We had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Jason ( our salesman) was kind, patient, relatable, helpful, efficient, hospitable and friendly. Our son is young and he brought him drinks and snacks during our time there. The finance manager was incredible, she got us a payment in our budget at a rate that was better than we hoped with a company we like, trust and have worked well with before. We had a unique circumstance that made it necessary to purchase a new truck and they were compassionate and willing to work with us in all aspects. Would actively persuade others to not go here. They charged $1,000 to put a new battery in my car a couple years ago which didn’t even resolve my issue with the stop start on my Jeep like they said it would and then never even made it right. Place just wants to collect your money and that is their sole objective.

I had a great experience with my salesman, Rocco, and an excellent overall experience with the dealership from start to finish. The process was smooth, communication was clear, and I’m loving my new 2026 Jeep Rubicon X. I would definitely recommend working with Rocco and this dealership.

I purchased a vehicle from Alfred when he managed the Mitsubishi location. I had a great experience so when I totaled my car I reached out and he let me know he’s now the General sales manager at the Jeep location. I went in to purchase a used car and left in a brand new Jeep for the same price. He put me with Jaret who also gave me an amazing experience. So nice to know theres car salesman you can trust.

Jason Tucci was my salesmen and did a fantastic job explaining and showing the cars I wanted to see which lead me to buying my Jeep. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and knowledgeable and the dealership was clean with a great atmosphere. I recently bought a 2022 Dodge Challenger from Jim Shorkey North Hills and had a great experience. JJ was the salesman who helped me through the entire process, and he was extremely helpful from start to finish. He was honest, straightforward, and made sure everything was explained clearly without any pressure. the whole buying process easy and smooth, which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend Jim Shorkey North Hills.

My husband had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Shorkey Dodge Jeep Chrysler. He purchased a minivan that already had a passed inspection, including a known side mirror blemish that was present at the time of purchase. He was explicitly told the vehicle passed inspection and everything was good, and was even given documentation verifying that it passed. After the inspection was completed and verified, he was then told they could not pass the vehicle because of the same side mirror blemish that was already there when the car was sold and supposedly passed inspection in the first place. So which is it? Either the inspection never should have passed, or it was improperly reversed after the fact. Being told one thing, given paperwork saying another, and then having the decision changed later is unacceptable and unprofessional. This situation wasted his time, caused unnecessary stress, and made us seriously question the reliability and honesty of their inspection process. We expected transparency and consistency from a dealership of this size — unfortunately, that is not what we received. We would strongly caution anyone to double-check inspections and get everything in writing before trusting what you’re told here. Oh and then charged us $236 for an oil change. And wanted us to buy a mirror from them for $450. A true scam of a service department. I also attached a picture of the mirror that apparently needs to be replaced.

JJ was absolutely awesome, from start to finish he got me into a brand new lease and I absolutely love it! Also Jim Shorkey has always taken care of us.

The sales service and financing staff were all terrific and made my ex̌perience buying my new Mojave extremely pleasant. Jeff was terrific and really made accommodations for me. I had the best experience at Shorkey CDJR North Hills buying out my trade with Jeff Robinson. I’ve been buying my vehicles from them for over 15 years and this was my best experience. It was the easiest and quickest process. Jeff was the nicest and most professional salesman. Also very funny and down to earth. He welcomed my family in too. I want to thank everyone at jim shorkey chrysler. This was one of the last stops of the many dealerships me and my wife went to over that weekend and was far and above the rest. Bobby Willard was absolutely fantastic and straight forward. He advised the Nissan Frontier truck on Facebook, and represented it as it really was (unlike many other dealers that lied to us). He was professional, helpful, and made everything comfortable and went above and beyond with customer service. One of the verry flew dealers i trust now, and will definitely be the one I go to first from now on. The finance team was the best I have ever seen buying cars over my 50 years. They got me a better loan than my own credit union. Also they stand by their customers there was only one small thing I was not totally happy about, but took care of it immediately after I mentioned it and after I purchased it... I even said dont worry about it because it was small but they insisted it be perfect to what I expected. A+ ask for Bobby Willard and truly enjoy buying a car with confidence!

I had the most awesome experience ever! Shac was amazing to work with. His manager Alfred went above and beyond to make this happen for me. He called multiple banks to get me the best deal even though I came in with my own financing. He beat their rate and fought to make the deal better for me. Alfred was amazing.

Bought a CPO 2022 Ram 1500 from Jim Shorkeys about two weeks ago. The truck has had a few hiccups, which were addressed and fixed immediately. The real five stars go to the sales agent, Brandon Fox. He is from their Murrysville Chevy dealership, which I initially shopped at. My wife wanted an SUV, and we found one at North Hills CDJR. My vehicle, which I owned before this purchase, broke down. Brandon worked with me to get that SUV approved. Then went above and beyond to pick me up and bring me over an hour away from him to ensure I could get the SUV. When I got there, I wasn't in love with the Jeep, so I drove past the Ram, which caught my eye. Brandon stated that another individual was there to purchase the SUV if I didn't. I took that as a sign and bought the truck instead. Brandon was invaluable throughout everything and made it very memorable for me. I will forever buy a vehicle from Jim Shorkey if you have the opportunity to reach out to Brandon at their Murrysville store and use him. You will love him and the experience!

