I had tire issues on the interstate. We had to pull off due to a very flat tire. The mowers flipped a rock on the interstate and there was no way to avoid it! The owner was in the same lot and he graciously came over and changed the tire for me! Thank you for your kindness!
My son broke down last night and Roger with this wrecker service made sure that my Son got picked up, car towed to a place that fixed it, and got him home safely. It was late and he still made him a priority and blessed him and me by handling this. He went over, above and beyond and I pray that he gets many blessings from this. They helped me and my daughter stranded at children’s hospital locked out of our car in the cold. They are an absolute blessing and if I could give them a bigger star rating I would!!! They really care and are wonderful people!!! Very highly recommend a million times over.

Nearly 6 years ago our piece of garbage Prius shut down on us while we were visiting Knoxville. This tow company was who our insurance called and the driver was on the other side of the city from where we were but he came as quickly as he could so he could get it towed to the Toyota dealership down the road before they closed. Great service from this company!
I had put a bad review on them at first because they towed my daughter's car from her apartment due to it having a flat tire. He called my husband back later and they talked through the situation and decided to bring it to our house without extra charge. They are willing to do thier best in a bad situation and especially in this economy, that is much appreciated. Thank you for making a terrible situation better.
Roger from Western Avenue Towing, 1404 N. Central Street, Knoxville, TN. 37917, was absolutely wonderful. On Saturday, June 08, 2024, my car just stopped in downtown Knoxville. Not knowing who to call, I called Western Ave Towing and Service Center for a tow. It was a very hot day and Roger arrived within 15 minutes. He was extremely polite, professional, helpful. Roger towed my car to Lenoir City. Roger definitely saved the day. I was amazed at how quickly he responded to my call and how efficient he was in loading and taking the car to Lenoir City. Roger went above and beyond and called me to say the car had been delivered and parked where it need to be parked and the keys were in the box. Excellent Service and a great man. A big thank you and shout out Roger.
