western ave wrecker service and service center in
Knoxville (TN)

Roger went above and beyond to help my brother last night. Wrecker services are called when we are at our lowest moments. Roger was a light in the darkness! There are not enough thank yous for your help! Call this wrecker service! They are God sends!

Such a amazing group of people they were fast and so understanding with my tow thank you

Go check Western Avenue Towing & Service Center out at their new and bigger place located at 4627 Asheville Hwy Knoxville TN.

The owner, Roger Fisher was very professional and kind spirited, he seemed to genuinely care about us as people. They don't make em' like that anymore. Over all we give 5 stars.

This place is amazing, I take all my vehicles to them and they do a great job and don’t charge too much!

I inquired a towing service and THANK YOU Roger for your assistance today! I really appreciate your help and guidance. BTW the screw never punctured the tubing

They swap my transmission and engine and everything works great . Would recommend them to anyone.

They helped me and my daughter stranded at children’s hospital locked out of our car in the cold. They are an absolute blessing and if I could give them a bigger star rating I would!!! They really care and are wonderful people!!! Very highly recommend a million times over.

What an amazing company to do business with. They were able to tow my truck and get it fixed on the same day. Pleasure to do business with. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Great service, timely arrival, and good price. Would recommend

Amazing group of guys. I called them and they were out to pick up our truck immediately and at a great price. If you need a tow call them.

Very fast and very professional!!!

Nearly 6 years ago our piece of garbage Prius shut down on us while we were visiting Knoxville. This tow company was who our insurance called and the driver was on the other side of the city from where we were but he came as quickly as he could so he could get it towed to the Toyota dealership down the road before they closed. Great service from this company!

Solid dudes Added to my contacts as I have an unpredictable vintage car

I had put a bad review on them at first because they towed my daughter's car from her apartment due to it having a flat tire. He called my husband back later and they talked through the situation and decided to bring it to our house without extra charge. They are willing to do thier best in a bad situation and especially in this economy, that is much appreciated. Thank you for making a terrible situation better.

Great service and very professional.

Very efficient and honest people to do business with. They towed my vehicle and had it repaired that same afternoon. Would definitely use them again!

Great wrecker company, very professional, they get it done without any damages

Roger from Western Avenue Towing, 1404 N. Central Street, Knoxville, TN. 37917, was absolutely wonderful. On Saturday, June 08, 2024, my car just stopped in downtown Knoxville. Not knowing who to call, I called Western Ave Towing and Service Center for a tow. It was a very hot day and Roger arrived within 15 minutes. He was extremely polite, professional, helpful. Roger towed my car to Lenoir City. Roger definitely saved the day. I was amazed at how quickly he responded to my call and how efficient he was in loading and taking the car to Lenoir City. Roger went above and beyond and called me to say the car had been delivered and parked where it need to be parked and the keys were in the box. Excellent Service and a great man. A big thank you and shout out Roger.
