Please don't go to carstar it took them 8 months to finally fix my car under a insurance claim. They didn't get any parts for the car I had to because "its to hard to find parts for it" all i needed was 2 new headlights and a headlight ballast. It took them months to finish it because in December they fired most of the people working there and the lady at the front desk admitted to the fact that everyone forgot my car was even there for a few months. I have just gotten the car back after dropping it off in September of 2025 and they still wouldn't give it back to me unless i gave them $4,700 because apparently the insurance had not paid them yet even though multiple times they told me "insurance has already paid for this or that" but i guess they never did. What sucks the most is I gave them $1,100 of my own money to get a new headlight just so one wouldn't be yellow and one look brand new but they ended up never getting that headlight because I supplied all the parts for the car so i ended up never getting that money back and they said they wouldn't give me it back either. The paint guy also took months to paint my front bumper and we agreed to the fact that they would repaint the whole car and I would pay for everything but the bumper but now they said they couldn't do it because its "to much of a liability". Overall I would personally say please avoid this place like the plague its was overall just horrible management and horrible workers.

CARSTAR did a fantastic job. First time needing body work. Desk team was kind, efficient, explained things thoroughly. Body work people were experts, repairing my truck as if nothing had happened. And they even cleaned inside and out, which was a feat in itself considering it's a dogmobile, very, very hairy. I highly recommend CARSTAR for body work.

The work was done and looks good. I had brought it in mid November to have it looked at and get a quote. They went ahead and started ordering the parts unfortunately for me brought it in in December during the holidays originally the estimated it to be done the day after Christmas, then that got pushed back to January 6. I was able to pick it up on the Jan 9th. I did have to contact them to keep myself updated on when the car would be finished. That is may be. The only complaint I have in the car was a little dirty on the inside from the work they performed. But the probably were like let’s get this man his car he’s called 3x. The lady in the front office was nice all the employees were nice just a busy place so that tells you they do good work!

The estimator, Earnest, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, kindness, and thoroughness in preparing the estimate and scheduling the work. The office staff were equally kind and helpful in addressing all of my inquiries. The quality of the work performed far exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much for your outstanding service.

I would give zero stars if I could. Carstar is the absolute worst body shop I have ever dealt with! Took them 2 weeks to do an estimate on repair costs for my vehicle. Terrible communication & rude. Do not recommend. 2 thumbs down. Manager just as bad! RUN!

Every employee was personable, and they did a solid job on my car. 3 Stars because (1) my headlights are out of alignment post repair and (2) my ready date was changed four times none of which their office communicated to me first. I had to call multiple days in a row to be told my repair will be finished “tomorrow” each time. Repair delays are totally normal, but they could’ve communicated better :)

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a body shop. I would rather go to a technical school and learn this trade than take my vehicle back here. Delay after delay, always blaming the insurance adjuster and never taking accountability for their technicians dragging their feet and filing additional supplement after supplement. Zero updates on the status throughout the process. Then after 7 weeks I pick it up and notice they didn’t replace an item that was supposed to be done so it had to go back. It was also filthy even though they said it had gone to detail. Go elsewhere, learn from my mistakes.

CARSTAR did a great job on my car. They turned a really bad situation into a good one. My car was hit pretty bad in an accident. The very first accident I ever had and I was hit out of nowhere by another vehicle that ran a red light for not paying attention. I actually left the scene in an ambulance as I had a concussion and whiplash. They stepped in and made my car look so good and it runs great as well. They worked extremely hard to get it back the way it was before the accident. I can't thank you all enough for everything. May God bless you all in mighty big ways.

I have had my car repaired twice at Reeder collision center. The back of my Blazer was hit by a big pick up truck a hit-and-run and Reeder successfully negotiated with my insurance company to get my Blazer fixed correctly. Recently I was hit in the front of my car and thankfully I was able to get their insurance company to pay for it and again Reeder collision center did an outstanding job repairing my Blazer.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service. Poor communication & VERY RUDE! Then I speak to a manager, she is worse than the employees! They had my car sit for 2 weeks to get a simple estimate done. Do not go to this shop! 2 thumbs down 👎👎

I only have good things to say about this place. They fixed my Malibu twice and the work was top notch! They have my Kia now and I am sure it will be looking wonderful when they are finished

I have a very odd work schedule and the Collision center was very understandingand accomodating. They kept me up to date with the ordering and painting of my door trims. I am a very satisfied customer. Its so nice to be able to open the back door again without the trim catching on anything.

They made a bad experience so much better. It’s bad enough when something happens to your car, but on the day I dropped my car off to the shop to be repaired, I left my phone in it. I work in a profession that I depend on my phone. When I called to see if I had left my phone in my car, they looked right then and offered to bring it to me at my place of employment. That is customer service at its finest. The repair was done on time and was flawless. They have earned my business and I will always sing their praises.

Sweet Jesus, I’ve saved for years to be able to purchase my dream vehicles my Suburban and I did back in 2022 so when my vehicles was in an accident not once but twice within 3 month span 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. But as I do have always done took my vehicles to Reeder for Service and Repair work. I have yet to be disappointed. Their service is top notch!!! The service technician service desk is absolutely amazing!!!! I appreciate there hard work in ensuring that I was completely satisfied. They have truly been a blessing.

