This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Reviews for Tennessee Valley Auto Glass LLC in Knoxville, TN are overwhelmingly positive: consistent 5-star feedback and 100/100 overall. Standout themes: professional, on-time mobile service to home or work, fast installs, clear updates, and precise ADAS recalibration with dealers. Pricing is repeatedly noted as fair and often below dealer quotes. Parts sourcing is strong, even on hard-to-find glass, and they’re praised for honesty (suggesting cheaper fixes when appropriate). Complaints are rare; occasional waits relate to part availability or scheduling and are well communicated.

Thank you Andrew for helping me when it was needed the most. The process could not have been any easier. Simple, stress free, and he came to me while I was at work. Thank you!
Service from TN Valley Auto Glass was excellent. Andrew explained that it was difficult to receive the windshield for an Avalon. He explained he would order it and update me. He kept me updated and arrived on time.
Called for a quote he called back in a timely manner with it. Took them less the 20 mins to replace both side of the windshield on the semi. They were friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend and use in the future!
The process of replacing my front windshield was quick and easy with Tennessee Valley Auto Glass. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace a window.
You did a fantastic job on my 2025 4Runner! On time, no surprises, finished sooner than expected, and your coordination with the dealer to recalibrate the radar was impeccable. Thank you!
I was working with my insurance company and Safelite. I don’t know why, but I was told they did not have a front windshield for my 25 Toyota Land Cruiser. they said they needed to order it from Japan. I got a crack in it in January and had been waiting seven months with many excuses! I finally got tired of that and called the local Toyota dealership who recommended Tennessee Valley Auto Glass! Once I got the Insurance Company to switch over to this TN Valley Auto-glass, Andrew had me a windshield for install in three days! The only reason it took three days was because they don’t do windshields on the weekend! They came out today and did a beautiful job of installing the new windshield and adjusting and calibrating all the electronics that are on this model for the front windshield! Awesome job, very quick and very thorough! I recommend them very highly!
The owner of this company is honest and trustworthy. I was advised by auto repair shop that I needed windshield re-set or potential replacement to stop a leak. But when Andrew came out, he discovered the car’s drain holes were plugged with debris. He cleaned them and no leaks-even after a very heavy rain storm! I would not hesitate to call on Tennessee Valley Auto Glass.
My front windshield had a huge crack in it and I called Toyota of Knoxville and they referred me to Tennessee Valley Auto glass. I called and spoke to Andrew who got back to me in an hour with the quote. I scheduled the work 2 days later, they came to my house and I had a new windshield 1 hour later. I highly recommend this company !
I called to get my back window replaced on my truck because water was getting inside, Andrew informed me that it might be the 3rd brake light leaking instead of my window, I fixed it and no more water! Great customer service, he could have told me/charged me anything to fix the problem but instead offered cheaper solutions first.
Our windshield replacement on a 2019 Toyota RAV4 was done perfectly. It looks like a factory installation. Andrew (office) & Will (installation) were very informative and courteous. They worked with the Knoxville Toyota dealership after the installation for camera realignment. That was also a very positive experience with quality service. My fiancée, Barbara & I highly recommend this company.
This company is the best! Very nice people. 100% know what they are doing. I don't think they could have been any better. I highly recommend and will tell everyone about Tennessee Valley Auto Glass! It was a great experience and they did a wonderful job with my windshield replacement!
After my sister, who lives in Knoxville, had a great experience getting her windshield fixed by Tennessee Valley Auto Glass a year ago, I didn't hesitate to call them when my windshield recently cracked. Always on the lookout for the best deal, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Andrew's quote was about $500 less than what my local and surrounding Honda dealers were offering. Despite the 3-hour drive to Knoxville, I decided to go with Tennessee Valley Auto Glass.
Andrew was incredibly accommodating with scheduling my windshield replacement and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. My sister and I have the same car, and since getting both our windshields replaced, neither of us has had any issues with the glass nor our programming/sensor systems.
I highly recommend using Tennessee Valley Auto Glass!
Very professional installation of new windshield. Transferred my car wash and peach pass tag without asking and installed mirror. Definitely above and beyond highly recommend!
My vehicle was broken into over the weekend and my window was shattered as the way they entered. I called one company who wanted me to wait over a week before they could come out not caring I had a small child and it was already getting super cold. I called Tennessee Valley Auto Glass and spoke with Andrew who said “Oh no you shouldn’t ride with your kids its getting cold, it could rain or anything. I have a few jobs to do but how does tomorrow sound?” .. He came, we talked while he worked, he fixed my window extremely fast and If this happens again I will definitely use this company again.
