This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
From the available recent reviews for GM Used Auto LLC in Pittsburgh, PA, sentiment is mixed but tilts positive: many cite friendly service, quick repairs, and affordable pricing, with budget cars (vans, Toyota, Buick) running well. Yet several 1-star posts allege poor professionalism, undisclosed issues (damage/aftermarket parts), and refund disputes; one notes high prices and cramped space. Inventory seems budget-focused; overall variety, yard organization, parts-finding, and typical waits are unclear. Overall: 74/100—good deals, but weigh the serious complaints.

Good business! At first couple reviews scared me but costumer service and services proved me wrong. Happy to do business and satisfy on with the sake, Great recommendation.
Recently bought a car from here and the car runs perfectly no problems and employees were very helpful. Look forward to doing business again some time soon
n my opinion I would recommend you buy a vehicle from literally ANYWHERE but gm used auto, US auto finance, or whatever business name they’re going by this week. I can’t go into too much detail due to legality but in my opinion the listing of the car was not even remotely what was the reality. Number of owners listed was fraudulent, car had frame damage I as the buyer was not made aware of, and inspection stickers had NO INFORMATION WRITTEN ON THE BACK. seller provided “proof” of emissions inspection but never safety. The seller in my opinion was incredibly rude and unprofessional and implied he was able to lie to me so easily because I’m a young Female and one day I’ll know better. Save yourself the EMDR therapy bill and buy elsewhere.
The best car shop at Pittsburgh, I make a good deal with him , and his car is in good condition and good price , me and my wife has be able to afford a nice Toyota and Buick
