Originally, I was willing to drive two hours to use Diehl in Butler, PA because it was listed as their Toyota Collision Center. The woman I spoke with on the phone suggested the Robinson location instead since it was closer, and I’m really glad she did. I’ve had some nightmarish experiences with other auto body shops, so I was understandably cautious. From start to finish, everyone I spoke with was fantastic. All of my calls were returned promptly, and every question was answered. The workmanship is truly beyond amazing. This will absolutely be my go-to recommendation whenever someone needs a repair shop.

They're very kind and helpful here. They’re pretty communicative throughout the process. They helped me arrange the rental, and handled the extension for me without me needing to reach out. It took a little longer than projected but I think that was to wait for parts and due to a holiday. The woman who helped me at the front desk, I believe her name is Nicole, was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. I’d definitely return here if I ever needed work done again, and would recommend to others.

This is my second time using Diehl collision of Robinson, two separate incidents. The first time I left, it was not happy after I got home and really took a look at the work that was done it almost seemed half assed,(I think it may of just been a new guy) I called in and notified them of the work and they said I could bring it back in under warranty. Well fast forward a year, I brought it back in for a separate incident involving hitting a cast iron chair in the parkway, and they not only took care of the insurance work but also took care of the stuff that wasn’t up to par from the first time. They made sure it was taken care of in a time efficient way when I had a few things that weren’t up to my standard, they took care of them without hesitation Shout out to Zach who really went the extra mile to make sure my vehicle was perfect when I had an issue. I will be returning to get some work done on my wife’s car soon.

We were experiencing corrosion on our 2020 Jeep Rubicon, and Diehl of Robinson, particularly Edward Kalchthaler, took care of our Jeep and us. If you live in Allegheny County or Beaver County, you can be sure they will take care of all your Jeep needs. We couldn’t be happier and will be forever grateful for how they went above and beyond. Took our Kia in for repair work after an accident. The back up camera worked fine prior to us dropping off the vehicle. After their repair work was done, the camera no longer works. After contacting them, they said to take it to the dealer and if they determine something was done wrong, then bring it back to them. Too many other providers and would not be back.

First, the quality of repair was excellent and I have no complaints about the repair itself. BUT, communications through out the repair process was extremely poor. Had to call front desk to get to the representative I was working with - I had to call every time and never got a call back or an update back from the shop. The communication between the shop representative and geico for adjustments were also not happening and I had to follow up with geico to get a status. My car was parked in their shop waiting for a single part that never came - they decided to repair the part instead. While I get the market situation in terms of parts, i would hope that the representative would call and keep me updated- There was not a single call.

What a great experience we had. We told them the date of our vacation and asked if they could have the car back in time. It came close, but Ed was kind enough to drive all the way to Cleveland the day before our trip so that we could have the car back in time. What great customer service. Thank you so much!

Had a minor issue post repair and Keith went above and beyond to get it straightened out and taken care of for me. Really stand up guy who was easy to deal with and respectful the entire process. Would recommend.

Selling my car and stopped to get a quote to fix scratch on bumper. Offered to pay cash. Outrages price to fix with two code scanner fees for painting a bumper. Traded car two weeks later and they reported scratch as an accident on carfax for my vehicle. Got less money offered on my trade cause of them reporting an accident. No accident, no police called, no insurance called. Deihl reports a quote to car fax. Worst collision company around. Do not go here!

My Mercedes Benz GLE350 was rear ended. I originally was working with another collision center but felt like I was getting the run around. They never knew who I was when I called. Diehl got me in quick and the repairs look amazing. Had one issue since the repair and they handled it with no problem. Good people and good service.

After waiting 2 weeks and still not retrieved my vehicle from Diehl Collision center in Grove City, I regret having taken my car to them for a simple bumper repair and grill replacement. I thought I would receive a timely return, as indicated when I received the estimate, but after 2 weeks, I have realized my mistake. It appears, in addition to the body work delays, a "calibration" is required from another facility, to which the car must be towed one hour away. I was not informed of this situation at any time until I had to call the center and inquire regarding the delay. This failure in communication and timely service is unacceptable and I will not return to Diehl Collision for service anytime.

Keith and his team at Diehl Collision Center of Robinson were amazing and I highly recommend them for any automotive needs. My Jeep wrangler was in for warranty work (paint) and Nichole was always professional and answered any questions I had. Zach provided timely updates as the Jeep was getting done; and Dillon did a fantastic job of replacing and painting the hood, doors, hinges, tailgate, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. Thank you!

Great repair shop. I just had my CX5 fixed for some minor collision damage and the service and staff could not have been better. They are a Progressive approved shop and made everything from getting my claim sorted to getting my rental with enterprise scheduled a breeze. I noticed a few minor defects when I picked up from the respray and they were fixed immediately and they made sure I was completely satisfied with the work. I hope I don't have to visit again but if I need body work done again I know where to go

**5-Star Auto Body Shop Experience** DIEHL COLLISION IS THE BOMB I recently had the best experience I've ever had with an auto body shop. From the moment I arrived, there was no wait. They promptly provided an estimate, and it just so happened that an assessor from my insurance company was on-site. We went over a few options, and they even helped me secure a discount on my premium. When I dropped off my vehicle, everything went smoothly. Just a few days later, I received a courtesy call to let me know that the work was nearly done, and they were just wrapping up a few final details. I really appreciated the consistent updates—they kept me in the loop with several calls. When I picked up the vehicle, it looked fantastic! Not only was the damage fully repaired, but they had also cleaned the entire car and even shined the tires. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this auto body shop—it's absolutely worth it!

