Made an appt for an oil change, but they were also able to replace a tire. I waited for my vehicle, and as quoted, I was out in 90 minutes. Helpful suggestions for maintenance, and didnt sell me things I didnt need. Have been using this place for several years, and will continue to return.

Booked online replacement of 4 tires at 11am. When I arrived at 10:30am, I was told that the online system doesn't communicate with their actual schedule and they were actually booked. To their credit, they still serviced me that day but it took all day - car was finished at 4:55 p.m. After I drove off the lot, I noticed that the tire pressures were all different: 30, 31, 36, 38. I would have driven right back to have it fixed but I know the location closes at 5pm on the day I was there.

Needed snow tires for my little hybrid after the recent storms. Everyone I talked to was super helpful and friendly (Mike, Rhi, Pamela) even after I ordered the wrong tire size online and they were slammed. Mike was especially helpful and buttered me up by telling me I looked younger than I am. It helps ? Only thing I will critique is the online booking system. Stock dates for specific tires were not at all accurate. I'd recommend calling the store and confirming availability of specific tires before making an appointment. Hope those guys in the shop get a nice lunch! They deserve it.

Went over just to inquire about my tires for safety reasons. Manager gave me a tire gauge and filled up my tires for free, along with some great advice! Awesome place!!

Ms. Rhe was amazing, from the moment she called me to confirm my appointment to the time I went to pick it up. She is super friendly, funny, and informative. A much needed positive light for a negative situation. I very much enjoyed my time, trusted that my car was getting the best care, and I was not getting the shitty end of the stick. I would definitely bring my car back to this location especially if I get to interact with such a positive, funny, nice, employee.

NTB was recommended to me by a trusted colleague the first time I had a flat. I’ve gone here ever since for a second flat and most recently a tire repair. 10/10 service. Mike was wonderful and got me in and out in an hour despite their heavy workload. Thanks, again!

This place is great! They quickly replaced my two back tires after blow out. Rhesha specifically was very helpful, and explained I should change out my bald ass brakes ?

We got a flat tire from a storm drain on Penn Ave and happened to pull over into NTB’s parking lot. Mike and his team got to work despite the fact they were closing in ~20 minutes. They replaced my tire, and we were out of there in 45 minutes. They were very professional and friendly; we’d highly recommend this location! Thank you Mike!

I’ve gone to this NTB location twice recently, once for a planned appointment and again today for a surprise issue. Each time I had great experiences with Mike and Rhee, who were both communicative and kind, and super helpful. They got me in and out in record time today, despite being super busy and having to order in 2 parts to complete the job.

Mike was so helpful and understanding. As someone that doesn't know much about cars I tend to get nervous going to get work done and getting scammed. But Mike educated me and was very kind when I would ask questions. He gave me an amazing deal. So grateful, could not recommend him enough.

Mike the manager was extremely helpful. Have an element corporate car a was able to make a whole day process finish in under an hour. Fantastic shop , awesome people, great business. Highly recommend.

I had a nail in my tire and my tire wasn't holding air. Mike was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my options and helping me leave with a fully operational vehicle. The team was fast and efficient. Mike was juggling customers and phone calls with positivity, skill, and knowledge.

Came in with a flat Dude quoted me a price got me in and out of there in 15 minutes. Very helpful balanced, brand new tire on n off the rim, the whole thing, good price really good service.! Ask for Mike if you’re able.

Caught a flat in the middle of my shift...Mike was able to get me in right away and was back on the road in no time! Tires were good price. Service was excellent! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for fast, professional service.

I took my car in for a front and alignment. I made an appointment two days prior so I could wait for the car while the work was finished. I get there and they tell me it’s gonna be a three hour wait.. because their alignment guy never comes to work. This happen to me Last year and I just overlooked it thinking that the guy was having a bad day. I would not recommend taking your car here for a wheel alignment. And they’re overpriced, compared to other local shops in the area

Increasingly positive service each time I come here. Unfortunately, with all the construction going on in Pittsburgh I get a lot of screws in my tires. Michael found time for me today so I could get back home with my infant daughter, despite a full schedule. He also gave me a heads-up about specific areas that are leading to flats. He zeroed in on. The location where I received mine. Honest and classy. Increasingly rare.

I made an appointment but there was a miscommunication and I showed up a day early. Mike was completely booked for the day but was generous enough to squeeze me in in a very timely manner and was still able to get my flat tire fixed. He helped me figure out exactly what tire I needed and was helpful throughout the whole process.

I had a terrific experience. All the employees were super nice especially the manager, Mike. I’m a college student and came in just to get my tires fixed. They explained everything clearly, gave me all the info I needed, and made sure I understood what was going on. The service was quick, friendly, and honest, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially other students looking for reliable service!

Mike was very nice. I don’t know much about tires and he explained everything that was wrong! I also recommend making an appointment online to not have to wait so long. They are very busy.

My mom was worried that her tire would be flat because it had short screw in it. Mike the manager was absolutely the best! The service was 100% customer friendly and my mom said she would definitely go back.

Mike was incredibly friendly and provided great service. I came in with a potential battery problem with aging car. Mike and his coworker determined that there was no issue with the battery or the alternator. He gave me some additional tips and sent me on my way without charging me anything!

I was able to easily book a same-day appointment online. Mike was very helpful and informative. I felt comfortable and I did not feel pressured for a sale. All of the mechanics were very kind and respectful and worked quickly. Thank you, all!

The staff is incredibly friendly and personable. Mike was very kind and helpful and got me in really quickly on fairly short notice for a tire repair even though I was about 30 minutes early for my appointment. I definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at NTB on Penn Ave. Everyone at this location was so polite and helpful. They were able to evaluate my tire soon after arriving and made repairs which saved me so much time and money. So grateful for their help. Especially Zack. He is so knowledgeable, took the time to explain things. He found a solution for me that I doubt others would have taken the time to do elsewhere. So grateful I chose this NTB location today!!
