Worst experience in my life!!!! It’s been over 4 hours today 2/18/26 and still waiting for them to pick me up off the interstate! Other towing trucks came immediately. Called 5 times and kept being lied to about when they would arrive. Claimed I was bumped by police calls after the 4th call to explain the delay. No discount even offered for poor service. DO NOT CALL/DO NOT WASTE $175 of your hard earned cash for this!!!!

These guys were awesome and so fast. Everything went smoothly and I am a happy customer. Happy to recommend to any and all who might need their assistance!

Got a lien from them on a car already picked up by insurance before the date they sent out the lien. The explanation was “we have 7 workers back there so when they start something it’s hard for them to stop it.” Ridiculous. I had called the day the letter was written (unaware of the lien they were going to send me) and confirmed that insurance had it but for some reason they never took it out of their inventory. If you deal with them make sure you get confirmation before they try anything like this on you.

I got stuck with my truck on interstate 40 around Knoxville, TN, the heavy duty tow truck showed up on time and Richard, the operator was on top of everything, professional, and courteous. Highly satisfied with their services and recommend to anybody in need of a tow.

Called to schedule tow to auto repair. Left on hold for over 5 minutes. After giving info never received link to pay and there was no follow-up contact. They don't deserve the one star I gave them. Called another towing company.

They did damage to my vehicle and pretty much ghosted us when we asked about it. Awful people/company to work with. Do not recommend!!!!

I got reprioritized and left on the side of the road for several hours after paying in advance with no contact from the company I was told it was going to be an hour. It's been 3 and a half. Use literally any other towing company.

The tow truck operator was so nice and so quick. I am impressed! Appreciate the service so much.

Customers Be Warned! At 8 am yesterday I called Cedar Bluff Towing to tow my 4x4 truck and specifically requested a rollback truck and explained that my truck was four wheel drive and needed all four wheels off the ground. I paid by card when I scheduled. They showed up in a standard tow behind wrecker that leaves two of your wheels on the ground instead of the rollback that I requested. I asked the driver if he was going to get my front tires off the ground with the little wheel dollys and he stated he couldn't on my truck, but that it would be ok to tow anyway. I refused to let him because I didn't want to damage my 4x4 system on a 50 mile tow. They said they would be back with a rollback in 2 hours. 4 hours later I cancelled and requested a refund. Now they are sending me half the amount that I paid, stating that I refused to let them tow and that the driver offered to lift the front tires off the ground. The first part was true that I refused, but it was because the driver said he couldn't use the dolly on truck. So, I had to pay a different company to get my vehicle towed and I had to pay for this company's mistake. Great company to use if you don't care what happens to your car, have extra hours to wait, and don't mind paying for their mistakes. Beware.

Not only did they lie about the time it would take to pick up my car. They said 2 and didn't arrive until about 5. They took my car to the wrong location, but towes are priced by mile so I had to over pay buy about 10 miles. I called them the next day after i drove across town, due to the misunderstanding on their part, to try and get some sort of rebate and they made an excuse that the distance was the same so it wouldn't make a difference. What an awful company taking advantage of someone's bad day.

Worst towing company ever. I called Cedar Bluff Towing four times, and each time they said they would arrive in about an hour and 45 minutes. It’s now been over two hours, and nobody showed up. When I called again, they acted like they didn’t even know who I was — even though I had already given them all my information. This company has no organization, no respect for people’s time, and no care for their clients. I sincerely hope they improve or shut down, because time is precious, and they clearly don’t value it. They need to pay more attention to who they hire, because whoever is managing these calls is not doing their job right.

These people along with the officer listed our car as tan and for 3 day lied about having the car. The car is silver how the get tan out of silver is crazy. I reported it to the sheriff's office and instead of correcting this issue it appears retaliation is the choice. Don't trust these people because while the are lying to you the price is going up. $925 to get the car all over a big fat lie they made. I had to call the police to find we're the car was towed. When did they start messing over the families. I am not responsible for other people actions. Just sad. Always go down and see for yourself if they have your car they will put it under a different description then after a little time take your property. Sounds like a scam.

Thank you so much for getting me home safely! Breaks my heart that I cannot remember the guy's name that towed my car from Alcoa highway to Rutledge, but absolutely fantastic service. Very respectful and just an all around good experience during an unfortunate event!