My car was being repaired for an insurance claim. I got it back. I don't know if they were training somebody. But it was horrible to the point where I had to reschedule to get it back in. After all that I get my car back and something didn't quite look, right. They never painted inside of the bumper after replacing the grill so now I'm going to have to spray paint it black on the inside.. What should be black is silver. Just no attention to detail. Also I'm missing drain/seal plugs now.

Another driver caused a collision, and Diehl was an in-network shop for the insurance. When they said the tire needed replaced, I told them there was a road hazard warranty on it, which they ignored. When I came in to pick up the vehicle, they hadn't dealt with Firestone and wanted to charge me a betterment fee. We went back and forth until they let me speak with the appraiser from my insurance. He asked me when I told them about the warranty, I told him, and he waived the fee because, shockingly, they should have gone through the warranty first (it only would have decreased the betterment fee by $40, but that's still a difference). Then it turns out they never even changed the tire! So it was still just sitting there with the damaged tire after they called me to come get my car, so I waited for them to do that. When they showed me my car, the plastic on the fender around the wheel well wasn't adhered properly. Jonathan tried telling me that's how it was supposed to be, but I showed him the others, which were not like that. I also pointed out that the damage on the door was not fixed. They took it back and brought it back out after a while. The plastic was not fixed (turns out they took it out into the rain before it was fully adhered), so they needed to order a new one, and they just painted over the door damage without evening it out. I said I wanted it fixed properly, and they said to take my car until they could get their loaner to me to fix it. When I brought my car home, I found out that they installed a clip wrong, causing damage to the door everytime it was opened fully and closed, and didn't align the fender properly, causing further damage to the door, among other things. There was also damage to the door on the other side, which both my husband and I noticed separately, and white paint on the back of the car (my car is not white). I called them the next week after not hearing from them, and I went in to switch vehicles out. When I went to pick it up, the fender was now aligned, and the plastic around the outside of the wheel well was attached, but the door was not fixed properly where the clip caused damage, and another plastic piece was not adhered properly, so I left again so they can (hopefully) fix it properly this time. Keith didn't look thrilled with me. They have in multiple places to call and text management about thoughts and concerns, but I was admittedly already frustrated with the one, so I contacted the general manager multiple times with no response. On the plus side, the receptionists have been lovely.

I am thabkful for the dedication we get anytime we go to Diehl. Oil changes tire rotation and just recently with the collision center. We have purchased 4 vehicles from here on route 60. Never disappointed. Always great customer service and very time efficient. Especially when I took my jeep after someone hit my jeep. It was done RIGHT, AND quickly. UT WAS SERIOUSLY PAINLESS. I AM THANKFUL!!! Both customer service reps at the dealership and at the collision center were exceptionally nice. That's exactly why we continue to get our vehicles with Diehl! Thanks to your entire team!!

I rear ended someone back in July and brought my vehicle in on the 22nd and received my car back in less than 2 weeks!! I was shocked that it was as quick as it was. Work looks great as well and kind staff (photos are some before and after shots of the car)

I had a minor fender bender and needed the front of my car repaired and painted. The whole repair process went very good. They kept me well informed on the repair progress. The car was done on time. Everyone at the facility was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable. The car looked excellent and the paint matched up very good. I would recommend this repair center to anyone of my friends and I would not hesitate to take my car there again if needed!

Overall, my experience with Diehl wasn’t good. Their work, communication, attention to detail, and business operations are mediocre at best. First, my car took longer than expected to be completed. This wouldn’t have been an issue if this was communicated to me within a timely manner. I had to call and seek updates about my car multiple times. I would have to also call back to follow-up on voicemails I left because some employees wouldn’t call back. The big issue about my car taking longer than expected is that it can back to me damaged. There were chips of paint taken out of my brand new bumper. When looking over my car I pointed it out and they acted like it wasn’t their fault. Eventually, they were able to repair that. I was also unhappy with the paint. I don’t think they blended it well with my car and I can definitely see a transition difference. After two attempts apparently that’s the best that can be done. Also, when I got my car back the first time it was filthy inside and the belt buckle was jammed, the door panel needed popped back in and I now hear vibration of loose parts. In addition to getting paint on my rear tire. The second time I received my car back the paint match still wasn’t good and there was a chrome piece on my trunk that wasn’t placed back correctly. So, I had to take it back to them again to fix. As mentioned earlier their attention to detail is bad. I have no confidence in this location and won’t ever bring work back to them in the future. Had I not checked my car from top to bottom there would have been so many issues overlooked by Diehl.

I took my car here because it was making a funny noise, and the people here are just wonderful!!! They are super professional and very friendly and helpful! They explained things to me in a way so that I would be able to understand what was being done to my car. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They worked fast and efficiently and I had my car back really quickly. The prices are great and I will definitely use this company in the future as well as tell others to come here. 5 stars!!
