They were out within an hour like they said. I had a driver run over road debris damage some fuel and air lines on a trailer. They came out, repaired the lines, and followed my driver all the way back to their shop. The driver stayed and fixed as much as possible, and it was long after his hours as he was morning crew and this was around 11pm he was still working on the trailer. The service driver told my driver that he lived only a few miles away and if he needed any food or drinks to let him know and he would bring it out before he goes to bed. They went above and beyond what I expected.

Our Big Box truck busted a hose while traveling west to see our daughter in ky on Mother's Day and it had been a bad day leaving out from the Charlotte NC Area already with a gas leak that had to be repaired and I called Brandon @ Fleet as otjer places were closed and he was diligent in finding us and getting us back on the Road as quickly as possible.THANK YOU BRANDON.If you ever in the Knoxville area of Hwy 40 and exits 394,etc. And need TRUE 24 hr. Service THEN CALL THEM!!!

Awesome work. Fast turnaround. Reasonable prices. Honest worker. Had trouble with AC on a Freightliner and tech troubleshooted and showed us what to do to get it working.

Horrible customer service Absolutely don't recommend this company to others. I got stuck on the Rd and called to this company I got a quote for amount of $380.00 after doing the job I was asked for amount of more than $900.00 when I talked to the owner of company about that I was threatened and cursed by him. The technician who fixed my trailer was good guy and understood the situation when everything was done and paid I was surrounded by at least 5 police officers The owner of company had called to police and reported a physical arrangement his technician was shocked about this report Despite I paid $300 more than amount of quote Which had provided over the phone I was going to be arrested by this company. I was so lucky that the technician believed god and explained to officers honestly. Shawn(I am not sure about his name) one of owners of this company is such a big liar. If get stuck on the road preferably find a hotel around that area to find a local mechanic next day you will be safe and save your money.
