Wow! What a great business to work with. Jim was great to work with. He had very quick turnaround time, was flexible and communicates well. I have used his services twice in recent years and have been totally satisfied with the experience and work. I highly recommend this business.
Jim is an amazing guy for this job. He has taken care of myself and anybody I’ve referred to him in a timely and professional manner. The quality of work is superb, along with the customer service.
took them over a month just to replace a fender and what i thought was an engine issue. I asked what the problem was and 1 of 5 fat old men said " ITS SMASHED??" while his wendy's spewed from his flabby face. they wanted to charge 1400 for a fender replacement and couldn't even tell me it was just a dead battery. go anywhere else.
BUYER BEWARE! No customer service available to resolve problems. Placed an order and paid extra (a LOT extra!) for overnight shipping. Rock Auto failed to get the package to the shipper in time so instead of receiving it Friday it arrived Monday. Rock Auto refuses to be held accountable! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE!
I have always been treated very fairly by them. I first visited them to fix s Volvo S80 the work was great done wuickly and priced fairly.He matched the paint great on a 22 year old car. He also I found out does mechanical work. It's hard to find an honest guy

Had rusting on my Buick Lucerne stopped at Rock Auto body arranged to drop my car off for body work. Car looks like just came out of show room, great job price was perfect
