I had a flat tire and a dead battery in the snow after two big winter storms. Roadside assistance said it would be over 103 minutes, but ACT came within 1 hour and arrived when their txt said they would. The service person was very nice, polite, professional, and got to work right away. He had my car on his ramp/tow truck in no time and drove it right to the address I had provided. This is one of the best roadside assistance I’ve ever experienced! I will definitely use ACT again if needed, but I hope that I don’t need to - sorry ACT. Also, ACT was picked by my insurance roadside assistance program and they worked very well together. I didn’t have to do anything more than schedule the tow with my insurance. Over all a great experience and no cost to me.

Quoted three times the price that a competitor down the road unbelievable charge $300 to pull a truck out of the ditch and they had to drive a whole 2.6 miles.

I’m so thankful for this towing company! My car got stuck in a ditch because of the snow, and they came out very quickly to help. Very friendly. I needed them to hurry because my wife was blocking a buisness entrance where she broke down and they were threatening to tow. When I called they answered quickly and kept me on the line while they called the driver to have him hurry. He was there in 10 minutes. Awesome customer service.

Got into a wreck this morning and was panicking so I called the first place on google and I’m so glad it was here! Came out and picked my car and me up and took us home no problem. The driver, I believe his name was Cory (so sorry if that’s wrong) was wonderful and friendly. Price was 40 under estimate. Will definitely use again in the further if needed.

Company told us they'd be out 3 different times. First we get 45-90 minutes. Then were told 90 minutes to 2 hours. Well its been over 4 hours now and now they're asking if its okay for them to still come to DO THEIR JOB? But yet their still at least an hour and a half away? Not mentioning if they're even heading this way still? Didn't pick you guys in the first place, USAA manages that. I wouldn't pick you guys if you were the only company around. Id push it if I had to. Terrible customer service. If you can't give a generalized estimate, relatively accurately when I imagine you can track the truck on a map or GPS system... you shouldn't even be employed for the company. Bunch of fake reviews or they're begging like some fake people for good reviews.

The driver and dispatcher contacted me before they began to my vehicle and were very curious and kind and were super professional . It was a horrible situation to deal with concerning my vehicle; however this team made those issues carefree with the service we received.

Extremely well manored and friendly. Arrived fast quicker than we were told and cheaper than everyone else he didn't charge all the fees like others do just flat fee of 100 bucks and gave us a ride too. Great experience highly recommend this company. Wish I could give more stars .

I had a popped tire and Aaron came to help me and he did a great job! He was super friendly and was able to get my lug nuts off even though they were locked and I didn’t have a key. He was a total lifesaver! I definitely recommend him and this company if you ever need road side assistance.

Enough great things cannot be said about this man & his work ethic! When I tell you Aaron went above and beyond, he did just that! Rescued me and my 4 dogs for the wilderness in the middle of the night. Do yourself a favor if you’re stuck, give this gentleman a call, you won’t be disappointed!
