I bought a used vehicle from them but never used their service. So far the vehicle is fine so I have no complaints.

My vehicle was in a collision. Highly recommend Brighton. No complaints from me. Professional, friendly, great service, excellent! Can’t thank Brighton enough.

I had a dead battery and flat tire. I called them for assistance. They gave me a time they'd be there to help me. Texted me to let me know there was a slight change in time. Once there, they were friendly, professional and got my car running in under 5 minutes. Great experience!

i sent my car here after breaking down and 3 days later they called me and said it was repaired and i could come get it. the next day i had the exact same issue and the person they sent to look at it said “i dont know what to tell you”. i wasted time and a lot of money just to end up taking it to another auto body that figured out what was actually wrong with it.

Had car trouble as I was driving home to Michigan and they sent someone out in a matter of minutes to help me so nice! Was able to be on the road 10 minutes later.

The tow truck was blocking my driveway, when I asked them to move so I could get out of my driveway he told me I had to wait 5 minutes. This is a violation of the state law title 75 § 3353.2.i. The driver was so arrogant that I had to call the police and almost back my car into the tow truck before he reluctantly moved the tow truck. Choose a more respectable towing service.

My fiance broke down yesterday on Route 65 in Bellevue. We called triple AAA. They sent a truck from Brighton. The driver was Shane. When he discover we lived a little less then an hour away. His attitude completely changed. He said he had 2 other calls to go to and said he would be back in about an hour that was at Noon. He did use the jump box to get our vehicle moved away from the gas pumps before he went on the 2 other calls. By 2:00 we was still sitting at the gas station. We had to call Triple AAA back and request another truck. This time they sent Brighton the driver was Sean. He arrived at 3:30 as Triple AAA said. He was very nice, professional and helpful. On the close to hour ride to our home, he figured out what the problem was. When he got the vehicle unloaded he checked a couple things and suggested it was the battery. My fiance went and bought a battery, we installed it and started right up. I would have gave 5 stars but due to the first driver I gave 4. Keep up the awesome work Sean. And Brighton Sevice if I was the owner of this company I would find a replacement for Shane.

My tire blew out on Neville Island and I did not have a spare so I need to get it towed. Sean was my tow truck driver and he was quick, professional, and offered suggestions on a location to get a tire replacement. Thank you for making a long crazy day EASY! Thank you!

My husband dropped his keys down a storm drain that his locked car was on top of somehow. Anyway, we called AAA to unlock the car so we could push it backwards and somehow fish the keys out of the storm drain. Within 20 minutes the nicest guy Sean arrived and evaluated the situation. Within 3-4 minutes, he was able to retrieve the keys. Easy peasy for him. True professional. He saved us a lot of time and money considering all the keys that were on that ring to our multiple vehicles and businesses. Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company.

Driver arrived 30 minutes sooner than AAA estimated. The driver was friendly and kind, which was much appreciated after a stressful loss of brakes!

A truck from Brighton Service took the time to stop on dangerous Rt 28 with its emergency lights on and provided an early warning for one of our Flatbeds that was attempting to load a disabled vehicle close to the white line. It takes a dedicated professional operator and a company with understanding and commitment to " WATCH A BROTHERS BACK" Thank you !

we ended up with a flat tire going from the 79 south to route 65 ... we were clearing out our van trying to find the spare tire and one of your tow truck drivers pulled over to help (I do believe he was off work at this time)... His name was Mark Rucker and he definitely saved the day by not only stopping when he didn't have to (we didn't call triple a) but also changing the tire and being extremely friendly!

My car would not start so I called AAA. Brighton Service sent Gary out to save the day. He was kind, reliable, trustworthy and prompt! Thank you Gary and Brighton Service for employing such a great worker!

We were broken down along Rt 65 and the person who came to help was such a great help, very professional, and friendly. He arrived fast and towed our car to the service station with no hassle. I wished I had gotten his name -- a young African American man with a mohawk. Perfect service!

Very fast and efficient. Gary was very kind and charming. My battery died at the get go in the pouring rain. Instead of being miserable because he was wet he was laughing and cracking jokes. Highly recommend Brighton service great service guys

Horrible business and people. Liars! Left me stranded for over 4 hours in single digit temps and 18 wheelers coming within inches. They repeatedly lied to AAA saying they would be there in 10 minutes but their truck never left the lot. I was 5 minutes away from them. I finally had to call another company 30 miles away and they were there in 1/2 hour. They knew it was a dangerous situation and did not care. I guess they do not tow unless you let them rip you off and give them the repair.

