Do NOT buy a car from this dealership. I bought a BMW from them and within the first 24 hours it started throwing multiple engine codes. The salesman claimed he personally drove the car and that there were no issues, which clearly wasn’t true.
Within the first couple months I already had to spend $1,800 replacing the valve cover, and I’m still dealing with oil pressure warnings and other engine problems. On top of that, I later found out the motor had been swapped and there was zero information or disclosure about it when the car was sold to me. Not only to mention I’ve tried to reach out numerous amount of times and have heard nothing.
This dealership was completely dishonest. Save yourself the stress and take your money somewhere else.
Bought a 2012 F150 with 114k miles in 10/2024. I drove it about 5 minutes away from the dealership before the dash went blank. I called them and they said to bring it back and they would look at it. I told them I was concerned it was the lead frame. They looked it over and said they found a loose ground and that should solve the issues.
I was able to drive it back an hour away without issues until a few days later. The same thing happened. Called and they said they couldn’t help with the issue. Took the truck in to the shop 1/2025 and it was in fact the lead frame and cost me a little over $1000 to fix. Fast forward to today and I took the spare keys out and it still had the dealership key tag on it. And on the tag said “lead framed”.
Be very cautious buying from here.
My son bought a 2011 BMW from here. He did not even get the title yet and the engine fell out of the car. The engine broke the left axel when it fell. There is NO WAY this car lot did not know about this engine before selling it. Stay away from this lot
I want to start by saying I don't typically give reviews. Though this time I felt it's necessary. The word integrity keeps coming up when I think about Just Auto & Leasing. Integrity isn't a word that's used with businesses very often these days. I recently bought a used Ford Edge for my daughter and while I understand buying a used car comes with the "As Is " questions. Buying new wasn't an option for my daughters first car. So after going to a bunch of dealerships with higher then normal prices and extremely pushy salesman. We found Just Auto & Leasing and had a very smooth buying experience. The salesman wasn't pushy he gave us our space but was right there for all questions. I also had a set cash number that I couldn't go over but there was one specific car my daughter wanted. The Ford Edge was a bit above my limit but the owner Sam made it work and we left with the car. Unfortunately we had some issue's come up two days later. Now let's all be honest we are buying used and there is only so much a dealership can do when they are buying or taking trades on these vehicles to sell. So I called the owner Sam and here is where the word integrity comes up. Not once did I feel like he wasn't going to help and get these issues resolved. Never tried to make excuses or give me the " As is " line, he just wanted to help and stand by the vehicle he sold me. He really wanted this vehicle to have No problems and my daughter and I could see that he was genuinely upset that we had issues in the first place. Every interaction was positive and he made sure we got what we paid for. Now months later the car is running great and my daughter is extremely happy! Integrity is almost forgotten word and most business view customer's as just a financial transaction and that's it. Just Auto & Leasing is that old school company that has integrity and truly wants to help it's customer's and stand behind what they're selling. We couldn't be happier and as long as I live in this area I won't buy anywhere else then Just Auto & Leasing!!!

