Reese Automotive found the vanishing Kia oil problem and fixed it. Replaced the belts and tensioner. Even came to towed it in for evaluation. Car was to be traded in but plan on driving it since it is running great. Rob & crew helped me kick my tin can down the road for many more miles.
Great place. Nice to have mechanics you can trust. They go above and beyond explaining anything they have done to my vehicles, even insisting I see the parts they had to replace.
We were referred here by another mechanic for a timing chain issue. Rob determined it wasn’t the timing chain, but was something much less serious. Knowing we don’t plan on keeping this car forever, Rob worked with us and saved us a bunch of money by using used parts. He could have sold us a new timing chain (that we didn’t need) and charged us a bunch for the corresponding labor, and we would have never known. But he did the right thing and got us on the road again, saving us money and headache in the process. Good, honest mechanics are hard to find. We are lucky to have found this place.
I had an engine replacement done on a car that was out of warranty. Owner Rob went over my options and put in some effort to get me the best deal. It turned out great. Rob and his son Ryan are good honest people who are easy to deal with. Highly recommend.
they charged me the bare minimum for everything and were extremely accommodating and my 2014 car runs smoother than it has in years.
also they honored my quote even though my alternators condition requires extra time and work to get it out.
Rob is the best mechanic!got my truck back on the road. he rebuildt my transmission and its shifts better than when i first bought it i would recommend to anyone to go see this guy
I would highly recommend giving them a call. They went above and beyond to get my transmission fixed very fast with amazing prices. I will definitely recommend them if anyone needs anything.
Was referred to Reese with what I was told was a transmission issue. They evaluated the SUV and determined it was an oil issue. They COULD have told me it was something/ anything transition related and charged me a fortune (I wouldn’t know any better) but they told me the fix was 30 bucks in oil and advised how to avoid the problem in the future. I told the owner- “you have a customer for life” for his honesty. Very genuine people. I don’t take the time to write reviews because customer service sucks these days- but felt compelled to do so here in their behalf. Highly recommend
Honestly can not express how much these guys helped me out with my vehicle and making sure it was fixed to perfection. they're honest and straight to the point! 10/10 recommend these guys for any of your mechanical issues.
These guys are awesome. Needed a Nissan timing chain done and these guys said no problem. Everyone else I tried (4 other local shops) said it was too big a deal for them to handle. It got done right, on time and for a very fair price. Hightly recommended.
Reese Automotive gave me the best customer service I have ever received. I went to get everything done: timing belt, oil change, spark plugs, inspection and they did it all for a great price. Vehicle might have to stay a bit longer depending on what's going on but the overall customer service makes it totally worth it.
Our Nissan Altima was side swiped by a truck pulling a trailer while we vacationed in Pittsburgh. We were anxious to have a mechanic analyze the damage and determine if our car was safe to drive. Reese Automotive found room in their schedule in the afternoon of the day we called. They analyzed the damage, told us our car was safe to drive, and made temporary fixes to the damaged body which improved both the drivability and appearance of our car. An accident which could have halted our vacation ended up just being a bump in the road. Thank you, Rob, for your good deed! Reese Automotive is awesome!!
We where out of town and in a pickle 6hours anyway trying to load a peice of equipment we called and rob and his son where there within minutes with there wrecker we appreciate the assistance and professionalism and would recommend this business 5/5 if it wasn't for there help and advice it surely would have never worked out and would of been a waste of a trip .Thank u guys again .
