I was very particular about the vehicles I wanted to consider, and he remained patient, positive, and sincere throughout the entire process. TJ was also very kind and supportive. You can genuinely tell that they care about helping people—especially those navigating difficult situations—get into reliable vehicles. Even if you’re not facing financial challenges, I would absolutely recommend working with them!

Dom is the best! Most car salesmen are just trying to get a quick payday off you especially on lots instead of dealerships. With Dom I felt completely at home like I was just having a good conversation with a family member! Highly recommend you ask to work with him. Went in looking for a vehicle and not only did i get the car I was there for, but from the moment I walked in my experience was awesome, started with dom aka diesel dom aka mr get it done greeting me at the door and even buying me a drink, then TJ and mo at the front desk greeted me, between the three of them I felt lucky to be there, dom was very knowledgeable the whole time and start to finish made me feel like a friend rather then a customer, quickest car shopping experience i have ever had and thats not just because of the great time I was having, would recommend these guys over anyone and everyone everytime.

This is the texts I sent to the sales manager and salesman We have baught several cars from yall and the 1st time we set up an appointment 2 days ago... there were no cars that we requested to look at that we were told would be there. Then the 2nd time (2 days in a row wasted trips) the car we came to get sold before we could arrive. Instead of giving us a courtesy when it sold we just got blind sided. I feel this way because not only did I loose money by closing shop early to keep a 3:30 appointment but also the gas to drive over an hour for a specific vehicle and the vehicle i was expecting to get and requested to hold got sold just before we got there out from under us. We were told the vehicle we came to buy was sold an hour before we got there and didnt even get a courtesy text that the vehicle had been sold. I feel extremely disrespected and this could have been handled way better.

I was blessed with a wonderful experience helping my sister-in-law purchase a car from Austin Jenkins yesterday! Bought a 2018 F150(61,000 miles)and asked salesman if anything was wrong with the vehicle, he said NO. The next day the Check Engine Light came on and I began smelling oil burn. Called the salesman and he simply texted me a copy of the 30 day warranty. Finally got a call from David (?) and he told me that their shop had replaced valve cover gaskets and a local muffler shop replaced the catalytic converters, but not the O2 sensors. I purchased and replaced all 4-O2 sensors ($450.00), then took it to a shop for diagnostic which revealed both valve covers leaking onto the exhaust manifolds. This bill was $1359.00. Check Engine light returned and now looks like I will be out approximately $2000.00 more for both catalytic converters. Salesman Manager, CJ (TJ?) called me last Friday and said he would speak to his service manager and text or call me right back, have not heard from him. I asked him if they would be willing to get me the OEM CATs and I would pay the labor for my shop to put them on, haven't heard a word. Second truck I have purchased from this company within 7 years. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I am having the code history pulled and may be seeking legal advice. All I ask is, honesty and do what's right. Don Birchfield

Took my dad there and staff was friendly but it felt more like, let’s sale you a vehicle and get you out of here instead of hey, how can we help you. Didn’t ask what he was looking for. Just said, we have this based on what we see we can get you approved for. Staff needs to stick with one customer at a time and make them feel like they are the only one that matters at that time.

I just picked up my new preowned truck and it was perfectly detailed just as my sales representative promised. It was a good experience and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a solid preowned vehicle.

My experience here has became a good one. Brian my salesman and Gino were outstanding. They went above and beyond. I had a couple issues but were resolved quickly and efficiently. One of the owners actually reached out to me to make sure everything was resolved. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a New Mitsubishi or a used car or truck.

Dealership requested paperwork from us then was rude about needing to wait 5-10 mins to get the email. Then didn’t even give me the right email so it got returned. Called location manager, TJ, to get correct email so we can get it sent and be done with this place and he was unapologetic and stated the agent lied about their name because they don’t have any “Devin’s”. A different location manager had to reach out and apologize for how this “Devin” agent treated my staff and getting me a correct email so I can finally get them this form THEY wanted. This isn’t how you treat the people and the companies you need to continue to have your business run.

