Was stirred around by reeder Chevy and ace automotive with them not being able to figure out why my 07 Chevy Tahoe was not starting but had full power brought it to my guy Doc over on western at the key shop had my truck maybe 2 hrs and called me with it being started in no issues thank god for this company and doc and his people there they will do good work fast in figure out the problem if he can
I would like to give Broderick stocks one of there moblie techs. He was amazing. He came replaced my friend's key and key lock in her car and was just outstanding. He did it in the rain in the cold. He was absolutely outstanding. I think that man deserves a raise or something. He got her back in her car and a timely manner. Absolutely amazing. I highly recommend him.

10/10 service!! I needed a key fob replaced and they had it done in under 20 minutes. Staff were super polite and friendly throughout the entire process. I thought I needed my door lock replaced as well, but they took it off and got it working instead of charging me for a new one. You will not be disappointed with the level of integrity and customer service on display here!
If I could give more stars I would! Awesome, awesome team. Came in with a lock to our back door that had...pretty much exploded. They got it fixed up and put back together beautifully with no issues. I went here today to get a fob programmed and key cut. They told me they could program the fob and cut the key on the phone. I showed up and he said he cannot cut steel keys, when is a key not steel I thought. He said he could program the fob, it’s a jeep one from jeep and not an aftermarket. He charged me $50 plus tax, went to my jeep and sat in it for 5 minutes and played on his phone. He then stepped out, said he cannot program it and said no refunds. So $50 plus tax and he didn’t attempt to program it, he sat on his phone for 5 mins and I watched him play on his phone. I went 15 mins away to another locksmith shop, they easily programmed the jeep fob and cut the key. They also told me that this is a scam that Outlet key shop pulls on people and is known for. Anyone reading this make sure you avoid this place, they are scamming people out of money and now I have to contact the credit card company.

The business response claimed it was an autel they had to program the fob, they don’t have an autel, they have a XHORSE VVDI Key Tool MAX
Remote Generator. That is a cheaper “Walmart” level brand of fob programmer. The person took my fob inside the business, place it on the XHORSE VVDI Key Tool MAX
Remote Generator and said they could program it. In my vehicle he did not plug into the obd2 plug, he sat the XHORSE VVDI Key Tool MAX
Remote Generator on the passengers seat next to him, sat on his phone and scrolled his phone playing on it. Then told me he cannot program the fob. Yet, another locksmith was able to program it easily and quickly that I visited afterwards. In addition, after being unable to program the fob he threw the unprogrammed fob onto the passengers floorboard and walked away. This business is pathetic with no customer service, no morals and had made a name for themselves scamming customers. I’ve contacted the better business bureau as well about this business, they should be put out of business.

