Excellent company use them several times best service I have found anywhere in Knoxville area, professional friendly these guys really know what they’re doing. Highly recommend.

UPDATE- These guys did an oil change. Very quick service. Will definitely continue to use them! Fast and friendly service. Fixed my car’s AC and it works great now! Highly recommend!

These guys are great. Had a family member break down in Tn. Called B&R and they came out and got him back on the road. They responded quickly and went above and beyond to help us out.

10/10 Definitely recommend!! I’m a college student from out of town and was 4 1/2 hours away from home and I called them around 6:00pm on a Thursday evening and they arrived within a hour to tow my car! I explained what was going on and expressed to them that I was just trying to make it home for the holidays!! They had my car repaired the next morning by 10:00 am! Excellent customer service and very understanding!

I had a flat two gentlemen showed up and tried to air it and when it wouldn’t they changed it for me… very professional and lovely guys

Was told $125 for a tow ..ended up pulling me out for $250...thats ridiculous. Call else where. UPDATE IN response to owners response which is mostly lies. Lie one is that i was told price varies..was told $125 to tow to my house and i gave address..lie two it was not 6 feet in drainage ditch..and now the car wont start because axels are broken from pulling it in park...no damage was done from sliding off the road

This company was great. After I broke down, my insurance sent another tow company, but after sitting for a little over two hours with no help, I canceled them and called B&R Towing instead. They were professional, reliable, and showed up quickly. They even gave me the information I needed to submit to my insurance for reimbursement. Highly recommend!

I had an accident and didn't want my vehicle towed by the city to a storage yard, these guys responded very quickly,like they were on scene in 15 minutes and hooked up to my vehicle and were ready to go faster then the other guy who was hooking up the other vehicle. super great service . the accident really sucked but these guys were really nice and very positive and made sure I got home and my vehicle was made it safely too. easy pay , I highly recommend you keep a copy of their number on you if you ever need a towing service.

Called for road side assistance in Andrews, NC ... Traver came and fixed the antifreeze leak and followed me to the receiver to be sure everything is okay

Got ran off the road beside the shop and they fixed me up with a radiator in under 2 hours!!! Everyone was super nice and helpful while I was there! The experience was way better than expected and I’ll be coming back when I have more car troubles. Thanks guys!
