I guess we should have looked at the reviews before using this company. We needed a tow bar put on our truck. Fine. They did that. They did not order the breaking system box even though we sent them a couple options to put in the truck. Picked the truck up today and was told that the truck brakes go on when the motor home brakes come on. What a bunch of idiots. They don't come on. Hire some people who know what they are doing. I will never recommend this company.
They should have just robbed me instead of ripping me off on a truck bed upfit. The bed they put on was not installed correctly. When i tried to contact them to fix it they ghosted me. I had to pay another dealer to correct the issue. They have a pretty good scam going on.
The sales team needs more training so they can communicate exactly what the customer needs/wants. I told the sales person that I needed all the parts added to my truck to be universal so I can swap between trucks if need be. Obviously they dont know what UNIVERSAL means. I definitely did not get what I asked for. The customer service... sucks. It has been over a week since I've called to.discuss my issue and I've gotten no call back as of yet. I will never deal with Push-N-Pull again!!!! I suggest you go elsewhere for you needs. Also they should of leve an extra 2 foot off slack in the plug for the salt dogg! This place are a bunch of rookies. Who want salt all over there truck!!!!!! Not me!!!

Was looking for a specific snowex salt spreader and called for availability. The person I spoke to said "don't bother you won't get it until march" without checking any kind of availability. I called another dealer and after a call into their snowex rep and a returned call to me, they had the 2 spreaders delivered from snowex in a week. Last time I bought parts here I waited for over an hour and the staff was rude.
Two employees helped me very much with my motorhome flat tow hitch. They are very knowledgable on all towing requirements. I've also used them in the past for trailer state inspections. I highly recomend Push N Pull.
Went to get a quote for a trailer repair. 2 weeks went by with no response. I called and a guy said he would have someone call me right back..... that was 2 more weeks ago.
In the past 2 years, Bought 2 trailers from them for work. There was a problem with 1 wheel on the trailer, it sometimes blocking. Called them on Wednesday and they said they had time for Monday and made an appointment. On Monday, when I called them, they told me that it was not ready yet, but in the evening when I drove by, I saw that my trailer was in the same place. And even on Tuesday, they didn't do anything (even I told them repeatedly that my trailer downtime is costing me $800 a day). I called them on Wednesday and they told me, that I could pick it up. When I asked if it is ready or should I pick it up and return it again, they answered that they don’t know anything and I just had to pick up my trailer. I lost 3 days and more than $2000 because of them. Terrible service. The only guy who I want to say Thanks is Matt. He is outstanding
The best in the business for specialty/ commercial truck parts and service. They are always able to help when it comes to tracking down the parts I'm looking for and they usually have them in stock.
Quoted one price then charged double without prior warning as a decision was made to add another man to the install thus a double charge of a previous quote. Install of a dump insert that isn’t evenly spaced in the truck, back up camera needed to be reinstalled less than a week later.
Just overall poor craftsmanship for top dollar. I personally will never recommend nor return after being a prior customer of fifteen years.
Had hitch, wire harness and brake controller installed. Fred was very patient with all my questions. Fred went out of his way to resolve some accidental installation damage. I would highly recommend Fred and the rest of his team.
I ordered some parts from there and the guy I talked to didn't order them. When I showed up and they weren't there the man in charge had no problem overnight them and did not charge for it. He understands that I need them ASAP. I will go back
Great local company, very helpful for someone new to these type of add on items. They did fast great work on a specific hitch for a Honda CR-V and all works great will be back for other items.
Push-N-Pull has been my go to company for a hitch or anything involving a trailer. Everyone is very knowledgeable from boat trailers to bike racks. Their quality of workmanship is very high. They are one of the few companies that go above the scope of work to keep customers happy.
So I was there making a commercial delivery in a tractor trailer of equipment that they used to assemble truck beds. From whatever Direction you're coming from you must drive around to the back of the building, there is a small Access Road. If your truck is small enough you can back on to their lot, they do have a forklift and operator that are there to help you with your every need. Unloading is very quick, the receivers are very experienced and what they do. Thanks push and pull for all you do, you made my stop a good one!
Recently purchased a 10 yard dumpster through Push N Pull with Eriks help. He was very professional, and took into consideration my lack of free time since I am always on the road. Transaction was seemless, quick and efficient. Erik gave me instructions electronically on picking up the dumpster, and as a result, I had it rented to a roofer in less than 24 hours.
My business probably wouldn't be as far as it is today without Push N Pull. They helped with my transition, answered all questions and came through with service.
BEWARE!! DO NOT take your trailer here for inspection or service. This place will rip you off! I was given an estimate of around $1400 when the repairs were authorized. When I picked-up the trailer the final bill was $1880. They would not stand by their original estimate. Furthermore, The repairs were not performed properly that resulted in damage to the brakes and another bill for $400 to repair the damage that their incompetence had caused. I have nothing but profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with this business. Apparently the owners, that have worked so hard to build the business, do not know that one of their mechanics is undermining them. Shameful!
I have purchased numerous plows and salt hoppers from these guys. Even had a few truck bodies built. Push-N-Pull is the best. They can handle whatever you need on your truck and they do it right! Very knowledgeable!
I have a deweze set up on a Ford f450 it had a bad. Bet tensioner ..so I thought okay this is the only place to get it ..Intel they sent a dayco Tensioner for 231.75 pulse shipping was 81.33 ..so all together 313.08 I paid ...none the less I got ripped off cause my local parts store carries this same belt tensioner for 60.00 with no shipping ....BS if u ask me and there customer service sucks bad as well...dayco part number 89204
This place is dishonest! I took my 2016 travel trailer there for a state inspection. I was told that it needed some work which would cost $185. That seemed odd since it was a relatively new trailer, but I called them back 5 minutes later to say go ahead since it would be a pain to haul it back to the dealer. I got an angry message a couple hours later saying my trailer was tying up their bay while they were waiting to hear from me. Apparently whoever answered the phone did not pass on the message causing a one day delay in being able to pick it up. They didn't even apologize for their mistake! Instead, when I picked it up, the bill was now over $230 because they said the breakaway switch was broken and needed fixed. I was never told about that, and when I'm quoted a price, I expect a business to stick to it. The switch worked fine when they inspected it and called me with their list. So what happened? Yeah, I already know.
Although I wasnt able to get my brake controller installed (due to MY issues, not theirs), I give Push-n-Pull and Erik high marks for customer service attitude, something that is often lacking these days.
Just bough a custom trailer and I'm not sure why anyone would ever wanna purchase anywhere else! These guys knew all the answers to my questions! They designed the perfect trailer for my needs! Their pricing was better than most and the transaction was painless! Thank you guys I will def be back for more!
