This shop did an excellent job. I needed a water pump and turbo replaced. They came in on a Saturday (normally closed) and did a diagnosis. They then gave me a quote with a list of everything they needed to do. They were completed that Friday and stuck with the quote. No surprises. All shops should operate like this. Thanks
Ive been taking my vehicles to Dwight at Norwood Service for 5+ years. They do great work at a fair price. They never try to upsell me using scare tactics. On the occasion there is an issue w a job they've done, they always make it right. This is the only shop I have consistently used over an extended period of time.

I have now been bringing my service work to him for five plus years. On the occasion that a repair does not get completely done satisfactorily, he always makes it right without complaining. He does not try to upsell me on stuff I may or may not need. I highly recommend this business!
I was referred to Dwight and his mechanic Austin by Parker Auto Sales where I bought my Camry and when my starter went out I freaked out until Dwight gave me the most reasonable price ever. He and his men calmed me down and got me back going in record time so I was not late for work!! I highly recommend single women car owners use Norwood!!!!!!

They do a great job but keep your car for days for a single job that's accomplished within an hr or less. But I still recommend them for the great work overall

Dwight is a real down to earth guy, honest and trustworthy, reasonable prices and fun to talk to. I don't know anything about cars and I trust him to fix what needs fixed and nothing else. If you need a good, permanent mechanic, I highly recommend them to anyone confidently.

They are pocketing money and won't give receipts, or papers on what they did unless we pid50 dollars for them. They are dishonest and theBBB needs to know their scam. And IRS also. 500.00 to get our car fixed and I'd work we didn't ask them to do. Don't trust them. They suck

Jeff and Dwight are wonderful owners of this shop. I have sent both of my cars to them for many different reasons, including oil changes, brakes, struts, and diagnostic testing. They are always understanding of our financial situation, and always lets us know how much it will be prior to fixing. I always recommend them to friends!

I was in town for business and my truck was having some major issues. I was worried because I did not know who to to take my truck to with out getting ripped off.
I usually work on my truck my self so I knew what is wrong with it.
They looked at it and gave me very fair pricing. I let them do the work and they did it right!
They gave me a ride to and from my hotel and got me back on the road quick.
