Collision King made my morning today! 7am tire blowout and pressed for time. I called a bunch of shops for help and mostly nobody answered and the few that did say, "we can get to you in an hour or two". I finally lucked out when I called, Collision King Towing & Repair. Darwin answers and I tell him my situation, he says, "I got you", 20 minutes later he shows up and I ask how much I owe and he made a bad situation better by saying, "no charge". Now thats good business, which is rare these days.
I would take my vehicle here anytime.
Darwin came out late at night in single digit temperatures to pull my Cadillac out of my garage and up a steep, icy driveway. He was professional, down to earth, and was careful with my car. Definitely recommend.
I was stuck at the intersection in front of my house and this was the only tow service that would work with me on the price to push it into my spot amazing service and extremely fast!
Collision King was the only company to answer a call for a tow from AAA. Darwin was kind and professional. He picked up and delivered my car without knowing me or having any assurance of payment. He was responsive and timely and communicated with me throughout the process that AAA made a mess of. I have not used his repair services yet but plan to as he was an excellent resource when I really needed it.
