The team at Mr. Cool did a fantastic job! James got me scheduled in and out of the shop in record time during the holidays! Aaron put a lot of care into the repairs and I couldn’t be happier!

I will say that they did great work in fixing my bumper. However, their communication is not good. I dropped off my car on December 16th and was told they would try their best to get it completed within 2 weeks. I didn't hear anything else from them until December 29th, and the text I received said my car would be ready on December 31st at 4. I called on the 31st around noon to verify, and they said the last part (brackets) hadn't come in, so my car actually wouldn't be ready until January 2nd at 4. Once again, I called on the day of intended pickup to verify and was told they were still waiting on a part. I finally got my car back on January 5th. I understand things happen, especially with the holidays, but I'm beyond frustrated that TWICE I was told that my car wasn't actually ready on the promised date. And more importantly, that I only found out because I called them, not the other way around. I would suggest being more proactive with customers when things fall behind schedule.

I took my 2013 Ford Mustang to Mr. Cool’s Collision Center in December 2025. James Willett is the person we dealt with from start to finish for this project, and we could not be any happier! James did a great job of keeping us informed about their progress. He coordinated the painting from a rock damage incident, window tinting, and decal replacement. He was so nice, informative, and communicated with us every step of the way. Very professional! They went above and beyond my expectations, even going as far as restoring my headlights. I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking to have work done on their car. This car is very special to me, and he treated it as if it was his own. If I need any work done in the future, James will be the first person I call. Very happy with the results!

I was here on vacation and setting up a retirement home, I got hit on I-40 from behind. My daughter had been to Mr. Cool Collision Center and was happy. I did the same and am very pleased. The customer service is great, the work was done very well and they kept me informed all the way through the repairs. If one needs to deal with a body shop, this is a good one.

Body shops, in my experience, are difficult to deal with. Mr. Cool couldn't have been better. They assessed the damage, gave us a fair quote, and most importantly, the car looked brand new when they finished. They finished the work on time, updated us on the progress and are just pleasant folks to work with

Being a person of faith, I believe that during the most trying times in life, God puts angels in our path. We may not always see them, but they're there. There is no doubt in my mind that James Brown (A.K.A Mr. Cool) is one of those angels. I was in a wreck that nearly killed me; and every autobody shop that I brought my car to told me it was totaled. I refused to give up as not only was this my late father's car, it saved my life; and Mr. Cool's Collision was the only shop that said they would fix it. And let me tell you - the outcome exceeded my every expectation! Being my late father's car, parts were difficult to find. But Mr. Brown and his staff literally moved Heaven and Earth to find every single part that my car needed in order to restore it. And when they were finished, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was in even better shape than it was before I was in the wreck! How do you find the words to thank someone for doing the impossible? I will never know; but do not take your car anywhere else because you will never be treated as well or be as satisfied with the outcome as you will at Mr. Cool's. My deepest heartfelt thanks to James Brown and his entire staff. May God bless you all as you have me!

My car was hit & run which is obviously a stressful situation but their team made it a lot easier for me! Looks like they did a great job and worked with insurance for me and even did a great interior detailing on the car before I picked it up. Thank you!

My car was struck by a deer. Front driver's side was mangled -- fender, door, hood, bumper, side mirror were all affected. James took great care of me and identified damage that insurance didn't. My car was done much quicker than I expected and was fully detailed on arrival! Guys, THIS is the place to go! The pictures I posted don't do it justice. This car looks as good as the day I bought it.

Mr. Cool's repaired my Nissan Rogue. I am very happy with the work they did. They came in under estimate on the repair, and it looks and drives like it used to before.

I highly recommend Mr. Cool Collision Center. They kept us informed of the process, completed the repairs in a timely manner, and made the process very easy for us. One factor that really made it easy for us was that we were able to leave the rental car with them for Enterprise to pick up. I did not need someone else to take me to pick up my vehicle. Also, the repairs that we needed were completed flawlessly.

Peter and Mike came to the rescue when my car door handle came off-I was sure it would be a costly trip to the VW dealership, but I tried Mr. Cool first and was so HAPPY that I did! My car door had some paint on it from someone else's car door. I took it to Mr. Cool and Peter looked at it and fixed it within seconds. Such great service, thank you Peter! Can't recommend Mr. Cool enough!

I can’t recommend Mr. Cool enough! I took my car to another shop, and they quoted me $12,000 for an engine with 130,000 miles on it. I brought it to Mr. Cool and they did the whole job for $5,500 with an engine that only had 103,000 miles on it. The service was professional, honest, and way more affordable! Don’t be a fool, go to Mr. Cool!

I was in an accident and my car was in bad shape. It's always stressful trying to find the best body shop but I was referred to them by my insurance company and I actually drive by the place every day on my way to work! Honestly my car looks better than it did before the accident. Their body guys do great work and it actually made me cry seeing my car back to her original state! Highly recommend the crew at Mr Cool's! Peter and James made the process less stressful and were super nice and actually made me laugh on one of my worst days. And a special shout out to Nick and Aaron who did the paint and body work to bring my baby back to her beautiful self!! Just purchased a used car with minor body damage on left front fender - just enough to bind the driver's door. Walked into MR Cool, and Peter walked back out side with me, looked a the problem and asked for the keys. Within 15 minutes, Peter was back, damage was fixed, door does not bind. Excellent service, excellent work, all around great experience!

I needed a minor adjustment to my bumper after a garage mishap. Lol. It was minor, but I lost sleep over it because I like my car perfect. I happened by Mr. Cool's, expecting a long wait because it was busy. My bumper was fixed, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes! I kid you not! They were so courteous and accommodating! Seriously! I can not imagine going elsewhere for bodywork!

I unfortunately was involved in a hit-and-run accident that left the front right side of my car damaged. I was referred to Mr. Cool Collision by my insurance company, and when I dropped my car off, I met with Peter who was friendly and informative from the very start. He advised me of the process and about how long everything was supposed to take, and that they would keep in touch with me throughout the repair process. The wreck happened six days before my wedding, and Peter told me that they would handle it all and to not worry about anything. They were very good about texting and calling with updates, and when I returned to pick my car up after the repairs had been finished, Peter gave me a big congratulations on my marriage and was very warm and helpful during the entire interaction. Which to me just shows they care about their clients and the experience they provide their customers. The repairs were done beautifully and they had my car looking brand new. It was obvious they handled my car with care, and I was even surprised to see that my entire car had been completely cleaned, vacuumed, and detailed! This collision center absolutely left me in a better situation (and car) than they found me in, and the little details made the biggest difference regarding the way they treated me as their customer and handled the entire process. Thank you very much for your expertise, customer service, and for making me feel seen and heard! I will definitely be referring people to this business, or if I'm ever in an unfortunate situation like this again, I can confidently say I would be returning to them knowing that I would be taken care of.

Mr. Cool Collision is THE BEST!!!!! Peter was so unbelievably helpful throughout this entire process and made what should be an extremely stressful situation tolerable (+ my car looks amazing). Mr Cool’s collision center SHOWED OUT on my car y’all they made my car look brand new inside & out!! Not only did they detail my car on the inside (which I have NEVER had a body shop do after they were done working on my car) but they also put gas in my car (almost filled it up)!! They also kept me updated and answered any questions promptly. They definitely did their big one & would recommend this shop to ANYBODY! My whole passenger side front side/bumper was damaged from a wreck & my driver side door wouldn’t even close. I couldn’t be happier with the results