I had these guys tow my boat trailer that the wheel bearings had went out in and when I called I received a text message 30 minutes later which was 3:30 PM telling me their arrival time would be 4:30 PM. My driver sit with the trailer and waited until 7 PM and they still have not showed up so he left. When he left the trailer, tires were in perfectly good shape. I get a call from the repair center where the trailer was delivered and they said it was dropped off with the sidewall cut out of the tire. So when I called the tow company to ask about my tire being cut, they said they didn’t do it and I said well was it cut when you got there? They put me on a two minute hold and then said yes it was cut when we got there which I know is 100% false. No one is gonna come along the side of the interstate get out and slash a tire within 30 minutes of their arrival time, but had they been there 4 1/2 hours like they said they would be they couldn’t lie like they are now! And that’s the worst not only was the service 4 hours late,, tire cut during tow but the biggest issue is that they lied about doing it! I got no use for dishonest business and these guys TOW PRO CEDAR BLUFF TOWING ARE NOT HONEST! AND THEY CHARGED ME $600 to tow 5 miles!

Rough night! But Cedar Bluff Towing saved us. I called customer service a few times and the woman that answered was very kind and helpful. Tyler, I hope I spelled his name right, came to our rescue and got us out of a rather tricky situation with our car. He was amazing! Kind, experienced and efficient. He even made sure we made it home safely. You made a terrible situation, bearable. Thank you so much, Cedar Bluff Towing/Tyler!

Will start with the good - driver was great and tow went fine. Now for the bad, and also why we will never use this company for a tow again. Hubby’s truck broke down around 2pm this afternoon. He called this company first as they were nearby and was told they would be there “within the hour.” They didn’t show up for THREE HOURS. Hubby called them more than once for an ETA and was lied to each time. He was also told over the phone that the tow would cost $125. When he was dropped off, the driver tried to charge him $161. That was for a 5-mile tow. Overall, these people don’t run an ethical business and you’d be better off calling anyone else for help. Their bad reviews speak for themselves.

The guy who picked me up drive me from Maryville Tennessee to Atlanta ga. All I can say is great! He was as great as a businessman you can get. And drove very well. Made my experience comfortable and safe

I have used these guys three times now and I highly recommend them. Why? Because they are honest and cared about me. Two years ago they got me and my car out of a ditch in the snow and made sure that I wasn't injured or cold as they got my car to my house and gave me a ride. On December 26th they were honest in that they couldn't get to my car and told me that it wouldn't be until the next day at the earliest. They made sure that I was ok. On December 27th, 2022 they told me that it wouldn't be until the afternoon when the ice had melted a bit, got to my car, and when another guy ran off the road into my car they witnessed everything and had him call me about all of it. They got his car taken care of, my car to my house, and today on December 29th they got my car from my house to the body shop needed to be used by insurance. Now, were they able to give me a perfect estimate on times down to the minute? No, but they told me the few hours time frame and they were there. Were they able to give me rough estimates on how much a tow would cost over the phone before they saw what kind of shape it was in for themselves? Yes. Did they stay true to that estimate over the phone? Yes. Did they give me paper and email receipt copies when I asked for them. Yes. Did they always call me back? Yes. Did they always knock on my door and confirm things with me? Yes. Highly recommend them! I'm not the greatest with names, but I'm pretty sure that Pete helped me a lot over the past few days with my car. Thank you!!!

Tim from Cedar Bluff towing was amazing! He took great care of our vehicle! His passion for his work shows. No shortcuts taken. Truly impressed with his professionalism and patience. Would give them 10 stars if I could! The app was great and easy to use. The easiest request for service and help. GOOD JOB AAA!!

Our hero today, not sure what his name was but he got to us quickly and was very nice and professional. Got us over to Freightliner safely. Will definitely recommend this company to other truckers, thanks for all the help!

This is going to take awhile. CBT towed a vehicle with valid tags. The complex agreed to release the vehicle. CBT has denied knowing about the agreement and has lied numerous times. The lies were recorded. We won the court case. CBT towing appealed it. One would think if you were wrong you'd have integrity to correct it. After all this is done. I'll go into this at length,pictures of documentation and media if the upload allows. There might even be a link to the media file. Consumers need to be informed and warned.
