Just a garbage man trying to do my job and I was in alley by this shop and the owner was extremely rude. Swearing,yelling and telling us we suck and we are idiots for just doing my job. Then decided to go other alley to his shop just so we can’t couldn’t get out and had to sit and wait. What a terrible business owner. He thought he was ruining my day by making me wait but I get paid by the hour.
I’ve been using Sacco’s auto since I’ve been driving, 10+ years, and they never disappoint. Friendly crew, prompt appointment times, and good quality work. Prices are fair, I will continue to use them as my “go to” mechanic as long as they’re around. Thank yinz!

I have taken numerous cars to the Sacco brother's shop for over 25 years. They are knowledgeable old-school mechanics who do good work at a fair price. They also won't hesitate to tell you that for a particular repair you should go to your dealer in the rare case when this happens. If you need a shop you can count on that does good work at a fair price, this is it.
I love going to saccos. These guys keep it real they let you know what you need, how much your going to pay very reasonable very honest. I'm a single mother so when I pull on the lot of other mechanics they automatically want to charge alot. These guys are cool i highly recommend going here and i appreciate there kindness. Thanks guys

I had an ignition problem that caused my van to stall out terribly. They diagnosed it and replaced an ignition coil. All for under $130! Very honest and nice people to do business with. Owner is a really disrespectful person. Employee directed me to open the garage door to make a delivery. Door was open for maybe a minute and the owner started to berate me for opening the door. Not sure why he thought it was necessary to talk to another person like that for something so insignificant. Then as I turned from closing my truck he pulled the garage door shut in my face. There are better places to go. Don’t put your hard earned money in this guys pocket.
We have gone to Sacco's for at least 30 years. Good service for a Fair price is right! They are honest & would not take advantage of a customer. Glad we have them to rely on!
I may be biased, since I was basically raised in this shop, but I can guarantee that you won't find more honest people in the city of Pittsburgh. My father (Vince), and uncle (Frank), have spent the majority of their adult lives building up this business. If they are not working on your car, they are putting in overtime working on the building, making modifications and updates. They offer incredibly fair prices, and are flexible and attentive to your scheduling needs.
I was super stressed and needed brakes and roaders before going out of town. I called and they fit me in the next day, had everything done with in a couple hours and were super nice about everything! It’s nerve-wrecking being a female and needing work done that you know nothing about. It’s easy to get charged more than you should but it was affordable and fast! I will definitely be bringing all my business to Sacco!

I have no idea why these guys do not have a 5-star already if the star went to 10 they should have it I am my own Collision and Repair shop and I still take my vehicles to them because they do the best work NBJ customs

Was quoted $60 to $80 to install tires.Ok'd the work. Billed $140. Paid bill. Light cream interior appears to have the mechanics signature(grease soot dirt) everywhere.old tires not bagged.just tossed in vehicle Please do not let this review discourage you from visiting this wonderful town full of great people.would not have minded paying the overcharge. But the business ethics of this company were very questionable. THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF THE REST OF THE TOWN. Perhaps if they had asked me what industry I work in , then they would not have been so comfortable with the lie I was given for the upcharge.
Great Guys. Very Kind. Helped me with problems with multiple cars I have owned & also fixed my husband's truck fast for a low price. Give these guys a shot, it will be worth it.
I took my car in on August 14 due to the front end shaking while I was driving it. They informed me that I needed a balance, brakes, new front tire and a rotation. I asked them to just fix the balance since that is what they thought was making it shake. I drove it the first time on the 18th and after getting a few miles away it started the shaking again. I called and spoke to a man and he informed me to bring it back in today the 22nd since "something happened to it again." I dropped it off this morning then received a call from the one owner I believe his name is vinnie informing me that it now needs the brake pads, rotors, brake fluid, 2 brake calipers and also 2 break hoses. However when he called he got very aggressive and didn't even have a price ready for me. When I asked why they didn't catch this on the 14th he informed me that it was my fault since I didn't tell them it happened after driving the car for a long period of time. Then told me to f*** off and come pick up my car. I will never use them again nor will my friend and family!
I have been taking my cars to Sacco's Automotive for years. A friend had recommended them very highy.
I buy old cars and run them into the ground. The last one I gave away was a 1994 Sentra with 214,000 miles on it.
Sacco's has never tried to sell me anything I didn't need.
My repairs have been done right the first time, every time.
These guys are very conscientious. I think it actually pains Frank when he has to tell me I need an expensive part like a catalyic converter to pass inspection.
I see there was a review from somebody who had one bad experience, but I have had a great deal of experience with these guys and it has been all good.
