We scheduled and agreed on everything. We were told that they will come at 8am. I even stressed out that we have 10am delivery and that it's important for them to be there at 8am. I called at 7:30am to confrim we are good for the repair and was told that nothing was scheduled. They tried to pin it somehow on us...

This Company is just one of the greatest towing companies, they and lots of others hold a "Tows for Tots" program for children that are less fortunate!!!! They put miles of smiles on lots of children's faces!! I'm proud to call them my friend for life!!! Thank you McGann and Chester and Joey too le jit for all that yinz do!!!!???♀️?♂️??
Chad and David were extremely helpful today. My hydraulic pump on my trailer(car hauler) went out on me and they helped to get me moving. They were not able to replace or fix the pump but they helped me get back on the road to a shop. Price was a bit high but the work they did wasn’t easy. If in need, this place can help. Thanks again
Chad came to the rescue! The lift gate on the rear of the semi-trailer quit working. Chad charged the two batteries. But, he did not stop there - he continued checking other parts to make sure my issue was completely resolved. Turns out a fuse needed to be replaced. Now, the indicator reads charged. I had a road call to work on my tank trailer while I was at a customer to deliver. Chad showed up when promised, acted quickly, and when it was time to pay he was extremely professional and sanitary. I appreciate his efforts! Great work!
