Economy auto services are who you want to work on your vehicle. Anthony and the rest of the team are great. They’re fair, treat you like a friend, and quick. Couldn’t recommend any better auto service business in the Pitt area.

My muffler broke …they were busy but managed to get me set up so i could drive the 2 hrs home .:.amazing service and people . Didn’t have to get me in but helped me tremendously. Five stars

Anthony and his team provide exceptional service. When I brought my car in, Anthony was upfront about their busy schedule and let me know that the turnaround might not be immediate. Despite this, he was able to get my vehicle in and out within just a couple of days, which I truly appreciated. Like many people, I’m often hesitant about visiting mechanics due to concerns about upselling. However, Anthony was refreshingly transparent. While he identified a few additional issues with my vehicle, he assured me that none were urgent and that it was safe to continue driving. He explained his findings clearly without pressuring me into additional repairs or unnecessary expenses. In my opinion, Anthony is a rare find in the industry—honest, fair, and reasonably priced. I’ll absolutely return for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended.

We trust Economy Automotive. They have been caring for our family's cars for decades and we don't want to take them any place else. We always feel that we can trust them when they tell us about an issue with our vehicle and we feel comfortable consulting them about issues and if it's time to move on to a new car. For some repairs they have given us options, such as brand name parts vs less expensive parts vs waiting to see if that part is available from a salvage situation. Our biggest concern is that Economy Automotive will become so popular that we will have to wait for an appointment, so don't read this review, lol.

Economy Automotive Services is the absolute best in maintaining my not quite vintage car. They are personable, reliable, and competent with all my automotive needs.

We have been going to Economy for the past 7 years with various vehicles. They're always timely, kind, respectful, and honest with their work. Anthony and Tim are always such a pleasure to work with. Will plan to continue to be a loyal customer!

I recently had to have a hubcap replaced and couldn’t remove my lug nuts. The gentlemen at Economy Auto were all extremely helpful and polite. Everyone was so nice. I will definitely be using them for my car repair needs

Upon seeing other high reviews and me living only a few minutes away, I decided to take my car there due to a check engine light and a break light coming on, although the car was driving great and around the 50k mile mark with really no other problems in the past, I didn't wanna just go to the main chain mechanic shops, so I went on a Wednesday and the owner presumably, Anthony informed me they were backed up until Early May, but decided to squeeze my vehicle in which I was willing to leave there since its about a 10 minute walk away from my home. The problem was identified (Apparently the wiring was all messy like a rat chewed on something or something like that) and I expected for it to take several days due to the busy schedule, but it got serviced and picked it up 2 days later to have for the weekend which I honestly did not expect. So far so good, no lights, no problems. I will update this review if needed but so far, and which I told Anthony before I even got into the car to drive off, that I would be leaving a good review. So thank you everybody at Economy Automotive Services.

Highly recommend these guys. Took my car in for inspection and they managed to get it done even though they were swamped. Anthony is exceptional - he cares about every customer and every car. I would not hesitate to get any type of auto work done here.

Got in a pretty good fender bender, Economy Auto did an AMAZING job restoring and repairing all body damage done to my car. They went above and beyond. They even looked out for me when Progressive was stingy and wouldn’t cover all of the damage, they gave me a great deal on the rest of the work I had to pay out of pocket. I’ll be coming back to them for all of my work from here on out!

Best automotive service shop in the area. Over the years, I have used several different garages in the area. Economy is by far the best. They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle when other shops couldn't. These guys are very professional and know what they are doing!

Economy Automotive Services is the BEST place hands down. Anthony was who I mostly dealt with, and he is knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything to me in great detail. I felt confident with his decisions of what was needed to fix my car. He went right at fixing it as soon as I gave him the green light to proceed. And I have to mention this too - not only is Anthony knowledgeable & professional and has great customer service, he also is very well mannered and a pleasure to talk with - a very nice young man. For a brief interim conversation, I also spoke with Tim, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm so happy with this business all around. I highly recommend them.

One of the best mechanics in the city! This place if filled with people who are knowledgeable about cars and are fairly priced. Once it's fixed... it's fixed. No more issues. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here. Anthony is the best!

