Just picked up a van from here. Had the ac unit switched out and it completely moves around inside the dash. And the bottom of the dash only had 1 screw put back in it and the whole dash moves around. They offered for us to bring it back. I’ll take it to a dealer. This is absolutely crazy. We should have know it was going to be terrible by the location and the looks of the shop. Edit: decided to fix it ourself for a hour and as we’re taking it apart we notice they didn’t even plug in the 12v plug ins either. Both were left disconnected behind the dash. These people must be seriously tweaking lmfao

They are charging me $924 for one brake chamber the technician take him 3 hours to charge one wheel chamber

These guys went right to work on our school bus and did a great job. We desperately needed new tries. this was the second spot we went to after the guy at our first stop said “looks like too much work for my crew”. The guys at Fleet Services of Knoxville did not shy away from the job and took great care of our crew & bus. Could not recommend them more!

Had a tire on a trailer blow out on our first day PCSing to a new duty station, Jeff came out in less than hour and finished changing it in less than 30 mins, happy that he made time to help out me and my family! 🫡

I had a problem with an older piece of construction equipment. I had previously had a Craigslist mechanic work on it resulting in a dismantled nonfunctioning machine. I called Fleet services and Jessy Harriman arrived as scheduled and diligently worked to repair the machine. He was knowledgeable and experienced and completed the job on time. I am greatly satisfied with my experience with Fleet Services of Knoxville and with Jessy Harrison their mechanic. Thank you!!

Great service extremely fast! Called another place straight up said they didn't want to work on my truck because they had a truck show coming up! Pulled in 2 hours later my problem was fixed! Highly recommended

Beware, having to take this place to court for Fraud. They sent us an estimate and I immediately replied and said we don't need a battery as it's new and under warranty. And that there was nothing wrong with our starter, it needed a jump due to the bad battery. They replaced both and then charged us without approval. We are now having to review all of our invoices as they are sketch as hell. We found a pedal part they charged us $800 for and it was only a $400 part. Buyer beware! They cannot be trusted. It is extremely unfortunate. They also threaten legal action when they did the illegal activity. Will update.

I would not ever call this company again. They just took me for 1400.00 and my truck is still sitting broke down. Stay away at all cost and this just happened today!! I will be calling cc company about the charges. My driver and I both have called all day to get them back out and they will not answer the phone. I would leave negative star if possible. In response to your review. That's not what happened at all. The mechanic was willing come out and redo the job that y'all messed up amd you the owner would not let him. The pulley and clutch are correct for the truck. Your belt was wrong. But hey that's ok just had TA fix your mess for half the cost and it only took once.

Josh showed up and got right on the job. Very knowledgeable about the repair and got me going back on the road. Very satisfied with the service.

Very friendly and knowledgeable management and employees. Eddie has helped us out multiple times and has done a great job. They are also able to do some services onsite which can be helpful. I highly recommend them for maintenance and repairs.

These guys are fair and did good work for me in a pinch. Jeff was patient with me even though I called him 100 times looking for updates because my truck was broke down at the front gate of a receiver. They sent me a real good tech buy the name of Jesse and he did great work for a fair price and he was quick as well changed my starter in about 2 hours on my international prostar with a cummins isx. I'll definitely recommend these guys.

My truck was there 4 days and cost 2800 it only went 150 miles and same problem. Dodge dealer said the def system was never cleaned as these people sad they did. What a scam

I had a truck for my boss worked on for 4 days got it back and now 7 hours later I’m stuck in the shoulder of I75 in northern Ohio with a plugged filter called Jeff before the filter plugged and he told me it was the OEM sensor and now he won’t answer the phone go figure there went you good review jefff

Sorry Jeff, but you can't just change things like that. I spoke with you or your guy (Jeff as well) for a DOT inspection truck and trailer, he quote me $140 for both, average price for a dot inspection in your zone. I even mentioned the model of each vehicle. Then you told me get to this pilot. because you don't have room for my trailer at your shop. I told you ok, ill meet you there in 30 min. I drive to the location diverting from my trip route to do the DOT inspection. Then I call you back once I got to the pilot. To find out that you want to charge me more. $116 for EACH vehicle. On top of that warning me that I can fail my DOT like pressuring that I'm going to lose my money. Just shady behavior.

Thomas was great! He repaired the electrical on my RV so that I now have lights and brakes. Quick and friendly service. They came to my RV promptly.

I would highly recommend fleet service for all kinds of repairs . Being am over the road truck driver when you are broke down that means no pay. So I was very upset. Burton Anderson was very friendly and looked over everything tell he found the problem. Would not stop tell he did. Most companies give us truck driver the ( I don't care attitud)So this was a 10 in my book. He didn't leave me hanging. Great place and lucky you have a great repair guy. When the radiator on my food truck broke, I called Jeff with Fleet Services. He sent someone out to my house to look at the truck. Jeff gave me an estimate and sent Justin and Thomas out to replace my radiator. Even with parts being in such short supply,. Thomas and Justin had me back on the road quickly. I would highly recommend using Fleet Services of Knoxville. We recently started doing business with them and couldn’t be more satisfied with the work performed. Doug came out and performed a DOT Inspection, and he was great. During the inspection, he took time to point out what he was looking for and gave some great tips as well. You can tell he takes great pride in his work. We ended up getting a few things worked on and had our truck back within a few days. We will continue taking our truck(s) to Fleet Services of Knoxville.

The leafspring on the left rear of my big truck broke this isn’t a simple repair I was stuck on the side of I 75 in the company a drive for called Fleet services. Zach showed up and immediately assess the problem he was able to change that my axle so that I could drive to the shop this was on a Saturday and the shop was closed so I stayed in my truck till Monday morning. Jeff, the owner of the company, came in on Sunday to finish paperwork. He came up to my truck to check on me to see if I needed a restroom or to just hang out in his waiting room and watch TV while he worked. When he was finished for the day he ran to the store and picked a few items up for me that I was out of. On Monday morning being used to the way most shops treat you I expected them to ignore me until at least noon. This, however, was not the case. Had the alternator go out on my 2007 freight liner today. Called around and found fleet services and was able to get Trent out to diagnosis the problem and he was able to me back on the road with minimal down time Trent was professional and courteous and explained everything in easy to understand words Highly recommend

Timely response, very professional and reasonably priced considering it was an after hours road call and I good decent drive for the tech. The tech sent out was Trent, he was very respectful and knowledgeable of the truck and gave great service and represented fleet services very well.