Would not waste your time. The sales gentleman was rude. Made sure to let me know how valuable his time was, but didn’t have the vehicle i had made an appointment to see was serviced, detailed, cleaned out, or even on the lot. There was actual trash still in the truck. Bobbi was a joke. I’d take my business elsewhere. If you value and respect yourself id recommend using a company that values their customers time and safety over the flip. Listed a vehicle as “certified” ready to go, but still has the “this vehicle is not ready to be sold” sticker on the window and still has garbage inside. Rotten experience.

All in all the best experience I’ve had. Jaret took care of my fiancé and I in our search for a new (to us) truck. We looked at multiple trucks and different dealerships from Erie to Pittsburgh. They took care of the few concerns we had and went above and beyond for us. This is the dealer for Chrysler, Dodge, Ram and Jeep.

A+++ Customer service. My wife Amanda and I drove over 2 hours from Western Maryland to check out this sweet Orange 22 WRX and we were not disappointed. Jeff was fantastic, he answered all our questions and concerns about the vehicle, had a fantastic personality and was a pleasure to meet. The entire experience at Jim Shorkey was awesome as well, everyone we interacted with was nice, friendly and funny. You can tell that the staff truly enjoys being there and has a great dynamic with one another that livens the atmosphere up while your waiting for things to get processed. We STRONGLY recommend giving them a shot as this was one of the most seamless and enjoyable vehicle shopping trips we've had to date. I had the worst experience ever at this location today. I had a step bar and installed and didn’t like the look. I’ve never seen a Jeep with a step bar and space like this (picture below). I was told by the service manager that I should have looked at the part before placing order. Keep in mind when you order anything, they ask for your information. He also made the smart comment, did you purchase your car without test driving it. I was told my car would look like the other Jeep with step bars when completed. I asked if I could get invoice that showed what part was ordered and parts department said it was deleted. I have never felt so helpless and attacked by employees before. Dayshai, my service advisor is usually so sweet but she even was like, oh well that’s what you wanted. I arrived at 7:25 and left a little after 9a. All I wanted was the step bar removed and all strip put back on as before. I got a refund after basically crying and stating how unhappy I was with the installation and how staff was treating me. I will never return to this Jeep location again. I’m not sure if it was because I’m a female, African American or a lesbian (I have a pride flag in dash), either way this was a horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this type of service to my worst enemy.

Update: After the dealership took full responsibility for this oil filter seal issue from the manufacture they really took care of the situation and deep cleaned my entire engine bay and fixed all issues that happened relating to this bad circumstance. Things go wrong and I am glad they were fully competent and able to reassure me and take care of my vehicle. Also the new service manager Rick was great at listening and addressing every concern I had. Good way to save the day Rick! The worst experience at a service department ever! Went in for an Oil change/ Tire rotation. Hours later no oil in my vehicle because some amateur tech didn't properly tighten the valves. Completely negligent. Had to have towed to dealership. Lost money over cancelling my own clients and oil all over my engine/electrical components.Now I have no clue exactly how much irreversible damage they have done to my vehicle. If I could give 0 stars I would. BEWARE!

I purchased my truck in April of 2024 and it was a great experience. Everyone that I worked with was caring, helpful and made the buying process very easy. Since that time, every time I have been back for service, quick calls, or even a couple of random stop ins to bring my dog in; the team here is amazing. They almost all recognize me by name, or at least my dog 😁, and have a genuine interest in asking how we are doing. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle or having a current vehicle serviced here in the future. Thank you Jim Shorkey for making me feel like a part of the family, and for an awesome truck!

Steve Laundenberg and the team at Shorkey Jeep in the North Hills were excellent to work with. They were very knowledgeable about their products, as well as being patient in answering my questions. Ultimately, I purchased a Grand Cherokee and they were very fair when it came making a deal. When I took delivery the Jeep was immaculate! This is the third vehicle I’ve purchased from Steve and will never hesitate to call him again in the future because he truly cares about his clients and their needs!

When I bought the car, I was not expecting to make a purchase that day just went to look, and I found exactly what I wanted and they made it very easy for me to purchase. My salesman Steve Laudenberg was fantastic to deal with, he had taken care of my every need and answered all my questions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I just want to start by saying I been to a few dealerships and the vibe I got from Jim Shorkey was like no other. I came in not knowing what to expect. I was honestly just coming to see the cars and see what the prices were looking like. Then here comes my man Jeff. He was amazing I bought the car just because of him he took very good care of me I told him my price range and what I wanted in the car and he took very good care of me. I give him 100 stars. He should get the biggest raise and employee of the month. Justin also laid everything out nice and easy for me explaining everything in detail. Justin and Jeff are Kobe and Shaq. Keeps doing what y’all are doing being great at your job. We’ll definitely be back to get another car and tell all of our friends about it!