This place is the best in the city! They've done everything from fix a gas cap to basically rebuilding the entire transmission on our car, and we've never had a bad experience. Excellent customer service, high quality work, and reasonable pricing every time make Economy a 10 star shop!

I have been a customer of Economy for years. This visit was the first time I strictly delt with Anthony instead of Tim. You can tell Tim has taught Anthony very well!!! Anthony knew his stuff, spoke the truth and kept me in the loop on what my warranty company said!!! Could not have better service anywhere else!!! Would not dream of going to another auto shop!!! Anthony was the nicest and most accommodating individual I’ve ever dealt with at a garage. They put my replacement tire on the same day it arrived, and fixed the balancing issues I had from a custom shop that didn’t do the work properly. My Jeep drives better than it has in years, after the previous shop blamed the issue on the tire manufacturer. Everything was great from the price to the people. Absolutely using this place again. I couldn’t be happier with them. Thank you!

If anyone ever deserved a 5 star rating it’s this place! I’ve been taking my cars to Tim for over 5 years. This shop is honest, reliable, and fairly priced. I always walk out of there feeling like they took care of my vehicle as if I were family. They have fixed my flat tires with no appointment in less than 10 minutes. They’ve spent hours tracking down a leak in the power steering so I wouldn’t have to replace the pump. Diagnosed check engine lights for free and recommended repairs. All the staff is kind and professional and it’s a locally owned and operated business. You really can’t go wrong.

Just want to give this garage the best review possible. They are absolutely amazing! So personable, they talk to you like a human being and not just a car owner. The service and prices are the best I have found in the area. I trust them with my car and trust the work that they do. They even stayed late to finish work and let me come get my car after hours. What other garage does that? NO ONE. Thank you so much Economy for being my go to garage and for being AWESOME!!!!

I must say that I have maintained all of my vehicles for nearly ten years now due to the unprofessional and downright dishonest nature of many mechanics that I’ve dealt with over the years. So, now I’m faced with the job of restoring a total loss vehicle to road worthy operation, and I didn't know who to turn to. A quick google search for “enhanced inspection Pittsburgh” put this shop at the top of the list, and so I called them up. I’ve received only excellent service from Tim over the phone. He was patient enough to answer all of my questions thoroughly, responded promptly to my emails detailing the problems with my car, and gave me the confidence to schedule the work to be done there. I haven’t even gotten the car over to them yet, but I wanted to write this and congratulate Tim and his shop for doing a great job so far, as I’m seeing mostly great reviews, and I noticed that Tim has responded to every single review that was put on google. Nice touch!

in a desperate time of need, not being able to turn my car off because it wouldn't turn back on if I did, Economy took me in immediately & was so fair & honest. the owner stated "I could easily tell you that you needed a new alternator but I have a girl your age at home & I would really like to sleep at night." you never know with garages what you're going to get, but economy truly just wanted to fix my problem! already recommended many people.

I stopped into economy auto today because let's face it, what wasn't wrong with my car. I was referred by a friend who has taken a few of their own cars there and said they had received excellent service. My experience was no different. Tim was a huge help for a person like me who had no idea what anything means. He was fair and honest about pricing and what was really wrong with my car. He explained everything before hand and honestly i couldn't of ask for anything more straight forward. Anytime someone has anything wrong with their car i'd refer them here in a heartbeat.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Economy for several years now, and they are great. Great people, great service. Always honest and of the highest integrity, Tim takes great care of us and is a pleasure to deal with. We have 2 Jeeps, a Honda, and a Nissan; it doesn't matter, they know what to do. I would recommend Economy to everyone, great work, at a fair and honest price!! Tim is third generation, you can feel it; he's old school; work hard and treat people fairly!. Thank you Economy!!!

Tim & Rose at Economy have been really helpful through the entire experience. Tim spoke to me and told me exactly what was wrong with my car, and why it happened. They even saved the bad parts to show me and explain to me what was wrong. The price was reasonable and their services were excellent. To top it off Tim & Rose are super nice people.
