These are very great people, very helpful, my Axles s locked up and I tried to get over to the other property because I thought they were closing early (the scale closes at 3:30 but they stay open till 5:30) and I got stuck on the railroad track and they were extremely helpful to get me off and very concerned people, very nice and they helped got my tandems unloosened for a little bit and tell me how to get back after I got down the road and had to make a u-turn to come back, then they help me back in and get loaded and I finally made it to the TA.. even though I probably made it to bonehead truckers, but it wasn't my but I mean I had the air pressure up to 130 and I guess I had a massive air leak or something that just happened when I went across the railroad track or something
It’s a quick in and out if you are here in the morning. Come on in, get on the scales, get loaded, go out to go back on scales and you are out of here. The place is tight but pretty manageable. No problems.
Maybe I came at the right time of day on a Friday around 9am, wasnt too busy got checked in quick and loaded in a timely manner. it is a little tight here so be careful
This is a tight place to maneuver around They are very busy and trucks usually stack up trying to get in and load or unload. I recommend getting there early no overnight parking. People at check in are really nice.
Rude personnel with poor communication skills in S&R. The checkin process is odd and they should probably add instructions to the “blue book” especially if your delivering and picking up loads. They get pretty annoyed when you don’t know that you have to sign in twice. Unload/loading pretty quick but I was the only truck here. Hope I don’t have to come back here.
This place is very small and very slow. I got there at 7:30am, grand that they open at 8, but I didn't leave there till 10:30. I was late for my delivery because of that. There is no parking and you have to go around and around just to get check in and out. Terrible terrible and terrible place
