If you are an OTR Semi-Truck pulling in for a tire change they recommend that you drive to the Caseys Truckstop down the street (one block) from their location if pulling in for a tire change. As always, Call First and they will meet you there.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, DECEPTION! Came to this company at 10 am Friday. The brakes were blocked. One master said that he would take up repairs in the afternoon. I called the dispatcher and then talked with their boss, he said that he would take up repairs at 9 am, said that they were working 24/7. OK. At 9 am there was no one at the company. The dispatcher and the boss did not answer the phone calls. God see everything!
We broke down on the side of an exit ramp. Eddie was dispatched to help us and he did a great job. He was able to fix our problem and get us on the road again. We highly recommend Eddie-we feel he went above and beyond to make sure we were safe.
I spent two hours on the side of the highway on hold with Uhaul and talking with insurance to get some help with a Uhaul auto transport blown tire (to no avail). Then a guy (Wesley?) pulls up and says he works for a Uhaul dealer. Apparently, his boss saw me sitting there and told him to come out and change the tire for me. 10 mins later, I’m back on the road. Turns out, it was Greater Tennessee Truck Repair. I know nothing of their business, but I feel this deserves some recognition and praise.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Your first impression of them are that they’re good honest people, especially Mr. Matt, but then they twist things around and get rude with you. Very dishonest business. They rip people off and does not truly care about the customer. He actually hung up in my face. No integrity at all. They know that they are being dishonest. God will handle it.
Took my truck to them to get it fixed and I explained to them it was my only truck for my business so I needed it fixed asap. They told me someone would be on it the next morning needless to say I kept checking back and kept getting reasons for it not even being touched yet after 2 weeks and no results I went to pick up my truck and down a ton of research and fixed the problem myself in 20 minutes. Very rude and very very Mon reliable I'll never go back .
We were stuck on the side of I75 passed Caryville today for a very long time due to blown hose on a moving truck in the 95 degree heat. The mechanic sent to us from Greater TN Truck Repair was the kindest, nicest guy you ever want to meet in this situation. His customer service and his skills were spot on! He brought us ice cold bottled water and had us fixed and on the road pretty quick. He made sure we were safe and okay. Thank you for sending him to us...he even called back twice to make sure we were okay.
Not happy with the work did clutch charged 2,700 told them that there was a rattle they put it back together with a bad input betting now have to pay to drop trans again they won't even return my phone calls should've just went to the dealership
