He’s not just a mechanic — he’s a true professional who actually cares about the work he does. Josh took the time to explain everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and made sure the job was done right the first time. The attention to detail was obvious, and my car runs better than it has in a long time. You can tell he takes pride in his craft. On top of that, he was honest, fair with pricing, and communicated throughout the process. That kind of reliability is rare these days. CARFIX in Knoxville is outstanding, and Ron (the owner) is exactly the kind of person you hope to find when your vehicle needs real attention. I was dealing with an issue that the Ford dealership couldn’t even look at for 3.5 weeks. Ron got me into the shop within a day. The service was honest, straightforward, and professional from start to finish. Excellent service. Got a flat tire on a business trip, Ron was able to locate me a replacement tire in the area, and haven't picked up and installed within a few hours. That he was very communicative throughout the process about scope of work, timing, and pricing. Could not have asked for a better experience and shop during a very stressful situation. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick and friendly repair.

This place is amazing I got my car towed no appointment. They got me in and took care of me. They consistently stayed in contact and explained everything so well. Such an amazing place!

Ron, at Car Fix is amazing. We had a problem the first time with our transmission and this time a problem with the turbocharger on our vehicle. He kept in touch as to what was going on and we got our vehicle back both times in a timely manner. If you have any problems with your vehicle please go see him. He is located on Agnes Road . Now we plan on going back to him and getting tires on our vehicle

Had brakes going bad and the dashboard on my Toyota Tundra was lit up like a Christmas tree. They took my truck in at the Bearden Hill location late one afternoon and informed of the problems that needed to be repaired the next morning. A squirrel had gnawed though some wires under my manifold that I never would have found without their diagnostics. Truck was repaired the next day. Now brakes work great, wires replaced, no more lights constantly flashing on my dash. Also got an oil change since it was already there for service. There was no upselling or pushing for extra work that I did not bring my truck in for. Overall a good experience.

5 star experience every time. I love how they do business and how professional carfix is. The guys in the office are fantastic to work with and very transparent. The team works hard to make sure our van is repaired correctly and everything is well documented. They always come through with a rental if they find an extra issue and need to keep the vehicle overnight.

Hello, I am Nels. My experience at car fix was PERFECT. Though, it didn’t start out that way… I had an electrical problem and it cause my idle to be outright wrong. Something was off after my recent alternator change. I felt it was not working correctly and I gave their business a chance to fix it. After a day of trouble shooting a very difficult problem, they fixed the problem and to a standard that I would expect from my neighbor or a dear friend. Thank you Mr. Ron Seagle for everything you helped me with. I am a repeat customer of yours for life. He is a great manager/ explainer and something I can expect from him.

The is the second time I've used CarFix Bearden Hill for repairs on my 2015 Smart. Even though the car isn't made anymore, they still handle everything I need as if that isn't a problem. Ron and Josh are extremely professional, straight-forward, polite. I have nothing but praise for this place and the staff. Ron and his team at CAR FIX in Bearden on Agnes Rd are absolutely awesome. I can't recommend them highly enough. I had suspicions of a leak in my front passenger tire. I walked in, described the problem, and Ron gave me an appointment at 0700 the next morning. When I dropped the car off, I had a schedule constraint that morning. I informed Ron and he had his guys jump on my tire repair, getting me out the door with a fixed and fully functional tire in about 45 minutes for a very reasonable $36. This is huge for me because I really didn't want to have to replace one tire out of cycle or prematurely replace all four tires. Thanks Ron and CAR FIX Bearden!

Came in to check on mom and needed transmission fluid added to her car. I called numerous general shops and a few transmission places- either they wouldn’t touch it or didn’t have time (even after making an appointment). Carfix got it fixed promptly and was friendly and helpful to everyone that came in. I especially liked the way they all worked together to take care of their customers. Would definitely recommend them and will trust them with my mom’s car when needed.

These guys were nothing short of masterclass. Took my truck to a dealership for an engine light and dealership told me i needed a new PCM (not covered under my warranty) Took it over to Car Fix in Bearden and Ron told me the PCM was fine, did a FULL inspection and proved to me it was a gasket and my motor was compromised (covered under warranty) They worked awesome with the warranty company and got a new engine put in. Tech put the cab back on the chassis on his own time to get it back to me faster. Ron’s customer service was unmatched compared to most in this industry. He even comped me an oil change and tire rotation. These guys are Pros

Anytime anything is wrong with our Subaru or Audi, old Mazda and VW, we have peace of mind because we know Josh and his team will do everything in their power to get our vehicles in same day. We can call and get quotes over the phone. We get the best maintenance. Sadly, we live out of state. Car Fix please expand out of the state!!! The people need you! It’s so very hard to find a quality shop!

Josh is AMAZING!!! He asked me about a forgotten policy that I purchased and he was able to save me thousands of $$$. Also my son had left his wallet in my passenger front seat of my car that morning and I didn't even notice. When I got my car back many hours later guess what was still there?!?! It goes to show that these men are HONEST and have INTEGRITY!! I will be a LOYAL customer and I definitely cannot recommend this place enough.

I was hearing loud grinding sounds coming from my rear brakes and couldn't identify the problem. Car Fix got me an appointment quickly and recommended a deep clean and regreasing. While taking apart my rear drums, they found a broken component! I am thankful that they were thorough and found the issue, now braking is quiet and I feel safer on the road. I'll definitely come back if I have issues in the future! Y'all were awesome

We have visited twice now, Josh has always made sure to get us set up with a loaner for long fixes and was clear about pricing ahead of time. Trace our mechanic on both jobs we’ve had done was 10/10 with communication and doing a great job with caring for our precious car. At the end of the day this place always takes care of us and has wonderful integrity, we won’t take our car anywhere else anymore ‼️

We are on a cross country camping trip and were rear ended on the interstate. Our hitch hauler was crushed and we were unsure about damage to the frame of the car and the safety of continuing our trip. We called and they were able to get us right in. They checked out the car, removed the hitch hauler, and did an alignment. The whole team pitched in to help us pry the totes out of our hitch hauler, sort out our camping gear, and repack our car. They even offered to loan us a hitch hauler, store gear at their house, disposed of our broken hitch hauler and camping gear for us, and gave us a tote to help organize the gear in the car. They had drinks for us while we waited and took care of everything quickly. We felt like we were taken care of the way we would have been if we were family. We highly recommend them and would definitely go back if we lived closer.