Do not sign the as is contract. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them. 1. A 2014 bmw x3, code was cleared and popped up a week later telling me power train failure. 2. A 2013 Lincoln MKZ. They again cleared the code for it. Now I have a “transmission failure” code.. It needs a new transmission. If you’re gonna buy a car from them bring a OBD2 scanner and check for recently cleared codes. They know the cars aren’t in good condition which is why they clean them so well to draw your attention. they clear codes. Bring your own scanner, be smart.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought my 18 year old son a car from them a few months back. It was a Hyundai Genesis Coupe. It was a nice looking car. I paid 5100 down with a few payments left on it. My son had this car for not even 2 weeks and the engine blew up in it. I called the lot and at first they didn’t want to make it right. I had a tow truck driver who met me there to get it and their mechanic Scott came over and said how wrong it was at the unwillingness of them to fix the car. He told me he would help out. Somehow he got it to where he could work on it. He had the car for a few weeks and told me all was good. My son had the car again for a few weeks and it overheated. We paid for the radiator and Scott placed it in. He messaged me about a leak around the gasket still and told me it should be fine. Not long after my son had to pull over on the side of the road as his exhaust was smoking and smelling a sweet smell and started to overheat. We towed the car back home. I called Scott as he told me to do if anything had happened again. He told me he would go get it and fix the problem. I didn’t hear from him for two days and he finally text me back and told me his hands were tied that management wouldn’t let him help. I talked to the lot myself and eventually they told me that either I can let them have the car back and they’d give my son 1100 only to go towards another car on their lot or they would write off the remaining balance of 1600. I chose the later as in I would’ve lost all that money for a few weeks of my son actually getting to drive it. We took it to a place to have it diagnosed and it’s the head gasket and the engine wasn’t built back correctly or like a bandaid on it to begin with. So now it’s either pay someone 5000 to fix it or junk it for 400 bucks. We don’t know very many mechanics not working for a corporation that’s going to cost a fortune. I can’t help but feel like they knew it had problems and sold it and then kept putting a bandaid on it to get the rest of the money. They never made it right and my son is now driving my car to go to work and I’m having to use our SUV and move car seats around so he can still have a job. I wouldn’t ever buy a car from them. I wouldn’t believe every review either as bits and fake emails can put up reviews. I’m very disappointed but more for my son than anything. He is about to graduate and wants to go to college and is working 60 hours a week to save up for another car.
It was a nice change not to get tackled by a saleslman as soon as my foot touched the pavement. They really are no pressure sales, which is rare these days. Great prices, I bought a Subaru that I absolutely love! Thanks Michael, definitely one of the best sales guys I have ever dealt with!
I had been looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for about a month before finding the one I bought at Just Auto. I recently purchased a 2011 mini cooper from them. After 2 weeks of ownership I can gladly say I like the car a lot. The deal and negotiations were simple and easy, came to an agreement quickly. 5 minutes after I bought it the check engine light came on! Worst nightmare! Micheal and Justin were very helpful in figuring out the problem and helping me fix it. Great guys to deal with and great place to buy a car from.

Got this beauty from them earlier this month and had a great shopping experience. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy Justin was to work with. Answers the phone, no hassle test drives, buying, etc. We drove I think 4 SUVs on the main lot and 2 SUVs on their lot down the street. We didn't purchase anything initially and really appreciate that they didn't pressure us into doing so. After some more shopping around, we came back to their lot to re-test drive the Range Rover and fell in love. However, we struggled with the listed price. Thankfully, they were willing to work with us and make the deal happen. Next time we are in the market to buy a used car, we will be checking their website first.
Came here to look at a vehicle on a Friday. They were friendly and not at all pushy. I decided I wanted it, but they were about to close and I worked all weekend so I was unable to make it happen until early the following week. They were very communicative with me in making sure that I did not miss out in the vehicle and they dealt with me being a huge pain all week with my conflicting schedule vs their hours of operation. Finally, nearly a week after i had initially test driven the car, we got everything squared away. I am grateful for their patience (and that they even let us come in a little earlier than they were usually open to sign the paperwork!)
Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and who I bought the car through, I recommend Just Auto if you are in the market for a new vehicle!
Best car buying experience of my life! I looked for several weeks and found the perfect car here. I told them I would be back the next day to buy it and, unlike other dealers, they didn't say if somebody else comes first then I miss out. They had the car ready for me, all the paperwork ready. Took me about five minutes and I was on the road in my perfect vehicle. Justin and staff are so friendly and awesome.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I've purchased about 20 cars throughout my life and this was one of the easiest. I was buying my daughter her first car, showing her what to look for and how to do test drives, etc. I found this dealer through a Craigslist ad. Went to look at the car. No obnoxious salesperson approached us as soon as we arrived. We walked over to look at the car and it looked good enough to take a test drive. Walked into the dealership to request a test drive and was given the key and a plate. Nobody had to come with us and he told us to take the car on a long and thorough drive, which we did. We liked the car but wanted to get a pre-purchase inspection, which they had no problem with. Came back and made a deal agreeable to both parties, nice and easy. It needed a new battery which they took care of while we did the paperwork and they even put gas in the car. Very good buying experience. Recommended!
