I mean, they recycle tires the best way they can right now and they have fair prices. In fact, their neighbor at Red Line Auto, Paul & his crew really add value to all of us in that he recycles cars the best way known to man: he fixes them. And he sells them at a very very fair price. He stands by his product, and he is approachable and he'll hire you if you have something to bring to the table. I will give overbrook Tire yard five stars as soon as they apply for a grant to have Pittsburgh's first tire grinding factory so we can be more self-sufficient. Did you know that right now you can't actually recycle tires in the state of Pennsylvania? Yes, you have to actually take them to the state of Ohio to be recycled. Load up a tractor trailer driving to Ohio. That is a waste of resources. Sarah Innamoratos team Will facilitate the grant process simply by asking. And if she is unable to, being that the overbrook tire yard is in the city of Pittsburgh, contact Mayor Corey O'Connor and his team will most certainly facilitate said process. 1 2 3 go team!

Went there today for 4 new tires for my equinox everyone else was quoting me $850-2000 these guys are fast, nice and very reliable they got me in and out withing 30 minutes and only cost me $335! If you need fast honest service and cheap this is the place to go!

The alignment and balancing job these guys did is excellent, even with Pittsburgh's pothole landscape. The tires were just right for my car and I kept them 'til I traded it in.
My friend at work recommended Overbrook Tire Yard after I noticed a slow leak in my tire. He told me they were fast, affordable, and friendly — and he was 100% right. I pulled in, they got my car in right away, and within 30 minutes they had the tire patched and ready to go. The issue was just a small nail, and they fixed it for only $40.
Everyone I interacted with was super friendly — genuinely great people. It’s the kind of spot that feels old school in the best way — no frills, just honest, fast service. Definitely a straight-up yinzer gem. Wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5. This is now my go-to place for anything tire-related. Highly recommend.
Go there, go there, go there and nowhere else!!! Got 4 used tires for my F150 that are practically brand new for a third of the new, retail price. They put them on for no extra charge and did it quickly. Took extra care and made sure I was satisfied. Will never go anywhere else. They also gave me a price on new tries that was very, very reasonable. Can't believe a place like this exists!

These guys are the best ! I came in at almost closing time on Saturday needing a couple tires but I thought I could only afford 1 because everybody else I had called was a lot more expensive or wouldn’t even try to get me in because it was too close to closing up for the weekend . But the guys at Overbrook Tire Yard was glad to help get me a good tire at a better price than anybody I called so right then I was satisfied but when the guy saw that I actually needed 2 tires but I told him that I didn’t think I could afford both today he went in the back and found me another tire just as good as the first if not better and worked out a price that was more than fair that I could afford and so I would be safe driving around . So within 30 min of pulling in I was leaving with 2 Really Good tires and Really Good Price . Needless to say this is the only place I will do business at from now on . When every other tire shop was only wanting to dry off work Overbrook Tire Guys stepped up and got me 2 tires for just about the same price as one from most other places ! Check them out before you do business anywhere else you will be happpy you did ! I was !!!

I could not afford 4 brand new tires for my SUV (225/60/18) at almost $700 for mid grade tires, so my husband told me about this place and what a good person the owner is, who he has known his whole life. So, I came here and got 4 very gently used Michelin tires for half the cost! All the guys were nice and personable. I was in and out in 40 mins (went at 9 AM). Can’t recommend this place enough! 30 day warranty on tires.

Matt and the other gentleman were very nice, and rather than sell me a lesser used tire, they repaired my existing high quality tire so I was able to keep my "set" of 4 tires. Really appreciated their honesty and reccomendation to save my existing tire instead of buying a tire. They had my interest in mind rather than trying to up sell me. Highly recommend.
Being new to the area, I really had to rely on reviews to decide where to get certain services done. I called various tire shops to inquire about winter tires that were more difficult to get due to the size I needed for my car. Aside from the high ratings found here on Google and the decent price they offered, what sold me to this place was the fact that Matt was the only one who took the time out of his busy day to explain stuff to me. The others simply told me that either they didn't have the tires in stock or that they had to call their supplier right before hanging up on me. Once I decided to get the tires from Overbrook, Matt special ordered my tires immediately and called me the next day to let me know that my new tires were in! I didn't need to set an appointment to get them installed. I was treated well by Matt and his crew (Dan and Tom if my memory is correct?) when I went and they were kind enough to wrap my regular tires in plastic bags as I requested to avoid getting the cargo bay dirty. They were friendly and the service was excellent! Matt was also willing to get my previous used winter tires from me. It is the small things that I truly appreciate and I for sure will return to their shop for other tire related business in the future! I hope this shop continues to get good business from locals!