Would definitely recommend. I went for my estimate on a Wednesday took my car in the following Monday and got it back on Wednesday. So from estimates to repairs it was one week. I was kept informed of my repairs the whole time. Very pleased. My car was clean when I got it back.

Honestly, I couldn’t tell you the last time I wrote any kind of review of a business but this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a vehicle repair business. I was told a job would be a one day thing and was given the runaround and told eventually that it could be picked up first thing the next morning. Arrive the next morning and the part still hasn’t been painted yet. Then given a bunch of excuses about office people being out sick. Unacceptable service. Won’t be going back or recommending anyone else go. Will also be reaching out to my insurance provider that sent us there and telling them to stop using them.

Due to an unfortunate accident where someone rear-ended me, and I'm new to the area, I chose CARSTAR REEDER COLLISION CENTER for the repairs. I am impressed with their customer service and consistent communication during the process. My GMC looks brand new again and thus far no mechanical issues. It was even vacuumed and washed for me before I picked it up. I would highly recommend them because they go above and beyond taking care of the people's vehicles making sure parts, paint, and quality work is done, while informing the owners during the process. Thank you CARSTAR REEDER COLLISION, I know who to contact if I ever need body work again.

They did fix it, but the quality of work is awful. My front bumper was crushed. They replaced it and the grill too but the body lines do not match up at all. One side of the hood has a massive gap One side of the grill has a massive gap and there are scratches on the new parts very disappointed in the work because they say that they do good work but in reality they don’t I definitely would not recommend this place they told me numerous times when I called that they were waiting for quality check, but it’s clear that quality did not check their work

The car looks just like new. They made sure to check everything and found some things that was not visible to me. They kept me informed about the progress in plenty of time to make sure that the insurance company renewed the rental with no hassles. I would recommend that you take you vehicle to them.

Great service & communication. Super nice staff! Very pleased when I picked my vehicle up with the work that was done. So sign whatsoever that my vehicle was involved in an accident at all. The paint job was excellent!!! I would definitely, highly recommend for any damage repairs needing done for your vehicle.

I took my 2018 Chevrolet Impala there for front end damage due to a hit and run for the second time this year, the first time they did an amazing job, but the 2nd time, the work was not that good, the hood has a small split on it that was not there before, the left fender has a split in the paint, the upper grille is not flush on the left front, the abs light is on which was not before, the young man basically called me a liar when I confronted him about it and there's more, I'm really not satisfied with the subpar quality of the work that you would expect from a gold star Chevrolet dealership, if there was ever another accident, I pray not, I will be taking My business elsewhere......

When you work in the service industry, clear communication can prevent a great number of negative customer experiences. This place needs to work on this. I brought my vehicle in after it had been rear-ended. The vehicle had minor damage. Most of the damage was involving scratches. When I brought my vehicle in to receive an estimate, I was told that it should be a quick fix. The only thing that was required was some “ Buffing and painting.” I brought the vehicle in on June 3. I was told my vehicle would be ready for pick up within 10 days. I was also told if there were any changes that I would be contacted. My vehicle was not ready for pick up until July 26. I would receive random texts saying that the estimated pick up date was delayed and that parts had been ordered. I would respond to these texts and most of the time receive nothing in reply. I was not notified of any further damage found or updated on the need for parts. This place does not keep you informed. I would be promised a phone call intermittently that i never received. In the almost 8 week period they had my car, i received one phone call which i missed. I returned the call and was told that i could only receive an update on Thursdays. Never contacted again until it was time to pick up. When i came to pick up my vehicle, a brand new employee took me out to look before i left. He did not know what parts had been replaced. I was given a packet of papers where I had to just figure it out on my own. I understand it’s a busy place. I understand things might arise to delay service but how about pick up the phone and tell somebody? If I had just been kept informed , I would’ve accepted the delay. I don’t have a complaint about the actual work. I still to this day don’t know what was done to my car. What an awful experience.

Unprofessional and value relationship with insurance more than customer. I’d find another shop. First two pics are the additional damage found and the third is where the impact occurred. Given an evaluation on additional damage that it was not part of the incident, thus not covered on insurance and ultimately cost me an additional $800 out of my own pocket. I presented: 1. A clean carfax that shows this vehicle had not been involved in any incidents (this was the first). 2. The additional damage (impact bar beneath bumper) was damaged in the precise location that I hit another car. 3.the bumper sat flush before this incident. The reason I had to have the impact bar replaced was because it was causing the bumper to not sit flush on the car. All this evidence was presented to Carstar and they still made the recommendation to insurance that the damage was not part of the incident. I was assured that carstar was not making the determination on if it was part of the incident or not — they said the insurance company was. But when I called State Farm they had in their notes that carstar determined it wasn’t part of the incident — ultimately leaving me in an undefendable spot with the insurance company. I was met with condescension and apathy throughout this entire process when I expressed the above facts and ultimately had a terrible customer experience. I will never go to a carstar collision center again for a repair and I will advise others online and through word of mouth to do the same.
