Easy check in and out. We did have to wait for a little bit before getting a door they were all full and several waiting. So we weren't sure how long this wait was gonna be. We finally got in a door and the guy came out and put a lock on. We weren't getting cardboard so it took a little longer to get loaded all in all I think about 2 1/2 hours. We were close on time but we made it a few miles down the road to the rest area. They didn't have a restroom.the guys were super friendly. After they were done check back with the front office.
Exit 59 off i-376, head south. Watch for stop signs as well as the traffic lights. Look for this sign on the left that I left with my review.
Got here early, they opened at 8 and I was loaded and gone by 9:30. No public bathtoom or scale, hence -1 star. Shameful to not let drivers use your bathroom.
Trucker’s friendly. If you come early you can park overnight on the side of the building or on the back yard . But they do not have restroom while they closed . They have restrooms inside . Open Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm . Loaded or unloaded take less than an hour.
Be very careful means entering the facility. Don’t go wrong building. I turned onetime one ahead. and there is no way to come out. It was very hard and I broke my bumper. Thank you.
This place is horrible to load at. They have a first come first serve policy that they don't follow. Then they tell you one thing and do another. As they stated they would load me first but they didn't. I finally gave up and won't load at this place ever again.
This company has abusive truck drivers who ignore truck entrances & drive on the left side of the road. I was confronted by one who got out of his vehicle after trying to hit my car because I was trying to use the only legal exit to the plaza. This is unacceptable & antisocial behavior. Customer service is unresponsive & leads to someone’s personal voicemail. I really hope they can figure this out before one of their drivers hurts someone.
At giant eagle one of their drives got out of the truck to threaten me because i told him the pharmacy lane wasn't a truck access route (it isn't).
Instead of managing his vehicle, he gets out of his trying, starts threatening me (while cars pull up behind his truck), takes photos of my vehicle/license plate, continues to threaten me & the owner of the car (who is in the armed forces), and generally made an ass out of himself & your company before crawling back into his truck and almost backing up into the cars behind him.
Someone that out of control that threatening a 120lb woman at night is more important to them than driving a truck safely - SHOULDN'T BE DRIVING A BIG TRUCK