These guys did really good making my key with only the the electronics and chip from my key fob without the car being there in person. He said it wasn't a garunteed fit but it fit. Cytell passmore is the one who did my key and I 100% recommend coming here for a key being remade or getting a spare
Had an issue with my son's Honda CR-V where his key would not turn. My mechanic recommended Outlet Key Shop. We'd been there before a couple of years prior to replace a broken key fob and had a great experience, so I gave them a call. They got a service call scheduled for me the same day. Broderick came out and took care of the issue (a worn-out key) promptly and gave us some solid advice on getting the ignition rebuilt in the near future, clearly explaining the different price options, etc. He was a total pro and got us back on the road in no time. Wouldn't go anyplace else the next time we need a locksmith!
They solved a major problem for me and saved me about $150. I was extremely impressed with what they did / could do.
And, they are funny guys. I actually had a good time while I was there. I have told a LOT of people about my experience and what they can do. Would give more stars if I could.
This place is awesome!!! I asked to have a key blank cut to look like the real deal. They did an amazing job and didn't have to wait long at all. I will definitely be returning in the future ^.=.^
I stopped in to get a key made for my truck because I didn’t Have a key for my doors or my tailgate. The master service tech guy came to the rescue and took the lock of my tailgate. Took it inside. Less than 10 minutes manually made my key. I thought the key was different from my doors in my tailgate, but what it was it was wore out and would not work my door nor my tailgate and he figured it out. So I ended up getting 2 keys made for under $60 hands down best key shop in Knoxville. They also gave me the key code to my Truck that way if I ever have to have another email, I can give the technician a code so he can make the key without a key.
I’d give these guys ( Matthew Mestayer & Cytell Passmote ) 100 stars if google would let me. Long story short my keys to a Chevy camero was lost, I was 3 hours from home. Chevy dealers in Knoxville was giving me the run around telling me it’d be a week or more before they could get a key for my car. I had the car towed to OLS. The tow truck driver suggested I give these guys a call and I did! I’m so glad I did. They had my car unlock within 5 minutes and had an ignition key made in no time. These guys knew I was stressing out about getting back to Ga but they assured me I’d be on my way soon . They was so friendly, kind , & calming . These guys went above and beyond for me and I’d like to say Thank you again! You guys are great
Outlet Key Shop is the best place to get your keys, Period. I needed a 2nd key for a Tacoma I bought. I happened to ask the mobile dude hanging out in Costco's parking lot for a key, he would have to order it and I could get it for over $300? I told him to "Kick Rocks" and did the right thing. I called Outlet Key Shop! Fast on the spot service for $150! That was very fair. Doc and his staff will treat you right. Thank you Outlet Key Shop. I will be back.
I had an operating issue with a safe. I called 5 area locksmiths and they did not understand the safe and admitted they could not resolve the issue. The 6th locksmith I called recommended the Outlet Key Shop. I crossed my fingers and made the call. The call was the first indication of customer service surpassing the area competitors! These guys were great! On the first day after the big snow fall they were open when most places of any type were not. I drove in to have them scope a lock on a work truck bin that I lost a key for. Within 20-25 minutes they had identified what kind of key, how many pins and had two copies cut for me. The price was incredible fair at about $26 where the mobile guy wanted $95, and probably wouldn't have had the key that I needed.

Everyone there was terrific via phone and in person; very friendly and professional. Also, they were much cheaper than the dealer to get another fob with remote start capability. I would highly recommend them.
They were able to take my supplied keys and remotes to program them to my truck. Great job and reasonable priced. Dealer wanted $80 for key plus $150 to program 1 key. They did it for way less and I am very thankful.
I needed to replace a key fob for my Dodge truck. I did the 'near me' search and came up with these guys.

It was seriously a unique experience with three of the brightest young people I've been around. They were professional and knowledgeable which was to be expected. What wasn't expected was the exceptional interaction between these three individuals. They shared responsibilities and were receptive of input from each other. These are definitely the guys you wanna go see if you have key fob issues with a push to start! They couldve easily taken for $200+ but fixed the terminal and had me back on the road in less than 5 minutes! The Nissan dealership itself couldn't even fix this issue! Definitely my go to key shop hands down!
Unbeatable prices. Mom recommended me and they did not disappoint. 50 bucks to program both key fobs, I couldn’t believe my ears. Of course it depends on the vehicle but to hear that after being told no less than 100 per fob from the other shops is just mind blowing. The staff running it are excellent and know what they are doing.
My experience with Outlet was really great. They told me what to expect up front and were super easy to work with. James was able to come out earlier than expected. He did a great job communicating with me and I immediately knew he was going to treat me right. Very professional. Really excellent at his craft. He was able to rebuild the ignition switch on my Nissan after being damaged from a beak-in.
1000 percent satisfied. These guys are great. The tech ran a little late but called to let me know. Once he arrived he had my key made in less than an hour!! Very friendly staff. Also was the cheapest I found in Knoxville. Oh I forgot to mention I didn't even have a key for the tech to copy. He figured it all out and had it reprogrammed in like about an hour like I said. I recommend these folks if you're in need of a locksmith.