Went into the office had to wait for an hour before anyone even attempted to speak to me. I explained exactly what I was trying to accomplish and what I wanted. Continued to attempt to sell me vehicles I wasent even close to being interested in buying. After being held hostage for 7 hours I retrieved the keys to my vehicle and left. I explained to the manager that I didn't have the time to come down to their location and be held hostage once again for hours that if he couldn't run the numbers by me over the phone to just disregard the entire deal. After an hours back and forth the manager finally agreed to refund my deposit. This was 48 hours ago and Im still waiting on my deposit. Im 45 years old and this was by far the worst experience ive ever had attempting to purchase a car. If anyone reads this please spend your $$ at a location that truly wants to sell you a vehicle, not keep hostage for hours and is willing to refund any funds owed. If this was the last place in knoxville selling used vehicles id rather walk then spend a single penny with anyone related to old ben franklin!

They sold me a car for 25,000 and told me it had never been in an accident and that it was in perfect condition. I drive it off the lot and the bumper pops off on one side the alignment was messed up terribly. We went through 7 tires in 2 months because of all the issues. Mechanic said it had been in an accident and so I tried to take it back and they said they wouldn’t because the car was only worth 12,000 I looked on Google and my exact car brand new was only worth 15,000. I’m going to call the better business bureau and get a lawyer because this has been absolutely ridiculous

Wowza!! If you need a new car…you best go talk to Dom!! He’s amazing!!! He tried to put this bougee girl into a low budget junker…I said NOPE…lol guess what this boy worked some major magic and sent this girl home with an amazing car!! Mo the manager is a sweetheart, thank you to the both of you for getting me into something to start building my credit back up! I recommend them 100!

I had a awesome experience at Beaty CHEVROLET dealership. I met Tristan the Service Advisor there and I explained to him my car problem. He went over and above to make sure that I left there with my mind at ease 😊He was in contact with me throughout the process or me getting the part shipped in. Also stayed in contact with me through the process of the part getting installed. I mean, the best server I ever had at a dealership. Tristan is a stand-up Honest all around Guy 😊😊😊 l

They didn’t have very many option but as someone with low credit and dealership credit, they got me into something nice low miles and very comfortable. They went above and beyond to get me a good ride. The salesmen Charlie was even crawling all up around and under the car for me to make sure everything looked good. Good casual people. Good cars good prices.

Updating this review, Dakota went above and beyond to get me in the perfect vehicle! First vehicle I bought was back in Feb of 2025, and I was back into the car market to get a car for myself here in May and again Dakota did his thing again. He was patient with me and worked with me. 10 out of 10 would recommend! If you need a car, go down to old Ben and ask for Dakota

We were car shopping in Pigeon Forge & couldn’t find a truck we liked. We passed a car that had an Ole Ben Franklin License Plate Cover on it. We decided to check out the website & ended up buying a vehicle & had a GREAT experience with Trey as our salesman & Kristy! Couldn’t ask for better! We will be back for our next car purchase!

I am extremely happy overall with my experience at this dealership, and I will explain why, I had already been to three other dealerships who denied me not just because of my bad credit, but because I had four charge offs.. when I went to old Ben Franklin, I expected to not be approved and I was right they denied me, but then, Ole Ben Franklin spoke with the finance stuff, and somehow got me approved for my beautiful Mitsubishi!!!! I am so very happy and excited after reading reviews I wasn’t sure if it was going to be a good move, but then Austin made sure that I knew anything I needed would be taken care of within a certain amount of days if I needed anything!!! I would recommend the dealership to anyone just starting out anyone that needs a car and doesn’t know where to look or doesn’t want to go on marketplace to find one!!!!! I will say that if your credit is like mine, bring a decent size down payment more than 1000 but no more than four!!! Thank you so much Austin and everyone at the dealership who made my experience so grand.. this is my first car and my first asset, and I couldn’t be happier to know I got it from them!

Mr Ellis was great to deal with, as was one of his managers. Of course he asked me to buy, that's basically in the job, description! But, after he’d went over the inventory company wide and determined OBF didn’t have the VERY SPECIFIC truck, which has a VERY specific towing package, he got my information and let me go without any nonsense. Oh, he also followed-up, politely, but I found the truck I was looking for in Clinton TN. Great overall experience. I’ll be back when the need arises!