Had vehicle towed to their shop they told us that the warranty company wanted a blow test done that the warranty company supposedly didn’t want to pay for and it would cost us $200 the warranty company said no conversation of the sort was mentioned or entered into the computer also the battery compartment behind the passenger seat was taken apart and not put back together when we received it back and the plastic molding clips are no where to be found will never use again and it seems when you call for AAA they always redirect any calls to them instead of anybody else we even had someone that tried to tow us instead of them and they still redirected the call to them I believe it’s one big scam and I am seriously thinking about cancelling AAA over it.

I had a flat tire and AAA dispatched Brighton Collision. However when they arrived my cell reception inside the house didn’t pick up so he was waiting 25 minutes without seeing me and calling. He left after a long time waiting and as soon as I saw the call and heard the message and texted him, he came right back. AAA then reinstuted the call number and said how lucky I was because most drivers don’t and won’t wait or come back. Rich was really nice and changed the tire quickly. Thanks!

This was the towing service that was supposed to tow my car for AAA. We were sitting and waiting for them to come for an hour and half when we found out that the guy cancelled and refused our service because an older person, meaning my grandma, swore at him on the phone. This never happened so he lied. Then he called my mother, Lisa, who also wrote a bad review for this shady business to tell her that it was someone younger, meaning me, who swore at him, BUT THIS MAN NEVER EVEN SPOKE TO ME!!! He only spoke to my grandma so he lied again. Poor lazy dude just didn't want to leave Sunday dinner to do his job in the rain. So sad. Never use this service. AAA needs review who their contracts are with because they should not be working with terrible, lazy, lying, shady businesses like this one. THANKS FOR CAUSING ALL THE STRESS!!

-5 stars. company affiliated with AAA left my 83 yr old mother stranded, said someone swore at them over the phone and they refused to tow. No one swore at them. She wasn't even notified of the cancelled tow until 30 minutes after their quoted arrival time had past and she called AAA to see where they were, only then was she informed of the supposed swearing. Guess someone didn't want to work on a rainy Sunday. Shame on them! Don't trust your loved ones with this company. For 2 days, have left numerous messages requesting a call back from either the owner or a manager. Messages were left both on voice mail and with person answering the phones at this business and Noone has even attempted to call back Terrible customer service !

Had a flat and couldn't quite get the car up high enough to put on the spare so I called AAA and Brighton was the local company dispatched to help and I had about a 90 minute window to wait. Well, while I waited one of Brighton's employees, Sean, stopped by and asked if he could help. He was on his DAY OFF and took the time to help me get the spare on. So no waiting! I hope the folks at Brighton know what a stand up guy they have on their team.

On Easter and only blocks away from home, my tire was completely flat and off rim due to a screw discovered by the young man who assisted us. Dispatched through AAA, he was there within 10 minutes yet to me that was "Jimmy John" fast. All in less than a half hour of contacting AAA, I was back on the road again. Thanks to ALL who worked on Easter to assist those in need. We do appreciate your time. Blessings to you and your family.

I called for a tow through AAA. It took a little awhile for them to get here but I was at home so it was ok. Jim, the tow truck driver, was VERY nice and courteous. I had to pay for extra mileage and he had quoted me one distance & price when he was here but when he got to the dealer the mileage was less. He even called me to let me know the charge would be lower. Top notch in my book. He could’ve easily just charged me for the additional mileage. Thanks Brighton towing!

Had a blowout, tow driver guaranteed me that this shop could fix my tire the day of. I Heard nothing from the shop. I had to call them 3 times. They told me they would call back on the status and they never did. Their mailbox is full so I couldn’t even leave a message. The shop was about to send my car to the dealership without ever notifying me. I had to call and tell them that I have the bolt key and I that I would bring it in at a specified time. I arrived on time, in my uber, the day after. I waited in the store (no customers in front of me) for 2.5 hours to get a single tire changed. The mechanic personally went to go get the tire from another shop, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Dispatched through AAA. Craig was super friendly, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. 5 stars, will definitely use again.

Don't expect them to show up. Left us stranded in sub freezing weather. Cancelled AAA request twice WITHOUT notice. Quite possibly the worst company ... ever... I'd give zero stars if possible. Update: To the owner. I was the passenger & unless there is another Brighton that services for AAA, it's not like I picked your name out of the freezing air you left us in. It is interesting to me that your instinct is to blame & try to discredit the customer. It tells me alot about where you see yourself in the buy/sell relationship. I fully expect you to be contacted by AAA because the complaint against you has been escalated with them. I will make sure to find as many sites as possible to post this review, now. I wouldn't want some other unsuspecting person to be subject to this negligence & then blame shiftimg. God forbid, you strand someone with children in the kinds of temps you left us in.

Edit of my last review: This company did right by their customer after making a mistake. We appreciate the owner coming out after we called AAA again. Wrote my original review before another person had come to help us out when we called that second time.
