and made the process easy. There is a 5 day wait period to get paid, just like anywhere else. Definitely would recommend using them!!

Scrap metal buyers always have a rough kind of feel with employees who tend to look down on there customers (that is my personal experience). The folks at All Metal make you feel welcomed and appreciated for using there service. That goes a long way for me. There pricing is fair and they pay in cash. Do note a 5 day waiting period for copper and cats. This is a law that other metal buyers don't follow. With those materials you will be issued a check that you must go back to collect in a week. Just a heads up. This is by far my favorite metal buyer in our area.

Had a great experience here last weekend selling metal. Friendly staff, great pay for metals, and an easy to access facility. Will be back again for sure. Also, the cashier was kind enough to RUN me my license back to my truck as I had left it accidentally at the desk. I appreciated that a lot.
